I had a very long recovery with an ankle fracture and I never thought I’d be the same again. The people at this place made me feel as good as new. The PT’s were so welcoming and friendly. They helped me set realistic goals and meet each one of them. They work very closely with their PT aids who I had the pleasure of growing close with. I have to commemorate Nikki for all her welcoming and kind words throughout my healing process. I truly do not believe I would have recovered pain free without these people

First things first, Transform Rehab is by far the best PT clinic I’ve been to! I came to Transform roughly 3 months ago for an ankle that I had injured playing football, and to say the least I’ve been treated with the utmost care and detail. They were great at putting together plan specific to me and helping me return to play football at a high level. It is an environment where you are not only surrounded by people who know what they’re talking about, but make you feel like you are apart of family the minute you walk through the door! I had an amazing experience at Transform Rehab Whitehall for my first full-time clinical rotation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy student this summer. I learned so much from Kyle, Keaton, and Alyssa and enjoyed working alongside them and Lauren. They are such a hardworking and compassionate team with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The clinic vibe is an 11/10. Not to mention, the team always helped me with any aches and pains I personally experienced along the way. Transform creates an individualized physical therapy approach and treats everyone like family. They provide high-quality care and prescribe exercises that appropriately challenge patients to reach their goals. This team makes the PT experience enjoyable for everyone. My experience at Transform Rehabilitation in New Tripoli: Megan is very professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She takes the time to assess individual needs and designs your therapy program to your capabilities. Her team makes you feel like family and made my therapy enjoyable.Transform Rehabilitation was, by far, the most effective therapy to improve my mobility. My mother went to Transform for 5 1/2 months for her balance and knee pain. The staff was very professional and treated her with respect. She rode the bike, did exercises, stepped over hurdles and when things got too easy for her, they challenged her. She would say , “I can’t do that”, but eventually she learned how to accomplish the new challenges. Her balance has improved and her knee pain is gone. She is also able to walk further distances unassisted. Oh by the way, did I tell you that she is 94 years young. Thank you Transform 💕

I was hesitant to try PT for a back issue because I had such a terrible experience at a hospital rehab before. Transform is so much different. They offer personalized care and a friendly face. They believed in me and now I’m pain free!

Transform is a top notch operation which I highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and caring. I felt 100% comfortable with staff and methods from day one. They had me back playing pickleball in record time from rotator cuff surgery. Give Transform a try, you'll be glad you did. I wish I could give 6 stars but 5 is the limit. Lauren is simply the sweetest! Steve, Keaton and Kyle are wonderful! I initially came in for neck pain, but had also hurt my back and had a plantar fasciitis flare up. Steve worked his magic in all the areas where I was experiencing pain. I couldn’t believe how much better I was feeling in just the 2 months that I was there! Steve gave me helpful tips to feel better, exercises, outside activities and he kept me feeling positive. I’m so thankful for Transformed!!!

The moment I was introduced to Transform Rehab for TSR rehab, the staff made me feel like family. After much frustration at another facility with minimal results, Keaton provided me with a trio of therapy methods that immediately improved my ROM. Keaton is so knowledgeable and a great guy. He will educate you about the shoulder and how all of the muscles work together. Kyle is a wonderful owner, very professional and has awesome employees. He runs an excellent facility. Excellent PT center. Keaton was essential in helping me overcome my low back discomfort. Steve and Keaton gave me the tools to be pain free. Lauren was always friendly / easy to talk to on the phone. Kyle runs a great center. As a physician assistant I highly recommend Transform for your PT needs.

Starting rehab for my frozen shoulder was a journey for myself at age 54. I never had an injury in my life. I was referred to them by Dr. Jill Crosson of OAA. From the first time I walked in at Transform Rehab, the staff made me feel welcomed as a new patient. They took there time with me. They showed me exercises that I needed to do to improve my health if I wanted to get back to normal. They also did stretching of the shoulder and muscle, as my doctor said that MUST BE DONE! They also took their time to educate me about the shoulder and the muscles and how they all work together. I became a student of therapy. I never realized the importance of therapy until I had to go through it. I can't say thank you enough to Kyle Lance, Keaton Lewis, Lauren Wandzilak and the others their for professionalism, knowledge and caring so much. It meant the world to me. There is nobody better then these individuals here in the Lehigh Valley.

Started in late December 2021 after a labrum surgery. They helped me all the way until I felt better than before my injury. Great staff and always willing to accommodate for you and help you in any way possible.

When I began therapy after rotator cuff repair I chose Transform Rehabilitation on the advice of my surgeon at OAA. From the beginning it was obvious that the staff truly cared how their patients were progressing. I was greeted at every visit and guided through all exercises. Great Environment!! I came in with the WORST neck pain EVER, it was unbearable. I worked with Kyle and he was the first person to actually listen to my issues and actually help me reach my goals.
