We had a blast here trying the themed cocktails. The presentation is incredible especially if you can sit at the bar and watch how they’re made. They were also very tasty. The staff here is also great. Well worth checking out.

A very speakeasy bar like atmosphere when you come in,the bar initially followed by a different space for the dining area. Eaten here twice now- Firstly, the sharing plates and the next visit the Ala carte menu. The Sharing plates were not as good as the Ala carte For the sharing plates, we only found 2 of the 5 plates were good. The octopus ball and the crab on filo was good. Found the beef with chimichanga too subtle. The foie gras in cones and the beef with prune was underwhelming. The chocolate tiramisu desert was excellent. The crystal meth was pretty but was too sweat, too gingery and too sour- a below average cocktail. For the second meal we had the starter of the crab- beautifully presented but much on the fishy side. Cote bouef was good, nice truffle sauce on top. The other main of a seafood risotto was also good-Good saffron flavour. Again the barometer twist cocktail was not as good as the original- Barometer negroni was overpowering with cloves and cardamom. It stuck in your mouth and effected the food you ate, would have rather have a standard negroni any day. Service was good. Music too loud in the first cosy Saturday night and better on the second meal Ona Tuesday night. Also on Saturday, rather too many large tables with also increase the noise level.

Really great concept and I was so excited to visit. This place was top of my list to do in Marrakech. The food was interesting yet tasty and beautifully presented. We had 3 cocktails which we felt were unreasonably expensive. The Marrakech Market was very pricey yet I couldn’t drink it because it was served in a clay cup which felt like I was drinking sand. Not very pleasant at all. The service was extremely slow and we waited to place a drinks order for over 20 minutes. Our bill was over MAD1000 and we felt this was not worth it.

Super passionate about their drinks. Amazing bar set up. There with the best in Europe and they have a much smaller palette to work with. Its easy in the centre of London, but when you are in the centre of a virtually dry country you have to rely on raw ability and an understanding of how flavours work!

Never would I have thought to find a bar like this in Marrakech. Absolutely amazing. Unfortunately we went there our last evening so we couldn't return for a second time. Very good drinks, nice atmosphere, friendly barmen and tasty food. Although the prices are more European than Moroccan it is an experience you can't miss when visiting Mareakech.

If you thought you wouldn’t find a prohibition style speakeasy in Marrakech - think again. Barometre is a must for both cocktail lover and foodie - word of warning though, limited options for vegetarians.

Beautiful little speakeasy which makes some of the best bespoke cocktails I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Really passionate about the drinks, the ingredients in them and the presentation. The bar has dozens of jars of fresh spices and condiments that you can sniff. And they even do a personalized drink that they make after they interview you for 10 mins! Food was more a 4/5 but loved the vibe. Great for a drink (albeit pricy)

The best cocktail bar I have ever been to. All of the drinks are finely crafted and with beautiful vessels. We also ordered the cafe gourmand and it was delicious! The owner also came and gave us free shots. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful bar, thought-through bar and food menu. 5 stars service despite us going on a busy night. Only thing that could be improved is expanding the offering of premium alcohol, and upgrading the base ones used in cocktails.

We had a spectacular night at this place. Our host Simon gave us a rare blend of attentive service & the freedom to wine & dine at the tempo we desired. Cocktails were creative & carefully crafted, food was sublime. Definitely recommend a visit when you're in Marrakesh!

The best bar ever !! Lovely bubbly atmosphere, drinks made with creativity and the staff very friendly. I m taking off one star because of my recent visit to it. We were obliged to order food but the menu was disappointing and overpriced. The staff are kind and lovely as usual .

My friends and I loved this place! We stumbled upon it and were not disappointed! We didn't have a reservation so we waited at the bar and had drinks! The bartenders are great and so were the drinks. We were getting hungry and asked the manager if we could eat at the bar since we were waiting for a table. He said of course and brought us menus! It was my friends birthday and what a place to celebrate at! Food was delicious and the staff amazing. My only complaint is people are allowed to smoke indoors at the bar area, other then that I highly recommend this place...make a reservation!! This is simply one of the best cocktail bars in the world. We have made a trip every year to the top five bars in the world on the 50 best bars list. None of them have come close to the level of ingenuity and chef focused cocktails as this hidden gem in Marrakesh. If you miss it, you have completely missed out on an experience that's once in a lifetime.

Amazing unique tasty cocktails. The waitress insisted I don’t order my usual drink. Gave me recommendations based on my likes. And we had some great options. Took a bit of time due to weekend and NYE traffic.

