Wow!! Alex and Andrea were amazing. As a new puppy mom I was so anxious. Would my pup be scared, would he cooperate, would the groomers be nice to him and all these worries went away immediately when I met both gentlemen. Andrea answered all my questions and walked me through the process and what type of tools and cut my pup would get. Andrea gave my pup a wash and I could hear him talking to him like it was his puppy. It put me at ease right away. Alex gave Cashew his trim and it came out great!! I knew Cashew was comfortable when he was giving kisses to Alex and snuggling into him. It melted my heart.

Booked the furmintaor treatment that usually takes 4 hours. They only bathed and barely brushed. They did not do a sanitary shave or clip nails. Once I called and I asked what happened, was told it was my fault for not specify want I wanted. However, upon drop off I offered specifics of what I wanted. Photo shows how much fur came off my dog less than 24hrs after grooming service that was supposed to included deshedding.

I was sent back with all of the wet food for my dog, even after telling them specific feeding instructions that she needs wet food in her dry food. My dog didn’t eat for the majority of her stay and I wasn’t informed whatsoever. I’m highly disappointed with the lack of communication and the disrespect of not following the precise feeding instructions I gave.

I had a whole experience of this place. My husband and I wanted to adopt a cat. We called and they gave us the information but when we got there they said it was too late. We had to be there by five. It would have been wonderful to know that before we drove all the way over there. Nevertheless, we went back the next day and everything was fine. However I have to constantly search for people in the store to help me. They need more workers. I’m not a judgmental person but there was someone working there with the worst body odor. I know people have different standards and I know different cultures do different things. But when you work in the public you must be mindful of how you present yourself. We adopt a cat named her Lucy and we are happy with her. We will be back in Petsmart for things for her and I guess our overall experience was pretty good.

The Bad: Mini golden doodle top dog plus, bath/cut and tip was pretty close to $130. The grooming staff came off a bit rude, dismissive or just busy. (It's worth it). The Good: My dood is typically terrified of the blow-dryer and can be a pain, but he was in and out in less than hour and a half with "Alexander C". No issues and he seemed perfectly happy at pick up. Probably the best grooming experience at any PetSmart thus far.

They will lose your pet's things. I neatly labeled her blanket. When I picked her up, it was not there. It questions if they gave it to here because she is hairless. When picking her up, I rang the bell 5 times (waited 20 minutes and had 4 people behind me in line) as I watched 2 staff members walk back and forth. I even banged on the window. I had to go to the front to get someone to get the staff. I pushed the bell when they were in front of me and it worked. They just ignored it. It is hard getting anyone to answer the hotel line. I have to wait 10 minutes and keep getting the reservation line because it keeps ringing at the store They need more staff.

Beware!!! Horrible grooming experience - Groomer cut my dog and did nothing to seek medical attention!! It started with the groomer calling me to let know my dog was stressed and throwing up and when I asked questions to try and clarify what was wrong the woman hung up on me. When I got there the groomer had left and no one claimed to know what happened. They have me my dog half wet. Update: I got her home and noticed she was licking her rear end excessively. I found where the groomer cut her pretty bad and didn't tell me! I called the store after I discovered it and management informed me they were given a "heads up" and have promised to pay for her vet visit... Let's hope they will follow through. There is no excuse for a groomer to lie to me and neglect getting my dog medical attention as soon as she realized she was hurt. Instead she put my dog in the kennel and left her scared, wet, and in pain.

I am extremely skeptical that they gave my dog a bath yesterday. My house is covered in shedded fur just from him sleeping overnight. The picture included is after 2 brushstrokes. I gave them a call and they said the paperwork states that a bath was given and that their hands were tied. My interactions with the employees have otherwise been excellent.

I am typing this as I sit in the parking lot. First- Victoria is a good groomer. We've had a good experience prior- Today- somehow she was overbooked- our dog was there from 8- 1:45. Upon receiving her, she didnt look as groomed as prior cuts with V.or at other locations. I mentioned the eye goob still in her eye(a good washed face wont have goob). I was told by Genesis, that it probably formed while in the back(huh?Thats the same eye goob she had this morning). To pay 93.00 plus tip , I expect a washed and groomed dog. I didn't get it- we know how a washed dog looks, we know the feel of her coat)... I paid for the Bandanna and Sugar Cookie Spray- they sent her out with no neither. Apparently , I was also supposed to get a coupon and some treat. All that fussing Genesis was doing, she failed to give me what I paid for. I saw the manager this morning, he appeared nice. Unsure who handles booking, but to be told that she was overbooked and obviously, she is rushing through these dogs. I am not pleased.

