This is a great Riad, meaning palace, and even though from the outside it looks simple, once you enter it will amaze you. The newly refurbished Riad has tons of classic Moroccan architecture with very colorful and clean rooms. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to really experience Moroccan architecture and have an amazing ambiance.

This place ist just magic! The moment you step inside this Riad it takes your breath away. The interior is beautiful and the owners thought of every single detail. Mohamed, his wife Maria and the rest of the stuff are helpful and welcoming. They can arrange an airport transfer and can cook a very tasty Moroccan dinner for you. Breakfast is amazing too!

One of the best accomodations i've ever had! Riad Konouz is an amazing place, run by amazing people. The rooms, the breakfast hall and the terrace were absolutely clean and perfectly decorated. The owners have paid attention to every detail so as to make the place elegant. They and the staff are really kind. We had to check-out at 3 in the night and they woke up to prepare breakfast for us(at least a part of it)!! 5 stars is not enough for this excellent riad.

Great location and a beautiful riad. The rooms are comfortable and traditional, with good plumbing. The hosts are so kind and helpful - they arrange trips for you,advise where to eat and what to be careful of. Couldn't praise it highly enough.

We received warm hospitality with mint tea when we arrived. Staff are friendly and they even packed us food to go since we were joining the desert tour next morning. However, given the affordable price it offers, the location is not very close to the bus stop (around 10 mins) or the market (around 20 mins), it is located in a rather local neighborhood with muddy road.

The hospitality I have received during my stay here was exceptional. Mohammad took care of the interests I had, ensuring I get the best rates on anything I wanted to do. The breakfast had a nice cultural feel to it. The entire Riad itself was beautifully decorated and the staff were amazing. If I ever go back to Marrakech, Riad Konouz is definitely the place I will be staying at.

Quiet, clean, in small street, not far from the souks, jenaa or the gardens. Very helpful stuff, met us well after midnight, gave map and tips. Breakfast is simple, but delicious, enough to keep one full for a long time. Recommended

Best experience in Marrakech super unic place near enough the market to walk in 15 min and far enough to not be crowded. We were offered an amazing experience with Youssef to the desert of Agafey with quads, camels and a wonderful dinner at the desert with folkloric music around a fire. What an extraordinary day 😀

Very happy to have a few nights stay there. Greeted by very friendly family staffs who don't hesitate to help us with getting around the area. Rooms are very clean, and they serve delicious moroccan breakfast! Highly recommended!

Spend 4 days at this place. Very friendly people and willing to help. The style is very traditional that was my focus. Clean rooms and nice traditional breakfast. No amenities though in the rooms and no water for drinking.
