hotel
staff
apparently
believes
that
a
scenic
location
makes
up
for
the
inconsistency
of
the
service.
The
guest
should
be
stunned
by
the
scenery
and
then
look
over
every
screw
up
that
the
staff
does.

The
photo
of
the
rooms
are
not
consistent
with
the
actual
rooms.
They
changes
the
design
to
thus
when
we
checked
in,
the
suite
was
not
at
all
as
we
expected
it.
The
photos
has
not
been
updated
on
the
site
even
though
the
manager
told
us
the
renovation
was
done
2
years
ago.
-
The
quality
of
the
breakfast
is
more
on
the
level
of
3
star
hotel
then
5
star
hotel.
You
can
get
served
spoiled
milk,
no
salad
is
provided.
-
Service
personal
was
not
there
ot
put
our
mind
at
ease.
Instructions
were
either
misunderstood
or
just
not
done
so
one
had
to
reinstruct
about
them.
The
bar
is
making
drinks
in
very
varying
quality.
The
two
things
that
are
good
about
the
hotel
is
the
inner
garden,
ambience
and
the
cleaning
staff
is
doing
an
excellent
job.
Those
are
on
the
5
star
level.
The
service
staff,
because
of
their
inconsistency
of
service
is
more
on
the
3
star
hotel
level.
There
is
not
any
admission
of
the
lack
of
service
either
-
they
just
go
on
as
if
nothing
has
happened.
To
conclude,
this
could
have
been
an
excellent
venue,
but
its
apparent
the
management
is
not
up
to
standard
and
the
owner,
who
is
a
private
investor
simply
does
not
pay
attention
to
the
bad
quality.
Don´t
leave
your
money
here
-
if
you
want
a
"no
worries"
vacation,
better
to
go
for
the
well
tested
brands
as
"Four
Season".
I
know
we
will,
if
we
go
to
Marrakesh
another
time.