Had to book my Husky here on rather short notice for a week due to work and everything went very smoothly. He enjoyed himself and was very excited to be there.

The place is ok but stinks... they need more people taking care of the cleaning. I had the chance to enter their hotel for cats (when I picked up my cat), stinky and dirty place. They put her in a dark and humid place, a locker type with no windows to see anything outside, don't get me worng they do have a couple lockers like that but most of them are in the bottom part of it. Sad, she was cold and scared in a 2 level dark wooden locker. She came back home weighing 2 pounds less. Looks like she didn't eat, can't tell what happened because nobody brief me. So If am to judge by her behavior, this was traumatic. I will only use this service if it is an emergency. Be aware.

Great experience! A good stay for our dog. He always has a good time with other dogs while we're away. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very serviceable location providing pet essentials at reasonable prices for a wide variety of animal companions. The stock is usually consistent for the essentials, but can be a little challenging for some of the more luxury or specialty items. There is usually a fairly long line waiting to check out and I have never seen all of the checkout lanes operating but the staff have always been kind and courteous even when things are extremely busy. Love the pet adoption collaborations they have here. I love seeing the dog adoption events and have myself adopted a cat through their partnership with Last Chance Animal Rescue and had a great experience there! (but he did have tapeworms so maybe keep that in mind and be ready at your vet)

I love that they host adoption events. And they have all the supplies needed for those new forever homes. This location also has training, vet, hotel and grooming.

Don’t board your pets here. Boarded my dog over the weekend she was shaking when I picked her up. As soon as we were outside, she went to the bathroom. I have never seen her pee so much, even if I’m late getting home. Poor thing must have been holding it forever. It makes me wonder if she was let out at all. She must have been in there a cruel amount of time. The store is fine, but PetsHotel is terrible.

Our 7 month old shepherd mix goes to doggy daycare here and loves it. They have parties and a mixed daily schedule all for a reasonable price. Only gave 4 stars because it takes about 20 minutes on hold to make a reservation, drop off takes between 5-20 and pick up takes another 20.

I got my family member from here. I find it a great business model to have quirky pet lovers as sales people. I won't shop elsewhere after having a medical emergency that was solved by an employee. It was actually a few. They worked together. Food environment otherwise I would have gone to emergency veterinarian. I'd like to mention these people are mixed races with no tension. I can't speak for PetSmart as a whole, I can say in where I live is managed well. I especially like who they hire.

Management is completely unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, egotistical, and basically make the situation your fault then dismiss you and the fact that their entire staff is cruel and mistreat the animals. I’m mostly speaking on hotel and salon side of things main store employees just don’t care enough to even try. Don’t trust in leaving your pets in their care for their safety, they have cameras but choose to say they don’t when you ask for proof. They are also a ripoff because they overcharge you and don’t even provide the services that you pay for and lie to your face about it being done. Please don’t bring your pets here they mistreat them.

My son is 2 and loves cats. We went in and he ran straight to the car room but it was occupied. We waited for the people before to exit the room and went in and he was so happy. Then the employee asked if we’re adopting and I said “no, he’s just really excited to see the cats”. I was told we had to leave the room even though no one else was trying to enter the room. My poor son cried forever outside the door and didn’t understand why we waited and then still weren’t allowed in. It’s good for the cats to get a little attention, and good for my son to get out and enjoy animals. I’m not sure why we couldn’t just sit in the room and look at some cats. It seemed it was mostly the employee just being lazy and rude.

Customer service is not very good, I have come to this store a few times and always had to wait a long time to get assistance. In addition, at checkouts there only appears to be one person. For a big store of this size and with its very large inventory, they are understaffed. One thing that is worth noting is the amount of inventory they have is great, and that they offer purchase and/or adoption for cats and dogs.

Ms. Shirley is the best trainer! We have a Shiba Inu, which are known for being stubborn. With her help, our Shiba is well socialized and desensitized. He also listens and understands the commands she taught us. The store itself is extremely busy. The cashiers help move the line along pretty quickly. Very friendly staff. The aisles are typically well stocked. Aside from training, they offer dog day care, and grooming.

I've always had a good experience at this Pet Smart! My pup goes to Day Camp here and is always excited to go in. I've also had great experience with the team when it regards questions about food, treats, toys, etc. Awesome team!!
