We spent 10 days here after the earthquake. We loved thd riad and it's peaceful atmosphere. The decor in our room was also beautiful. It was our daily treat to take breakfast on the roof in the sunshine. The staff were always kind and attentive and polite. They try very hard to make your stay enjoyable. We find enjoy ours.

We stayed at Riad Bindoo for 5 nights and each day we were amazed by not only the friendliness and hospitality of the staff but also by the beauty of the Riad itself. Our room, Boutou, was beautifully decorated and spacious and had a view over the pool. The breakfast every morning was big and fresh and was served wherever and whenever we wished in the Riad. The location was also very good, 20 min from the main square walking (which is a very good distance from all the people) with many restaurants and markets nearby. Even with a short power outage, the Riad staff set up candles all over the Riad and made it magical. We felt very welcomed and comfortable at the Riad and will come back soon! Thank you!

We loved our stay here! Architecture is amazing and staff is lovely, after checkout you can leave your luggages to see the city or spend time in Riad’s terrace or garden. Definitely recommend.

I only wish that I could give more stars!!! Riad Bindoo, in our week of sojourning about the magical, mystical lands of Morocco was--without a doubt--a highlight of our trip. We flew into Casablanca and stayed in a lovely hotel that was walking distance from the places we most sincerely wanted to visit. It was perfectly acceptable, well beyond that, really. Only, after the amazing train ride through the desert to the mindblowing heart of Marrakech, the Riad Bindoo just blew away all our expectations for what not just staying, but living, in Morocco could be. We loved the building, the architecture, the room (with amazing furniture, lighting, etc), the "invigorating" pool, the roof, the breakfast (the omelettes were out of this world), and, especially, the conscientious, warm, kind, hospitable and, above all, helpful, staff. The Riad is central to so many, many places and activities in the Marrakech Medina--we loved strolling among the souks and, especially, wandering our way into the Jemaa el Fna to be courted (overwhelmingly) to unbelievable food and entertainment each night. We traveled with our two daughters (8 & 12) and we all love love loved the Riad Bindoo--Thank you for providing such a lovely oasis for this Downtown NYC family!!!

We were a group of 6 women who stayed at Riad Bindoo for 4 days. I will never forget the feeling of walking into the Riad and being blown away by how beautiful it was. We were like kids on holiday running from one room to the next to investigate their unique beauty. That all said, it was the service that put our stay WAY over the top. The manager and his team at Bindoo were unbelievably hospitable. For all of us, it was our first time to Marrakech and the guys went above and beyond to anticipate our every need. I have never felt so pampered in all my life. From getting us a driver in less than 20 minutes so we could take an impulsive day trip to Essaouira to serving us breakfast wherever we congregated in the riad or finding a way to get pizza delivered late at night when we were too tired to find food ourselves. If you want to find a place to call 'home' while in Marrakech, look no further. Riad Bindoo is a most excellent choice!

The Riad Bindoo was a fantastic relaxing stay for us. We were impressed by the level of customer service at the riad. This was our first visit to Morocco and we were not disappointed. Hisham was very helpful and accommodating, as well as the rest of the staff. He did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There are only about eight rooms/ suites there, so you get lots of personal attention. Each room has a different theme. It is located near a lot of things to see and do. The breakfast is very filling and tasty traditional Moroccan food.

The hotel design was unique and cute. We had 3 people stayed in one room so I slept in one of the couch by the door. The problem was the curtains were small and didn’t cover the whole window so I felt there isn’t much privacy. Other than that, it was a nice experience. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and accommodating. Like most boutique hotels in Morocco, there is only one or two staffs working at a time so services can be slow. Just make sure you leave yourself plenty of time for breakfast.

Perfect location- we walked everywhere from here. Small riad, family friendly, great breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine. Didn’t use the pool but enjoyed a hammam at the spa

What a lovely place. I’ve never seen lodging like this in my life in the states. Colorful, quiet. Clean. Mustafa working the night shift was very kind and helpful each night and in the mornings I had to get assistance with my door (it would get jammed and I would get either locked in or locked out) and another staff person would come and help me and he was very kind too! I left off one star since I got a different room than the one I paid for, but all in all, it’s OK. Arriving late from my flight, I was a bit put off by the walk back to the riad, but Mustafa came and walked with me and once I saw the streets during the day time, I was OK with it. I would stay again, just in a different room. I would also do the hammam. I scheduled it but overslept for my appointment time because I had way too much fun the night before. Marrakech is a magical place! This affordable and beautiful riad is worth a visit!

Perfect Place to stay in the Medina, not far away from the other places in Marrakech. Lovely and very helpfully staff. Ou room „aswan suite“ was very nice. Beautiful rooftop and breakfast. The spa is amazing.

We did a couple massage and the 2 ladies DIDN’T do a very nice job, they were chatting all time and interrupting the massage. This was very disappointing and annoying, we didn’t relax at all. Price also higher than other places.

