Great food! My brother and I had the buffet for 160. It had various options for salads, mains (vegetarian options too!), and dessert - worth it! They played live music and had a dancer downstairs, which was cool. We preferred to eat on the terrace though. Besides the buffet they also offer a regular menu with a variety of Moroccan and Italien dishes. No alcohol served.

The restaurant has great ratings and we can vouch for that! The service was great, and so was the food. The iced tea was ok, we felt it had some carbonated water or something. The kefta tajine was OMG and the Pastilla was delicious. It was also refreshing to find fruits in the salad 🥗. The rooftop is nice, although a little noisy with renovations when we visited. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Absolutely stunning food, tender delicate, refined, extraordinary tasteful. We chose the buffet so we could try everything and we were not disappointed. Truly authentic I almost cried. The restaurant has an eastern sophistication vibe. Beautiful food, beautiful people, beautiful restaurant and live music to top it off. Wow! And if that was not enough we enjoyed the Moroccan spiced expresso!! 🌹

Food was delicious, but a little more expensive than other places. They have live Moroccan music after 7pm (hence the price). Lovely atmosphere and staff. Beautiful rooftop view of Ben Youseff mosque and Atlas mountains. Has water spray air con on the terrace.

An Amazing way to try out a variety of Moroccan cuisine. Great food atop a beautiful terrace with traditional live music. Best restaurant experience in Marrakech by a long-shot. A must try.

Incredible food, tried everything on the buffet and was so impressed. The staff were lovely, rooftop was great and the live music was serene. Favourite place I’ve been to in Morocco so far.

The food was tasty , but the price for the amount of food wasn't good . There are better prices around.

Absolutely amazing! As a Moroccan I can say that their food is of high Moroccan quality and standard. Nice rooftop with the buffet. VERY GOOD price. Some music, coffee, sweets. Loads of veggies and the 🥕 salad is to die for. Im sad I discovered it on my second last day 😭 The picture is the view

Only place I found that served a Moroccan buffet! Every type of tagine, couscous, and salad with another tier of desserts - all for 180 dirham (at this writing). With some pleasant live music on a gorgeous terrace to boot! Would definitely go back next time.

The Kui-Zin is a good restaurant with (from my perspective) a few very minor weaknesses. We were here as a couple in early January 2024. We had a selection of seven Moroccan salads as well as a vegetable tagine. Both dishes were vegan. The variety of salads was very tasty. I personally found the tagine a bit bland (but as they say, tastes vary). In the first week of January 2024, the Kui-Zin frequently offered an All-You-Can-Eat buffet. Initially, we were told that only the buffet was available, but when we considered leaving, we were eventually offered the option to choose from the menu as well. The waiters were all very friendly and helpful. In the evening, traditional live music was played on the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace is truly beautiful, and you can enjoy your meal in a fantastic atmosphere. In summary: A good restaurant. Certainly a bit more touristy than I typically prefer.

Great rooftop restaurant. I usually do not give 5 Stars on every aspect. But this restaurant left me no other option. The tajine buffet is exceptional good, with plenty of choices. They advised me to take the soup together with sweets. Suprising combination. The staff is very nice and polite. And the location is superb.

First time to visit and my my it it did not disappoint. The buffet offers a variety of authentic Moroccan cuisine to tantalise your tastebuds. You are spoilt for choice. Impeccable service, with a warm welcome, live Moroccan music and warm spiced Moroccan coffee to finish the evening. Thank you.

I highly recommend doing the all you can eat buffet for 190 MAD per person(every night at 6:30pm). The food was soo yummy and lots to choose from. We went here for our first night in Marrakesh and it helped us realise what food we liked for the rest of our trip. Live music and lovely staff!

Great food , service, and people for a reasonable price. The buffet looked delicious but was too much for us. Live music was great on the rooftop terrace.

I had chicken curry, lasagna, couscous, yogurt and fruit crumble. All of the cuisines and dessert are great! Also all the staffs are nice. I really recommend this restaurant. It is the best restaurant I’ve ever been in morocco.

Great atmosphere and wonderful music! The belly dancer was fun but the live music was so much better! They have a great menu and wonderful view. Good price for the food as well and the servers were super nice.

We loved the food here And if you're really hungry and wanna taste different dishes then you can go for a buffet for 180 dirhams. (without drinks). We had a salad, chicken tajin and beef cous cous and a bottled water for 300 dirhams. They accept card too!

  • 5/5 Suellen C. 8 months ago on Google
A little of the beaten path, but the food and the live music are worth it. Good vegetarian options, creative salads, and good service. Good terrace.

