Everyone there was just so nice. They brought out our food quickly and overall a wonderful experience. The $7 meal deal was delicious and it come with everything. Entree, drink and even a strawberry sundae which I highly recommend. For 2 people we spent under $20 and we left satisfied.

Blizzards were good. Prices are getting high. Drive through service was slow. Two Cars in front of us and took 20 minutes to get two Blizzards. Seemed like one guy working and 2 to 3 others just standing around.

There is a girl who has a gan around her night who disrespectful and swears in front of customers. Very unprofessional.

While waiting at drive up window, I observed one of the employees cutting up a banana for a shake with NO gloves. I have worked in the food service business, and gloves should ALWAYS be worn when handling food. Just saying.

We came as a group of 13. They served us quickly and efficiently.

My family go here about once a month. This time I order the salad. A very big chicken salad , but you get 2 small cup of dressing. Not enough for that salad ask for More and was told they are 59cents for each. So I took my salad home to finish it.never again.

Don't call them about an order they messed up. The manager can be a bit confrontational and not even apologize for messing up my order. All she said is they will make sure to check future customers' orders. I ordered 2 triple burgers and one double. But i got 2 doubles and one triple instead. Not to mention the onion ring on my burgers were burnt crisp. Just really not worth visiting this location. There food blows and the management is even worse. I will no longer visit the Prairie du chien location ever again. So many better place to eat. There loss not mine. Cause i would stop twice a week. Guess i will have to visit Culver's more often.

Usually friendly staff. Today I order throughout the app and went through the drive thru to pick up. Mind you I ordered 3 days prior and parked in the online order pick up and was told to just go through the drive thru. So I did and was greeted with a not so smiley face who chewed my butt for it. I explained I was told to drive through but I will park next time. Her attitude even after I explained my side was enough for me to decide I’ll take my business elsewhere. Your company miss communication is not customers fault.

I got the chicken bites, like 4 or 5 of them, certainly not many. The fries were soggy and undercooked and the ranch cup that came with chicken was sour. It was very warm and nasty. I usually like the place but last couple visits weren't very good
