Bruster’s is one of the most famous Icecream place in the town. The quality is consistent and never dispppoints us. You will almost get addicted. Try all different and unique flavors. Service is friendly.

This was my 1st time visiting and it was amazing. The ice cream was the best. The service was quick and the employees were nice and handling the large line quickly. We had to wait in line outside and then order at the window. The portions were big and good for the price. Will visit again hopefully soon!

The ice cream is delicious BUT when you go through the drive through please check your order before pulling off because if you buy icecream by the pint or a regular cup they don’t give you full scoops. I ordered a regular cup it comes with 3 scoops, the scoops were so little they didn’t even fill the cup. Even my daughter asked me where’s the rest of the icecream. They did this 3 times to us already we got all the way home to realize they didn’t give full scoops and at this point it’s ridiculous. Do better!!!!

This place has always been packed - drive thru or someone who wants to eat it around the area. Well, no question why. It's one of the best ice cream place in the area. I'm very simple when it comes to ice cream flavors, so I had the strawberry and mango and these didn't disappoint me, they're so tasty! Good for the summer's heat!

I’ve gone here for years, regularly. Excellent ice cream! Over the last couple of years customer service has gone downhill. It’s quite unfortunate. The ice cream is delicious. Typically, most staff are friendly; however, that’s changed in recent years a little at a time. Today, I went through the drive through to receive a cone that was cracked, and the ice cream sliding down the side completely off of the cone. It was handed to me with a friendly smile without a clue why I looked puzzled. All of this after hearing employees yelling at one another about helping coworkers. What a disaster. I won’t be back. Enough is enough. Lack of attention to customer service delivery. An apparent missing or perhaps overwhelmed owner or manager who seemingly is not adequately training staff. I’m bummed but I will find a better place to spend my money with less disappointment. Sad.

I loved the selection of flavors and the creaminess of the ice cream. The crazy taste of Jamaica was delicious. The servings are decent, I ordered 2 scoops and was quite satisfied. Good prices too. The staff are very friendly and courteous. the waffle cone cookie is fresh and delicious. Definitely coming here again.

The ice cream is next level and they have a drive-through. The location is kinda yucky, but only in appearance (surrounded by strip mall). Try the NY cheesecake flavor.

I love Brusters and I’ve been coming to this location for years. Recently there has been a change in staff and they arent properly portioning the ice cream. I have seen the cones scoops get smaller and smaller with the amount going up. I don’t know if it’s just during specific shifts or that the new standard, but I hope they change this. I feel like I’ve been hearing more people complain on this issue.

How could you even rate your no added sugar the most unpopular when you only have one, max 2 flavors all the time. I don't even buy it much due to lack of variety. Jimmie Cone in Damascus and Mount Airy, Maryland offer two new no sugar added and non dairy flavors each week and have wonderful sales

Delicious assortment of ice cream flavors- you can get ice cream in a cup or waffle cone. Great place to treat the kiddos or a date night. This location has a drive thru. Pictured is the lemon blueberry cake ice cream regular - three scoops.

8-23-23 regular sundae- drive thru- 10pm. Southern Banana pudding was awful yellow color no real banana or wafers. Graham Central Station also no graham crackers or topping. Extremely disappointed in the presentation and portions lots of whip but barely any butterscotch or ice cream scoops. Upset stomach after this dessert.

This is always such a treat for my husband and I when we are in the Gaithersburg area. Our little go to spot! A friend told us about it awhile ago and when we first came to try it, the line, both drive thru and walk up, were like Disney World! We knew there had to be something to it. We came back and despite the fact that there’s usually some sort of line—totally worth the wait!! The drive through usually moves pretty quickly, so don’t feel bad for wanting to stay in your car. Best flavor hands down is the Butter Pecan! We get it on the waffle cone, which is always made fresh and goes so well with the BP flavor. We’ve also had their dairy free cookies & cream made with coconut milk. Also very tasty! Today I switched it up and got a scoop of BP and a scoop of Jamaican Me Crazy which is coconut ice cream (with coconut pieces in it) generous ribbons of chocolate and almonds. So good!! Looking forward to trying their seasonal flavors (hopefully a pumpkin variety!)

The flavor and texture of the strawberry sorbet were disappointing. The flavor was as much water/ice as fruit, and the texture had lots of pebbles of ice. I'm used to sorbets having a smoother texture. I definitely won't get the strawberry sorbet again, but I'll probably give some of their more interesting ice creams a try.

I have to start with "We love this place!" However the past 2 visits we've been a little disappointed 😞 First time order was wrong and the second time the ice cream was so soft our banana split was fully melted by the time we got home (which is right across the street) We will certainly go back but thought you should know.

Excellent customer service, well organized (whether walk-up or drive-thru), and the ice cream is creamy and delicious. Flavors we had: death by chocolate, banana, key lime pie, and black Raspberry. All were phenomenal. My only complaint is that they stuff the 2 scoops into a cup/cover that is just too small! Leaks the second d you remove the cover. Use a larger cup, please!

There aren't enough words to describe how perfect this place is. Ultra creamy ice cream, with unique flavors and generous portions sizes. Our favorites: chocolate peanut butter buckeye, cookie craze, and graham central. The star of the show for us, though, are their ice cream cakes. They make the BEST ice cream cakes we've ever had -- embarrassingly, we end up ordering one at least every other week. You have real, fluffy cake on the bottom, a gooey layer of any sauces you like (go for marshmallow!), a huge layer of unique ice creams, and then creamy and soft vanilla ice cream topped with thick, rich ganache and icing that reminds you of the best childhood birthday cakes. The other star, though, is the staff. I've truly never had more consistently positive interactions at a store in my entire life. I don't know how they select such excellent humans, but I'm always wowed by their warm willingness to go out of their way to make your day just a bit better. Everyone, from the youngest trainee to the owner himself, takes the time to listen, smile, and indulge whatever weird request you might make -- last minute cakes, special toppings, etc. They even wrote us a card to go with our cake for a special day! We're Bruster's Gaithersburg fans for life.

I called with a last minute request for a Christmas cake. The young woman I spoke to on the phone came in on her day off to decorate our cake. She went above and beyond in service. I was thrilled

Absolutely love Bruster's, and this location is no exception. I love that they have free baby cones available so my small kids can eat ice cream without breaking the bank. The flavors that they have every day are amazing and taste freshly made. The prices are a little higher than some other ice cream places, but the portions are so generous, I'm happy to pay a little bit extra. This particular location was so packed. The line wrapped around the building for both the walk up and the drive-thru. The service was a little bit slow, but on a warm summer day that's kind of expected. Definitely would recommend if you're around this area and looking for an ice cream treat.

Be prepared to wait in the line for at least 30min but I have to say TOTALLY WORTH IT, these ice creams are delicious, the portions are massive and have lot of different flavors. A place to save in your favorite without a doubt!

The ice cream is the best on the east coast. They forgot our cones the day before. They gave us a hard time and a lecture when we returned the next day to buy more ice cream and we asked about the missing ice cream cones.

Outstanding Icecream creations! First time visit. Ordered a Sundae. Wow enough for two people easy! Very inexpensive as well. Very nice people, hardly any wait at all. We will be back to use the coupon they gave us.
