Why why why! I mean, you have an opportunity to represent something unique here... a fusion between African and Portuguese food?!?! You can reach the stars all the five and beyond stars with this merge. ..but no... instead... this place has lost its soul..super commercialized to the point that those in charge of location don't even bother having the place clean? I was not impressed. I want authentic food not but not that "trash on the floor, dirty table" authentic. Come on! Do better. You know what sort of saves you? The lemonade, yep, the lemonade. And perhaps the hummus...beyond that, please...recheck your flavors, your staff, your hostess who could not be bothered with anything, your ice machines for said drinks ...oh and yes! your prices. Until then. I will be hunting for other ethnic establishments that really care about representing what they bring to the table well.

Stopped in here for a quick bite after walking the mall. I like the ordering process and the service was really nice. I ordered one of the bowls and while it was tasty, the chicken was cold. I don't know if that is how it's supposed to be but it would have been amazing with hot chicken.

I love Nando's, but this location is horrible. There were no clean tables, a floor full of trash, and bad customer service, and there were not many customers. My food was on the counter for about 5 minutes, and no one was available to pick up and bring to the table. When the food finally made it to us, no silverware was brought, and there were no drinks. I had to get up and ask because they didn't even have clean silverware in the serving area. Employees were just chatting by the register while tables were dirty and food waiting to be served. This location definitely needs a new manager and properly trained employees.

Delicious chicken livers and sauce bar has like six different options. Service was excellent. Came around and asked you how your food was, told him rice was not quite on point. Point they offered me another side, went and got mashed potatoes and they were buttery delicious.

Great experience each time. Their unique flavors keep me and my wife coming back for more. Thier speciality chicken sandwich with a salad and fries to share is a perfect way to refuel after the mall or movies.

Great place for a quick bite. Chicken is cooked to perfection. The mango lime sauce along with medium is my go to. Sides are also delicious Clean place and friendly atmosphere.

Well there's my first time here. I got to say that food was great. Service was good. The only weird thing is now you order everything through your phone which was kind of weird and then they bring it out to you. You can pay for it on your phone which I see they're getting rid of going. Have to pay for it up front now which I guess is a good thing. If you're in a rush overall first impression it was great. Will definitely be back. Everything was fresh. Tasted awesome and can't wait to try other manual items!

So the food is always good here.. However the ordering system is a bit ridiculous. You're seated at your table and have to go online to order your food, which requires (imo) to me, a lot of information given to their website that I wouldn't want to give, since I'm just trying to order food. The food was decent though, but it was frustrating to order and I noticed other customers weren't happy with the system either.

The most delicious, homemade chicken and sides ever! 😍 Chicken is marinated in Peri-Peri sauce overnight before igrilling to perfection. Pick your spice level❣️ Great sweet potatoes, Mac & cheese. Excellent grilled brussel sprouts so tender & tasty😍 Only way to get table service is scanning QR code. All you can eat self serve Peri sauces. Top notch homemade food and awesome fresh lemonades.❣️

The food here is extremely tasty. Good customer service. The customers are immediately attended by the employees and food is delivered real quick. The dine in area is neat and sanitized. One of the good places to eat at Arundel mills

Currently writing this review from my table lol. Anyway, the food here is great! I got the three chicken thighs meal with mashed potatoes and rice. The portion sizes may be a bit small if you’re someone who can EAT but the food is definitely not lacking in the flavor department. Brooke was working the front counter today and she is super sweet. She informed me that she was the manger and it’s kinda refreshing to see the manager of an establishment working just as hard as their employees. I enjoyed my meal and drinks and I definitely recommend this place for a quick meal while shopping.

A little salty, and could use a wider selection of flavors / sauces. The garlic sauce is too tangy/sour/vinegary; the lemon herb was surprisingly the best. The peri peri mayo was good with the wings and fries. Decent wings for a chain.

We like coming to Nandos, but tonight's takeout order left little to be desired. I placed my order around 530. A little before the usual rush. Wasn't in line to order long either. I wasn't directed to where I should be waiting to pick my order up. I stand where a group of people are waiting for their orders. Turns out the restaurant dining in orders are also prepared here. As time goes on I wonder what's taking so long while others receive their orders, their names being called out as their orders are ready. I'm waiting for almost an hour and hadn't heard my name. Turns out my order was sitting on the counter at the front for a while. By the time I get the bag nothing is hot. It's lukewarm. We get home and my husband comments that the chicken tastes old. It was barely covered in sauce and heavily charred in some places. Our kids, who love chicken, wanted little to do with it tonight. I have had to go to the bathroom many times tonight and feel uneasy.

This was a fun experience; you order food at the counter, they give you a number on a stick, you find a table and they bring the food to you. I got a salad with chicken,avocado crispy kale and Caesar dressing, it was delicious. My friend got one of the bowls and she said it was very good. We also split an order of chicken livers, spicy but delicious. At first I had a trouble with the menu, it can be confusing. But that won't stop me from going back! Over all I give 5 stars

An interesting concept in dining. Review the menu - start the app and order your food - wait for delivery - get your own beverage (if you ordered bottomless) - get your own napkins. The chicken was outstanding and you get your choice of the amount of heat you want. Despite the cold temperature outside, we ate on the heated patio. I'd definitely go back again, but when it's less crowded.

Food was delicious with robust flavor. Great laid back atmosphere of a modern fast food/restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Food was amazing and the grilled chicken was some of the best I've ever had. It's more of a order from a qr type place then they bring you your food after you pay. Really great food.

Food was super delicious. You have to order the food yourself so it's not like they take your order but nonetheless overall great!

Whenever I am traveling up north and see a Nandos, I try to eat lunch here. The mango lime flavored peri peri chicken thighs are so good. My favorite is the mashed potatoes though, I have to order them every time I come!

PERi Ranch Crunch Salad was really good but a little bit spicy. Great drinks also!
