I just attended Scotches + Watches, was also there to pick up a repair. Could NOT get anyone to wait on me. I'd planned to spend several hundred dollars on a new watch. I did talk to one lady, she said "Oh, I don't work here. I'm a representative..." Walked around, made eye contact with someone who kept on walking. Circled the place once more. And left. I'll spend my money on Amazon.

And their customer service is second to none. My latest trip was a purchase and a repair. Which was supposed to take a week. I was notified that it was ready in 24 hours. Rick was a pleasure to work with. My Fiance and I worked with Rick to design a new engagement ring. Rick was able to take our ideas and made some suggestions for us to consider, after about 10 revisions we were able to come up with a beautiful design. I took my Seiko watch in, which I did not purchase there, because the band broke. Its a metal band and fixing it took an hour. I came back it was done and better than new. . There was no charge. Everyone in the store was so kind. I'll go there from now on and I suggest you do the same.
