Susan and her colleague also made me feel very comfortable and offered exceptional customer service. They're truly professional hairdressers and I'll now be a regular customer! It took a really long time to do my hair since it’s thick and long, but they were definitely very patient. They definitely did a good job fixing my regrowth! It was a very good experience here!

Dean was absolutely amazing! We discussed in depth what exactly I was after and different options based on the level of maintenance I was comfortable with. He was so gentle when washing, brushing and treating my hair. The colour and cut was so spot on and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. I wanted a refresh and he delivered it will bells on. First time customer here! I really love the result of my hair. Just look at the before after pict! Susan made it so pretty. I supposed to only do head foil but end up with more beautiful result. Susan performed some actual magic on my hair! I walked in with very dry hair that lacked shape, and she was able to do such a good job of bringing it back to life! She was also able to do it so quickly and at a really reasonable price. I'm so happy and would recommend her to anyone in Sydney.

I love the colour that susan recommended! It’s been few years I didn’t colour my hair and this experience definitely brings me back to coloured hair again. I have natural black/dark brown hair. Susan is very experienced and helped me to get the lighter colour I want, without bleaching which I don’t want. Will back again and thinking straightening my hair here too!

Very please with the outcome of my hair after the time at Susan Hair and Beauty Salon. As i was long overdue for a cut, my hair was very dry but it has come out beautifully. One lovely lady did an amazing job at adding curls and texture to my hair as well! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a relaxing and comfortable change.

Susan was one of the best hairdressers I’ve met in a long time. Super knowledgeable, highly experienced, knew exactly what I wanted for my mum after the consultation, and did an absolutely beautiful job at repairing a lot of damage for her dry hair, a perfect graduated layered cut and beautiful styling, almost exactly as what we’d shown in the photo. We used the wash, cut, blow-dry and treatment Groupon voucher and received more value for money than you’d imagine. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be coming back ☺️