The approach to the hotel is unsafe, the two streets between where taxis drop off and the hotel doors are very quiet. A man followed us down one of these streets and it was a scary experience. The communal parts of the hotel are beautiful. However, the Benares room was poorly lit, curtains did not fit the window so very little privacy and freezing cold. When we asked for a heater we were given a broken one which was a fire risk. The shower was pitch black due to the walls around it. There was no bathroom door, just a very dirty thick curtain which did not cover the length properly. The sink area had lighting but this was poor. The floor had big dust balls on it showing that the room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The wardrobe was extremely dusty so could not put clothes in it. There was no safe either. Before arriving to the hotel we had confirmed that there would be snacks available as we would be getting quite late to the hotel. On arrival, there was nothing. Eventually we were given a menu for a local takeaway, however five mins later were told this was closed. I expect a 4 star hotel to have some basic food for purchase if needed. We asked for water, got given one bottle for 4 of us to share and told there was no more. There was no water kept in the rooms. One day we asked for 4 glasses, got given 2 so we asked for more which took another several mins to arrive. When they did arrive, one was dirty and sticky. In the mornings, there would be a cold breakfast which was nice. Though it would take 20 mins to arrive from when we sat down. If we asked for anything (e.g milk for coffee) it would take a further 5-10 mins to arrive. All basic requests were hard work to communicate and very time consuming. Paying was also tricky. On the last night we went to pay by card and were told it was a bank transfer to someone’s personal account. The details were shown via a WhatsApp conversation, all felt dodgy. We were given a receipt which made us feel a little better. The spa was also beautiful but our treatments were poorly timed. One booking was for a long treatment and there were 3 more short bookings. We expected the longer one to start first and then the rest of us so we could have some time together by the pool. However, they did all 3 of the shorter ones first and then moved onto the longer one, which meant we could not have any time together as a group. When they told us this was the plan we couldn’t request changing the order due to the communication barrier. In summary, everything was extremely difficult and hard work. The hotel did not feel safe either. It was not relaxing. One good thing though was the hotel staff would walk us to the taxi for safety when we requested. There are other hotels which are more expensive which I recommend paying extra for. Though this hotel is also somewhat expensive, it is not worth it. I would say it is a 1-2 star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the riad Bindoo. The service staff were always very helpful. Upon request they brought a fresh mint tea to the room. The morning was always prepared quickly and super tasty. I would recommend it to anyone planning a short stay in marrakech.

Accidentally found this amazing spa while out looking for another spa😌 This was better than what we had planned and the best part, it was empty. Quiet. Tranquil. So we (a group of 3) had the plunge pool and place to ourselves. Enjoyed a great massage and facial. Great team of beauty therapists 💙💙💙

Mehdi was the best customer in this Riad. Next time just coming again in this riad because of him. It would be good, that the Spa is included in the price and not just for hamam.

Absolutely loved our stay here so much, we decided to rebook at the end of our trip. Karim made our stay one of the best I’ve ever experienced. We had dinner and breakfast on the top floor terrace. Highly recommend if you are considering a riad. The rooms are beautiful.

Beautiful riad. All the decors will at least make you gasp. It is clean and the attendances are nice. Room is big and comfortable. Shower is really really nice. Breakfast is also delicious. One thing I am disappointed is the wifi coverage. I barely got wifi connection in my room. The coverage around the lounge, terrace, and reception is awesome though.

Lovely place, beautiful, nice rooms. But the service when agreeing to leave to the airport at 7:15 and breakfast at 6:40 started preparing the table at 7:00, and didnt get us anything until 7:05. Great experience on leaving Marrakesh. On arrival we called them to pick us up by the road, and some scammers took us together with the hotel receptionist (in on it?!) and wanted 200 dirhams. Said its not their mistake: “you know its marroco”. OK, you know, its Google. 5 star place 1 star service

Best hotel I've been to! Breakfast is served on the sunny terrace with a view or in your room. They have a chilly swimming pool. And the rooms were super clean and decorated in style. Shout out the hotel manager who helped us with our tours and to go around Marrakech city. 👌

Super nice (Morning) receptionist. Very kind and helpful. The riad is beautiful. The room had a bath which was very nice especially when it's cold. There was a slight smell of a particular cleaning product which was not appealing therefore the -1 *

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever been to! Riad Bindoo is just so amazing, the location is great and it's so close to the airport. This was our first visit to Marrakech, and we couldn't be more pleased. The staff at the road was always helpful and nice, they would give us tips as tho what to look out for and where to go. We bought the bed and breakfast option, and the breakfast was delicious and normally it was served on the beautiful roof terrace. I would highly recommend it!

Riad Bindoo was excellent. The Riyad is absolutely beautiful and picturesque. We have just had a 7 day stay and couldn't rate them highly enough. The service provided by Karim and Hisham was absolutely first class. Nothing was a problem. They were so helpful and knowledgeable too. The Riyad is located in a very central location, a ten min walk from the Jam el Fna, Koutoubia Mosque and the Souks. We saved a lot of money by walking everywhere. A major highlight for us was that there is a mosque literally a 30 second walk away, and a bigger mosque a 2 min walk away. We have two small children (5 and 1). They were both treated really well, and were well catered for. We would absolutely recommend Riyad Bindoo.
