Nice and affordable I stayed two days.. alone single room..

Really affordable pricing, and clean room. I thought the room will only be basic, but it comes with a fridge (unplugged but usable once plugged), showering amenities and a balcony. The room itself is pretty big too. Opposite a huge supermarket too if you want to get some amenities yourself too. The staff is not that good in English, but conversational enough to understand you. The location is good, walking distance (~15-20 min) to the nearest station Kifissia. The metro can bring you right to the Acropoli around 40-50 min, and there is a park and shopping district east of the station too if you fancy a leisure time.

Basic hotel old, but very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly. 12 min walk from a Kifisia tube station. Great value for the money

You get what you pay for ( 30-35 euros/night per room if booked directly). Clean and functional but smelly (=smoking allowed) rooms in a building that looks better on the inside than the outside, and located at a walking distance from a metro station. The lady doing the morning shift is nice and polite. The man doing the later shift is shockingly inadequate for any kind of interaction with customers (not because his greek is bad - it's not). Dealing with him can get excruciating. By the way, a man called "Axiotis Efstratios" giving the place a 5/5 rating, appears as the business owner in the hotel invoices :)

Avoid if possible. Night manager was belligerent and incompetent. First he didn’t have our reservation (2 rooms), then he had only one room available, then he had our rooms if we paid again (booked through Expedia). Took help from two other guests to ensure he provided our rooms. It was 11:30pm.

quiet and clean place

The rooms are very clean, but sometimes the hotel smells of cigarettes. The woman at the reception is very nice and helpful. The only bad thing is the lack of soundproofing, we had very noisy neighbors.
