Great jazz bar lounge with wide range of cocktails and fantastic jazz vibe. Staff is very friendly and looks after customers. Sunday jazz live is highly recommended!

What an incredible night! Amazing staff, company and wonderful drinks. I went in for the live jazz and expected to only to stay for a short time and the kind-hearted staff and patrons invited me over to the bar and I ended up having one of the best nights of my life. So many memories created and I now have a new favourite drink, 'pavlova'- unique to this bar and made specially because I said I like sweet things. What a personal and incredible experience. Lots and lots of love and best wishes! Please survive through the corona crisis!

We had an epic cheeseboard which I highly recommend. This is the place to splurge on delicious cocktails. My top cocktail picks would be the Clover Club and Espresso Martini. They were so nicely presented and I really liked the vintage glasses they use. The bar itself is a bit small but cute. I loved the vintage decor and they had an impressive collection of alcohol. Nice tunes playing in the background too.

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. The four of us spent Sunday afternoon here the other month and enjoyed it immensely. Over several hours we tried a wide range of different gin cocktails, a couple of tasting platters and an impromptu gin flight between us..and left very very happy. We took it very slowly and savoured each cocktail, and chatted to the very knowledgeable and passionate guys behind the bar. Top service, top gins from around the world, and just a beautiful little place so close to Redfern station. Great work guys, we will be back!

Cannot fault this place. Nice relaxed atmosphere, good music, excellent service and of course the most amazing gin cocktails. I loved the Blackthorne (with sloe gin) - perfect for a cold night and cheese board was perfect accompaniment to the drinks.

Comfortable and cosy little bar with a mix of high and low seating, table service, many interesting cocktails and a happy hour deal. Live music on Sunday eves makes for welcome but not overpowering background entertainment. Friendly staff top off the experience nicely, and the ability to pay at the end was another positive point of difference. I'd go again in a heartbeat.

This place was an absolute vibe. Came in at 8pm on a Tuesday and barely got a seat! Live jazz band and performer set the scene. My only complaint was the drinks service was really slow. Took 15 minutes to get a drink as there was only 1 waitress for the whole venue. Cost of entry was free and parking is easy. Very discreet entrance. Still, a pretty cool venue. Will update review when I visit again.

I don't like gin. This is a gin bar. Actually, this is THE gin bar. I enjoyed the cocktails here, I think they all have gin in them, but they are delicious. Remember how I started this review? If you like gin, I am going to assume you've been there.

A lovely speakeasy-style bar that specialises in Gin. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly attentive. We were there on a Saturday night and there was a member on staff on the floor who would approach us to take orders, make recommendations based on our tastes and preferences (which always hit the mark!), and check in on us without it feeling intrusive. We had 4 rounds of drinks and a cheese platter and while not budget, it was definitely fair value for the quality. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to - perfect for after-work drinks or a weekend catchup, especially as you don't need to leave your seat to order!

Great ambience and vibe here for some relaxed drinks with a good friend or someone special. It feels especially cozy and warm in the cold weather we’ve been having. Drinks wise it tends a bit more “old school” or “grandma chic” feeling, in a good way. Lots of gin forward drinks.

A perfect place to sit back and enjoy some gin based cocktails. The vibe is a colonial hangover all over ! They have a great collection of gins and whiskies. The only thing that they could better was use better glassware, it makes a hell lot of a difference to have a negroni in rocks/ old fashioned glass!

Brilliant gin cocktails and atmosphere, especially on Tuesdays when there is live jazz. You can't go wrong heading hear for a good night!! Did I mention the far side comics wall paper in the toilets?! Their Aviation cocktail was sublime and took me back to 2014 when I first had it in a dark and moody bar in France. The smell of the lavender on top, the taste that feels like you are flying through clouds on a crisp morning, made all the better by the gorgeous stranger who recommended it... But that's a story for another time.

This is one of the best cocktail bars in Australia, the service is personal and knowledgeable, the team are a comfortable mix of different personalities. The wine list is spectacular. Most notably, the cocktails are absolutely perfect. Incredible list of classics make up the menu, but want something specific and the team are happy to discuss options. Don't order a vodka Martini, here be gin. 😁

Lovely spot for a drink & a chat! Great ambience, helpful staff. They had a live jazz band on the night I was there, which was great! Cocktails were tasty & the olives (only food I ate because I'd already eaten) were yum!

Really good cocktails with a huge range of gins (100s!), but the service last night was terrible. Bartender was very rude, my friend tried to order us all cocktails before we arrived as we were heading to a show after, and he refused to make the cocktails until we were all there, only made hers. Took 20 minutes to make cocktails when it was pretty empty. Said it was table service and wouldn't take orders at the bar, but was too busy making cocktails to come take orders. If service was better, I'd be more inclined to come back, but it ruined the night.

Huge selection of gin, new and interesting mixes and a great cocktail list. On the main road, but you wouldn't know it. Feels like a cosy gin parlour.

This is definitely one of my favourite gin bars. They do a lot more than gin and the crew have such an amazing knowledge of everything on their shelves. The crew are so friendly and have so much time to teach and explain things. The abundance of choices will keep me coming back as I know there will always be something new to try.

Greeted straight away and poured a water. Friendly staff. Nice ambience. I tried the punch with the rhubarb gin (broken heart gin... I wanna buy a bottle), mulberrry gin and ginger and some gin with finger lime and coriander seed. Definitely a gin lovers dream, 100s of different find and quality mixers. 5 stars!

On a wild and uncoordinated stumble from the city to somewhere else to drink in Redfern, we found this gem of a bar. Amazing service and literally one of the BIGGEST collections of gin I’ve seen and I look forward to attacking over upcoming visits. Awesome chaise lounges and great ambience - make sure you stop by!

What a classy place. I’d classify this as a hidden bar in Redfern. If you don’t know the existence of this place it’s easy to miss. Heaps of cocktails and reasonably priced. It’s a place to have a relaxed evening with friends. We were impressed with everything and our friends keep suggesting another visit. We are definitely going back

Walk through the curtain into a completely different place. Good vibe. The two cocktails we ordered recommended by the waitress was so good - charlie chaplin and peter pan. Love the menu too!