If we could give this more stars we would. For a short stay in Marrakech, we feel like we’ve tasted it all! The service was incredible - we arrived 30 minutes too early for the buffet but sitting us for a couple of drinks was no problem. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Vegans, vegos and meat lovers all have several options to enjoy. The live music was the most amazing touch as we watched the sunset go down. Cannot recommend more highly - if we didn’t have a desert dinner booked for tomorrow night we would come back here. 10000 stars! We paid 180MAD each for the buffet.

Our first lunch in marrakech. The food was really nice and the staff were friendly. Love the atmosphere and the seating area

Got horrible food poisoning from this place last night! Also, if you want a peaceful meal without the performers pushing you to dance, then this is not the place to go. Food got cold. Owner/manager promised tea but it never showed up. Also, check your bill carefully as there was a random added item for no reason.

Lovely air conditioned ground floor restaurant in the heart of the Medina, but also had an upstairs outdoor terrace. Friendly staff who did us some ‘off menu food’ on a recent visit. Great art work on the walls too! A great find!

Stopped by for lunch on a roof terrace and it was lovely! The food was absolutely delicious (chicken skewers and chicken tajine were a hit!), service was very friendly and warm, and everyone enjoyed the meal. Recommended!

Staff was very nice, the restaurant has a beautiful terrace and a group singing Moroccan music live The buffet was 160 dhs but we ordered from the menu. Fair prices and nice plates but not unforgettable!

Went here today and everything was amazing. I can’t say enough nice things about the people who work there. We asked for soy or any type of milk that wasn’t from a cow and they left the restaurant to get it for us! So sweet! Thanks again guys !

The owner and the staff of Kui-Zin is top notch. The live music adds to the already lovely atmosphere. The restaurant has a menu and buffet option. But we went for the menu twice! Just be aware there are certain dishes which requires a pre-order the day before. (Like the Rabbit Tagine we pre-ordered from the previous night) As they buy their ingredients fresh.

We had finally some delicious and affordable lunch in Marrakech in Kui-Zin. I can highly recommend vegetarian moussaka and sauté fruits for dessert. The restaurant has air conditioner.

Amazing place with amazing food. We came twice during our short visit. The first time was for quick delicious lunch and the second time was for an open buffet evening with live band that plays old moroccan music.

  • 5/5 Es 1 year ago on Google
Wow! Wonderful Maroccan buffet (including dessert, the sweets are to die for) for only 160 dirhams. Great flavours and atmosphere with the live music and the belly dancer. Also very sweet and professional waiters. Well meaning advice from a interior design perspective: change the bright, white lightbulbs on the roof terrace for less brighter (more yellow) ones and your restaurant looks more attractive!! Now your sit more or less in the spotlight which isn’t very cosy. We definitely come back when we are in Marrakesh again! Al the best.

  • 5/5 Josie E. 1 year ago on Google
Very tasty vegetarian/vegan options (Berber tagine and veggie couscous), for really affordable prices (around 60 dirhams a dish). The couscous was a really generous portion, and everything tasted absolutely delicious. The rooftop terrace, amazing musicians and kind staff made it an even more enjoyable experience! Would definitely recommend.

The lovely decor of the rooftop patio gives this restaurant a terrific ambiance. We loved the band throughout our dinner, which was an excellent complement to our overall great experience in Kui-Zin. The kefta tajine was great, however the chopped lamb with the vegetarian tajine lacked something. The staff was really kind and attentive.

Very nice restaurant with places outside over the rooftops of Marrakech. The food was very delicious and Housin gave us a very good service. The price is also very good for the quality of the food ... Absolutely recommended! We will be back!

  • 5/5 Arnica R. 1 year ago on Google
This restaurant is popular with travellers for a reason - the food is really good. But what kept us going back was the world-class music featuring guitar and traditional instruments. Remember to tip your musicians! They are worth the visit themselves.

This restaurant was the best food experience we had in Marrakech. I was sceptical about a buffet however the quality, freshness and cleanliness is genuinely very good! The chicken and date Tajine was the best I had in Marrakech. The starter/salad options were delicious and the friendliness and service from the staff was amazing. I highly recommend! So much better than all of the hipster, well marketed restaurants in this area. The price is 180dh/18€ per person for unlimited food. They also have live Moroccan music. You might need to make a reservation. Must try: Their green beans from the starters Chicken Tajine Orange Panna cotta

Awesome place. A must-go when visiting Marrakech. Very good food, live dancing and music, very friendly and familial staff. We've had a great evening.

Truly delightful to stumble across this gem of a place, the moroccan buffet allowed us to try so many dishes and they were all so delicious and colourful and fresh. The atmosphere on the roof terrace with friendly and attentive staff is a great place to be and we enjoyed the best live music we have heard so far in Marrakech which really added to the magic. Thank you! 180 dirham per person, live music at 19 pm.