Very wellcoming service and unique interior in a basement that might easily be missed. The menue lists a few special expression cocktails and the standards. If you prefer straight booze you might be a little disappointed as there is only a small choice, e.g. of whisky or rum. No complemetary water or nuts - however we were served a farewell-shot for free. Clear recommendation

Hands down the best cocktail bar in Marrakech. It serves expertly crafted cocktails that have an excellent presentation and are very well balanced. All the drinks we tried were very tasty and not too sweet. We had a seat at the bar which was decorated with bottles of herbs in jars giving it an apothecary feel. The owner (Salmane) was also very friendly and gave us a quick history of the bar. Definitely a must visit for serious cocktail lovers.

The drinks are surprisingly delicious - given they make their own bitters and concoctions! It's really creative what they do with their drinks. The ambiance is very chill and the bartenders are very attentive and warm. We had a couple drinks here and really enjoyed them along with the presentation. They can do a little more work on their finesse though - the trays/ setup the drinks came in weren't always very clean or neat. But this was a minor deterrent in the overall experience.

On a recent trip to Marrakech we researched some places that were outside the Medina for a change of pace and scenery. Barometre was on the list after reading about the creative cocktails they serve. It's kind of like stepping down into an alchemist Lab and we loved it. The service was excellent and the drinks were very creative! Morocco isn't the biggest drink culture over all, but this is the place to go in Marrakech. The only negative I had was that some people smoke tobacco in there which if you have the right mindset is fine but some people would not like that. If you go on the early side ( we went right after they opened) you can avoid the crowds as well. Try all of the signature drinks- they will deliver an experience !

We took a chance on this place and was not disappointed. The mixologist was incredibly talented and so friendly, you can tell he is proud of his craft. Each cocktail is a show more than a drink. Such a unique experience - we loved it so much we returned after having our meal

During my visit to Barometre in Marrakesh, I had a delightful experience. The bar is conveniently located in the city center and offers a cozy ambiance. The prices were acceptable, although not the cheapest option available. However, the original cocktails served were worth the price. The staff and security were friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bar had a good selection of unique and original cocktails on the menu, catering to different tastes. Although the space was small, it added to the intimate and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the service was fast and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Barometer for its cozy setting, friendly staff, and fantastic selection of original cocktails.

Unique and wonderfully presented cocktails that were delicious. Service was great. Expensive for Morocco, but well worth it in my opinion for the quality and ambiance.

Amazing food, the carpaccio was incredible, the beef slices were very tender. Very good service, amazing meat, especially the lamb. The cocktails were incredible and very creative.

I love le Baromètre, they have the best cocktails in Marrakech. The duck was magical, if you like duck go for it.

Amazing excentric bar/restaurant that is a must to go to when you visit Marrakech. The staff is super friendly and the food will make your night even better. The cocktails that they make are something else that you won't get at a regular cocktail bar, so you should definitely try those out.

Definitely worth a visit as a break from the medina. While the drinks tend to be more focused on fruits and sours (seriously), you can also speak with a bar tender for them to make something more in line with your tastes. The bar area has limited seating (we did not try the restaurant) so arrive early or prepare to wait on busy nights). Cocktails average about ~150-170 DH.

Fabulous dining experience; staff were tentative and knowledgeable of the menu, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the cocktails as well as mocktails were executed perfectly.

Lthw atmosphere was fantastic alongside the tunes that was played. The creativity and presentation of the cocktails are also to be mentioned especially the likes of Prohibition, Marrakech and Churchill.

Excellent food though we weren’t expecting that. We were their for a cocktail which was extraordinary. Service was top with Ouisal. Air Condition was cooling well but again it was 40C in Marrakech.

Excellent! An absolute splendid night out at Barometre for drinks. We sampled 6 of the cocktails, all of which were very good. The crystal meth, Jimmy Hendrix and Churchill were my particular favourite's. Careful - the chilli infused tequila is spicy! The Staff were impeccable and service was the best I have experienced in a long time. I definitely recommend this bar to anyone visiting Marrakesh looking for a decent drink and something a little different. Thank you Barometre for such a great evening!

Hands down the best resturant I've have tried so far in Marrakech. The interior design and atmosphere alone makes it a place worth visiting. The cocktails are amazing and the way they serve them even more so. The staff are kind and helpful and does their very best to insure you have a great evening. Finally the food we had was extremely good. Their innovative ways of servering cocktails continues to show in the presentation of their dishes. Especicially the dishes called "sharing is caring". I truly hope I get the chance to visit again. Thanks for a great experience!
