We reserved in this place Hammam and the temperature was unacceptably low. It was hotter on the street then in Hammam. We asked to put it up, but got an excuse that the official temperature at hammam is 34° which is rediculous. Absolute lost of time and money.

I was in marrakech for a week and looked for a serious place for a hammam experience. My friend and I were happy that we found this place. It was a 15 min walk from the square. Easy to find and easy to book. First we had to make a deposit of 30e and the experience was very nice. We booked the duo hammam with an argan oil (+3€pP) massage (30min) and mint tea at the end for 74€. The workers were very nice and we felt very comfortable. Loved it. Everything was very clean and beautiful.

Affordable couple's Hammam with average massage in a pretty riad. The communication for booking was pretty dry and unfriendly, although once there all the staff was very nice. We had to wait 30min for our session because they were running late with other clients, which is annoying but they kindly offered tea on the rooftop during our wait. Few things could be improved (creating a more relaxed transition throughout the experience, offering a hair drier, proper explanation of the Hammam treatment...) but given the price difference with other fancy places in Marrakech, it isn't a bad option.

Ok, so I contacted the spa via WhatsApp to enquire about hamman, pedicures . I was told we could get hamman today, but pedicures on Monday! Ok... Me and the person were talking for 10 mins via WhatsApp about the treatments prices etc. She then asked for a picture of me and my partner.. I sent it and was immediately blocked on WhatsApp? The only thing I can assume is there is some racism at this establishment... we are brown british people and have had a few bouts of racism in Morocco (An African country) hmmm. 0 stars from me! Poor treatment of potential paying customer!

We came here for the spa treatment but didn't stay at the riad. All the women were lovely and worked so hard, despite the heat (40+ Celcius). Facilities were clean and we were also offered traditional Moroccan mint tea as part of the treatment package. Treatments were reasonably priced (~€45 for a 60min massage and Hammam). Hotel is conveniently located near Bahia Palace - be wary of people offering directions as they may be incorrect and take you to a longer route etc.

Came here for a couples hammam and 60 minute massage and it was a fantastic experience. We left it very last minute and booked just half an hour ahead of time, but they were very accommodating. We were greeted and were able to go to a room to get changed into robes and flip flops provided for us with woven basket bags to put our things in which we could store in the lockers. We then got scrubbed as clean as can be with exfoliation and then clay mask. After that we enjoyed a full body massage with a good amount of pressure for an hour and then were invited to enjoy our tea on the roof terrace which was full of plants and a very tranquil place to be to continue the relaxed vibe. Very professional, friendly staff and good value for money - would recommend

The location was very hidden and and there wasn’t a sign outside. I didn’t feel that safe walking through the back streets, however once we were inside it was magical. We chose the black scrub and a deep tissue couples massage. All staff were very professional and I have never felt so relaxed after a massage. They also served us tea on the rooftop, and I could have fallen asleep there. Would definitely recommend!

We got with my husband the hamman and massage for two. Very nice place and very good massage. We got exactly what we needed after an electronic music festival attendance, a very good massage and the hamman experience was very good. We highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our hammam experience at the spa. If you're looking for a more authentic alternative to the expensive hotel and riad options, this place is great. It's also in a good location near the palace.

We came here for a couples hammam treatment and massage. It was really really great. The personnel was very attentive. All around an amazing experience that we'll certainly try to enjoy next time we're in Marrakesh. We also had a nice talk with the manager of the establishment afterwards, great guy!

Al Ksar and Spa is superb. It's in a quiet location close to Bahia Palace and the Synagogue. The riad is managed by Oli, a French guy who also speaks several other languages and who is passionate about providing a great guest experience. The rooms and common areas are beautifully furnished and decorated. There is also a spacious roof terrace for sunbathing and taking in the view. We enjoyed the onsite hammam spa and massage experience and felt completely invigorated afterwards. Would recommend!

