Beautiful wellness centre in the heart of Gladesville. Easy access and parking. Friendly staff always make my experience comfortable, there is no rush to leave. I love enjoying a relaxing cup of tea after my services. Highly recommend as an ongoing place to come back to, to keep your calm. My favourite combo is sauna plus float. I am there every month - such a great way to recharge my body and mind.

I purchased a sauna intro pack and so far it has been an amazing experience. The staff are lovely and helpful and there is a real feeling of calm as soon as you enter the beautiful City Cave space. The infra red sauna rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommend.

I had a very relaxing massage and sauna. Staff were friendly, calm and helpful, the massage was great and the therapist asked questions to ensure it was to how I liked it. The sauna was great as always, clean and easy to connect to the Bluetooth and control all the settings. Will be back again :)

We did the couples sauna followed by the float. From booking the staff were very helpful on the phone, and assisted with the booking. On arrival we greeted well and had everything explained to us. The relaxation area before after and during was great and there was no feeling of being rushed out after, allowing the zen and calm feeling to continue. All amenities we very clean, tidy and ample. Overall a very calming and relaxing experience. Hope to be back soon!

I am so grateful to have found City Cave Gladesville! I was nervous about my first float experience because of the fear of feeling claustrophobic but their rooms are so spacious and well appointed, it’s like a true spa therapy! I’m now addicted to the feeling during and after the treatment and have been three times in the last 2 months and have just purchased a 6 pack! The service is amazing and the relaxation room with their delicious teas truly gets you into the chill vibe! Floating helps to alleviate my back pain, gives me a great night’s sleep (as a chronic bad sleeper), relaxes me and yet also gives me energy once the treatment is over! Oh and my skin always feels super smooth from the magnesium! Now I need to try their infrared saunas which I’ve heard amazing things about! Thank you City Cave - you have certainly improved my self-care ritual immensely!

I’ve now had five floats and one infra-red sauna since it opened. Everything is always ready for me, it’s clean and quiet and is a truly relaxing space. The sauna followed by the float is a great combination. Staff are friendly and professional. Looking forward to my next float.

I have been going here for about 7 months and can honestly say I’ve had a 5 star experience. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the facilities are incredible and I don’t know how I would live without the infrared sauna now. Highly recommend.

Been going here for a while now.. Started out with Infrared Sauna …. Amazing….. I cannot recommend Astrid, our massage therapist enough . She’s turned me into a regular visitor! Her care, attentiveness and skill is remarkable. The team overall are friendly, caring and always willing to go the extra mile and the centre’s cleanliness is world class .All in all a must do….

My partner and I have visited twice now for the couples complete wellness package and have never left somewhere feeling more relaxed. The staff do a great job making guests feel comfortable here and listen to anything you might be concerned about when it comes to the massages. Would highly recommend visiting :)
