I've been 3times at La Claire Fontaine this year, each with 7 days and every time different room booked. I'am so grateful to got the experience of the owners regarding maroccan culture, knowlodge of the city and for organising exciting trips! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team von La Claire Fontaine . Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit (10 Tage) in Marrakech. Daran hatte das sehr schöne und gut gelegene Riad mit seinen wunderbaren Zimmern und seinem sehr zuvorkommenden Personal einen großen Anteil. Es wurden alle Wünsche sofort, unkompliziert und freundlich erfüllt. Ausflüge in der Stadt und ins Umland konnten komplett und sehr kurzfristig vom Service für uns organisiert und gebucht werden, einschließlich einer guten vorangehender Beratung. Die Lage ist mitten in der Altstadt sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Unter anderem mit frischem Obst und wechselnden frisch hergestellten landestypischen Produkten, Brotsorten, Kuchen, Pfannkuchen usw. Insbesondere für mich (Glutenunverträglichkeit) gab es ebenso jeden Tag extra angepasste Produkte. Auch sonst konnte das Riad mit hervorragenden Gerichten auf Bestellung aufwarten. Ich kann das La Claire Fontaine bestens empfehlen.

What can you say about La Claire Fontaine? The Hotel itself was unbelievably beautiful - from the circular foyer, to the beautiful color-coated rooms, to the magical and massive rooftop, to the lounge area, and everything in between. We stayed four nights, and wish we could've stayed another month. The bathroom in our room had one of the most beautiful showers I've ever used. We had breakfast there every morning, and every morning the breakfast was nothing short of superb, with so many different (and fresh and healthy) options. We also had dinner one night - both a vegetable and chicken tajine, and it was one of the most delicious meals we had during our 5 day/4 night stay in Marrakech. However, as exceptional as the hotel experience was, nothing came close to the staff - notably Ami and Soulimon were so warm and friendly and kind and helpful. One of the owners - a lovely woman who I feel like a moron for not formally introducing myself to (and whose name I do not know), was about as cool as they come. She, Ami and Soulimon all treated us like we were family from out of town. Also cannot forget Vivi (the three legged cat, who was as cute as he could possibly be). Everyone treated us as if the hotel was our home. The toughest part was saying goodbye. I cannot recommend this place enough. I could say so much more, but at the risk of making this a Condé Nast review, just do yourself a favor and stay here when you visit Marrakech. You will not regret it.

Very clean, well maintained Riad. Love the interior design and everything is tastefully decorated. The staff is so nice and friendly. Joseph is so humble and funny. Madame Tina is a really nice host. We recommend this Riad for it's tranquillity and you won't be disappointed. We stayed here 3 nights with our two children(7 & 9).

Beautiful inside, staff great. You cannot get a taxi or tuk tuk to this place. You must walk not very narrow passage ways. We got lost twice. Also it's very expensive and no bar. It's on the opposite side of the Medena from most of the sites.

We stayed 3 nights here at the end of the high season. Also stayed at a hotel before this and another Riad. I have to say this is the best experience for us. Great staff team and well taken care of by Soulaimane who helpfully gave us city tips and water, the la Claire Fontaine went out of its way to make us feel welcome. The building itself is unique, combination of 2 houses and built into 7 rooms plus a rooftop. Well equipped and with strong air conditioning which was a godsend in this hot arid weather. Breakfast is decent and location is adequate though you will need to walk a very short distance to the road. Overall a safe neighbourhood. Would come back again!

Lovely friendly Riad. Very comfortable and clean. Very good and efficient staff. Situated on the edge of the Medina so everything walkable.

This place is a slice of heaven! It's beautiful, clean and well located in the Marrakesh medina. The owner Naima is amazing - she is kind and even rescued us from an awful Riad at 10pm at night! She, along with her staff (especially Younes) provide friendly and attentive service. They show genuine concern for your safety and enjoyment - including coming out to the main area in the middle of the night to meet our taxi. I had the flu one night and they went out of their way to provide assistance and kept checking in on my health thereafter. The rooms, food and amenities are also top notch. This place is a gem! Would give it more than 5 stars if we could!

What a fantastic service we have at La Claire Fontaine !!! we stayed 3 nights with my partner beautiful king size bed very comfortable,that why we always late for breakfast hahaha.Staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Riad-hotel for anyone visiting Marrakesh all attractions was 10 minutes walk from Hotel

Really wonderful hotel. With only a few rooms the staff even know your name. Super welcoming and trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Great experience. Really recommend.

We spent a long weekend at La Claire Fontaine and it was the best choice we could make to stay in Marrakech. The staff was very helpful at all times, assisting with restaurant reservations, taxis and anything we needed. If you stay here please follow their advice, they are really helpful and kind. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and the bathroom was great with everything you need. Breakfast was also a plus with a great choice and the staff is always willing to prepare scramble eggs or expresso coffee if you prefer. Important recommendation, if you don't know your way around Marrakech, I highly recommend to book the airport transfer with the hotel (18€), so they get someone to accompany you from the taxi stop to the Riad, it is only two minutes walk but it is worth it.

A dreamily beautiful accommodation, with a very cool rooftop terrace. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The service is first class!

This was probably the nicest place I have stayed anywhere in the world. Beautifully decorated, very unique and just an amazing experience. The room, a large suite, was fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable and large. The bathroom was enormous and very exquisite. We had a beautiful and filling breakfast. I would say this was the best accommodation in Marrakech for the price, just outstanding.

My partner and I had an excellent stay at La Claire Fontaine and highly recommend it. We made use of the airport transport organized by the hotel as we were arriving past midnight. The driver dropped us of as close as possible to the hotel and called the hotel after which an employee of the hotel came to our location and guided us to the Riad. Eventhough it was already late, we were offered a welcome tea with delicious Moroccan biscuits. We then headed to our room which was very spacious and well decorated (we chose the Jardin Secret room). We had a long stay of 9 days (November 2022) and we really enjoyed the fact that the Riad is located close to the Souqs and restaurants but that it is also a place where you can relax and stay inside (the roof top terrace is a great place to relax). We visited during the World Cup and we watched several games in the beautiful and cosy lounge area. A special mention has to go out to Souleyman and Amin, who were always helpful, kind and very friendly whenever we had a question. This place really felt like a second home. ❤️ I highly recommend staying here during your Marrakech visit.

We booked a 6 day stay at La Claire Fontaine including breakfast, dinner one night and spa. The accommodation was beautiful and spotless and the level of service went above and beyond. Henning, Naima and their team made sure that we were always well look after and the meal on the rooftop terrace was excellent, as was the spa. An easy place to recommend.

The team at La Claire Fontaine are exceptional hosts who could not have made us feel more welcome. It is one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed and was an oasis of serenity after a day exploring the colourful chaos of Marrakech. The dinner served on the rooftop of the riad was superb, and the breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended.