Wonderful spa day, they exceeded all expectations...my husband and I did a couples Duo with a 60 minute massage and it was amazing from Start to finish. You will not be disappointed, a bit challenging to find but the sent easy navigation with landmarks other wise we would have been lost because Google lost signal. So follow there directions 👍could be easy to miss. 5th door on the left number 11 was super important detail

We had a fantastic experience at Riad Al Ksar. Hidden down a peaceful alley, the spa and hotel is really beautiful and peaceful, full of plants and sunshine. The treatments were really high quality. We got the couples experience. First we were shown to a changing room to change into our swimwear and dressing gowns, then we went into a small wetroom where a member of staff splashed us with warm water, scrubbed us down, oiled us up and then shampooed and soaped us clean. She was really firm and we loved it, we'd never felt so clean. Then we went to a massage room and two masseuses gave a full body massage. It was really firm and we felt very relaxed afterwards. The treatments are quite intimate so you should go with someone you're comfortable being undressed around! After the treatments we had some mint tea and could relax by the small cold water pool. It was incredible value for money and all the staff were fantastic. It's a very quiet place and sometimes you are left waiting for a bit, but no fear because you can just relax and someone will let you know when it's time to move on to the next treatment.

Very nice Spa, we had an excellent morning. We bought the couple package with included the hammam for 45 minutes and a 30 min massage (+3€/each for Argan oil). The lady who assisted us in the hammam was particularly nice and welcoming even though she did not speak English.

Went here for a couple's hammam and 1hr massage. Worth every penny and so relaxed after. The massage was very good and I am a masseuse and first time getting a morrocan massage. Great service and beautiful Riad. Oli was very helpful and fitted us in within a hour of contacting him about availability luckily our own riad was only around the corner. Recommend for anyone looking for a luxury spa in Marrakech

Food could be better and bigger portions and I ordered chicken Tianjin for my fiancee and they said they would make it and it would take 1 hour but when we sat down to eat she never brought it out cause she dodnt make it instead we just had small chicken kabobs and a chicken salad. Oh and the breakfast is so small and just all bread very disappointing.

We booked a duo 45 minute hammam + 60 minute massage and it was wonderful. A lovely Riad with a small pool and rooftop terrace that we had access to on top of our treatments. The hammam and massage left us feeling so relaxed and cleansed. Amazing value for money

Great experience! Authentic hammam experience but luxurious and clean in a beautiful riad! We booked the DUO Traditional Hammam with Black Soap Exfoliation and Clay Body Wrap + DUO Massage. The staff are so friendly, professional and made us feel comfortable. To add, the mint tea at the end was the best I've tried. Definitely recommend!

My hammam experience at the Riad Al Ksar was excellent! The staff was amazing!! I loved every single moment there, from the hammam to the 1h massage. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. They were also so kind to offer us a tea and not rushing us to leave. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend this spa. The Riad also looks stunning and clean.

Lovely relaxing private couples hammam and massage in a beautiful riad not too far from the centre. Reasonably priced compared to other options. We had some nice snacks after too. If you have an afternoon or evening flight, this is the best way to say goodbye to Marrakech after you have checked out of your hotel.

It has a great location in the medina - close to the action but far enough away to escape the hustle of the souk. The hosts and staff could not have helped us more. The terrace is perfect for a sunny breakfast and a quiet evening drink. Rooms, pool and spa all very authentic. Will come back again

Top service, warm hospitality and lovely accommodations. Location is very close to the main square and tourist sites. Food is good as well, order lunch or dinner in advance. Very tranquil stay with rooftop terrace for sunbathing or spending time with new friends. Highly recommend!

We went there for a hammam + massage treatment, and while the staff was friendly and polite, the owner (or manager?) made us feel stressed. We didn‘t feel personally welcomed and we were pushed from one point of the program to the next with him nervously standing beside and not interacting much. When we asked for an additional towel, it was given to us with rolling eyes. We had to pay for a bottle of water that we asked for in between. The place is absolutely beautiful. So it was a pity to not feel like guests

Myself and my wife booked a couples hammam and massage package at Riad Ksar and we really enjoyed our time there! The riad itself is really nice, very peaceful and tastefully appointed. All the staff were very friendly and the treatments were so relaxing. We felt like new people when we left. Tea on the roof was a nice touch at the end. The owner was very helpful and gave us some good tips. The riad can be tricky to find but if you follow the directions they send you, you should have no problem and it’s well worth it when you arrive! Thanks again Riad Ksar!

👍👍 Stopped in for a spot of lunch to escape the souks, ended up coming back another day because of how good it was! You have to try the spiced coffee, not sure what's in it but boy is it good.
