We came as part of their day pool pass. The pass with lunch and a massage is a great deal. The hotel itself is beautiful and pool well taken care of. It’s a steal but can’t help feeling disappointment still in the massage. Very very light. Lunch too - while delicious took forever. 2+ hours from beginning to end. We were there for the pool so the extended lunch really cut into our time and we got impatient to be done. Maybe consider adding quick sandwich options for pool customers? Would have gladly had that over a fancy fish entree

A walled hotel with a super garden, we got a double upgrade and truly enjoyed the spacious junior suite. Wouldn’t mind returning here for 2-3 nights thanks to the very attentive service, particularly at diner times. Breakfast quality could be improved though. Pool area is nice.

We loved this beautiful boutique hotel, simply a quiet oasis in the heart of the old city of Marrakech. You would step into the hotel and leave the wonderful craziness of the busy noisy city behind for calm retreat. Wonderful roof terrace, pool side chilling, and so many places to sit in the garden with a coffee. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so very friendly and welcoming. What more can you ask for from a boutique hotel in the middle of a city. Fabulous

Cute hotel with a nice pool and restaurant. Bedrooms are spacious with air conditioning and nice showers but still have a very traditional feel. Walking distance to the markets but a taxi ride away from the new town / the top restaurants in Marrakesh. The only reason I knocked a star is because the cocktails we ordered were not great at all on two occasions and the gym was extremely basic (just a treadmill, cross trainer and bike outside). Otherwise, lovely stay with kind staff.

The hotel gives you a nice feeling with its beautiful architecture, lush gardens, the heated swimming pool (but very shady) and stylish restaurant. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but that's not the case, you can hear people in the other rooms talking. If you're a light sleeper that might put you off.

We have had a wonderful time here. The staff is super helpful and nice. They gave us a detailed map and explained the city and where to go. Our children 6 and 4 love the gardens and we are so happy as parents to let them explore the grounds being its fully walled in. The food is delightful and the place is beautiful.

Such a quiet oasis in a chaotic city. The service really is the best; two examples. I requested a technician as a had a problem with the safe, by the time I got back to the room he was right behind me. I told the reception that we had the laundry ready for cleaning, again, the maid was right behind me. 100% place.

This is a great hotel to stay in marrakesh, it's super Clean, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and though your in the middle of a city the moment you step through the doors of les jardins de la medina it's like your in this quiet and peaceful oasis just perfect.

A high-end hotel, with great facilities and top service. The hotel design is very authentic with good attention to details and smells. The service is very good, friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel restaurant is pretty good, although don't expect to fast service. The hotel's location is 15-20 minutes walk from the city center and the markets. Which requires you to walk a bit every time, but the positive is that you're not in the middle of the mess and rush. The hotel garden and pool gives you the feeling of a little oasis, so it's a perfect spot to enjoy Marrakech and yet to have your down time and relax. Enjoy :)

What a beautiful experience. Friendly, welcoming staff, 5 star treatment, dinner is an experience out of this world. I would recommend 👌 any day. If ever I happen to come back into Marrakech this will be a place to book.

Perfect from start to finish! Such a beautiful oasis in the medina. Staff are so friendly and the service impeccable. Room was big and more than adequate. The pool is lovely and was a real highlight on the hot sunny days.

Everything was amazing with the most lovely staff. Breakfast omelette is a must and dinner was always 10/10. Especially loved the outdoor seating amongst all the plants. It’s possible to just spend your whole trip to Marrakech in this hotel itself. Loved every moment of my stay.

Amazing and clean hotel. The staff was magnificent. They were super helpful and kind! The restaurant has very fresh and delicious food. Also, the spa is very nice. The hotel is very close to most tourist attractions, such as the tombs and palace.

We had a fantastic 7 days, and this hotel is a beautiful hidden gem in Marrakech. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile - it was our anniversary and my son’s birthday. Big shout out to the helpful reservation team, reception team, friendly breakfast team and housekeeping team that keeps the place lively and spotless. 100% considering coming again to this amazing hotel.

Nice riad with a lovely garden and pool area and fantastic staff, let down slightly by the room we had and the limited half-board menu. Minor gripes though and we had a great stay overall.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel and hospitality. We loved our stay and could not recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are cozy in winter with very comfortable beds and great linens. The fireplace made a nice touch for cold evenings. The breakfast buffet is incredible. The service was the best we experienced in Marrakesh. The pool is heated and swimmable during winter with a lovely sun filled terrace on the roof as well. We can’t wait to return!

I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Marrakech. Beautifully maintained with great service, breakfast and staff always looking after you. They also did a small wine festival for hotel guests offering Moroccon wine and pastries in the evening with great local music. The food is brilliant and they provide complimentary sweet morrocon cookies at the beginning of your stay. The pool is nestled in the middle of greenery and there is plenty of space to read and relax. Spa and hamam session was worth the booking.

We went there just for a 1 day pool and lunch experience. is quite well located, very relaxing the atmosphere and the food is very good. the only thing is that since it is not adults only, there were quite a number of kids making noise.

Unprofessional receptionist. Didn’t show me the facilities of the property upon check in, did not inform me that I had breakfast included with my booking. My first night was bad. The AC was making a loud whistling noise. Moved to another room to find cockroaches and ants everywhere on the ground and toilet. I had to email the property to grab the management’s attention since the receptionist refused fix the technical and hygiene issues regarding the insects. The management apologized for that and fixed the issue after my second night (hence 2-stars rating) Overall, the property is nice with a variety of trees in the jardin. The service at the pool was very slow. The location was about 15 minutes walk out of the medina. I would come back if these issues get resolved in the future.

Small luxury hotel. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere with excellent staff and fabulous breakfast spread. We didn't try lunch or dinner but it looked very good. Spa is really good. Highly recommended.

This place is magical. Lush and green, shady spots to lounge and read, a stunning roof top. The staff is courteous, alert and friendly. The rooms are pleasant and cosy, not over-designed not too plain. The food is good, no stomach issues whatsoever. I will certainly come again.

A amazing hotel at the edge of the medina. Delicious food, refreshing pool, outstanding food and drinks. There are turtles walking around and a calm oasis. Nothing but good words.

Les Jardins de la Medina was truly an amazing hotel to stay in. It was beautiful, clean, warm and cozy. But most importantly, the staff was amazing. We put the staff through so much, with a secret birthday cake and a whole proposal being planned on the same day, but they made no mistakes and were so happy to help us out with everything. My partner enjoyed his surprise cake and beer in our hotel room, and I was in shock to see the same room in the evening being covered in the most beautiful flowers. Safe to say, I said yes!
