Its an awesome restaurant with authentic Turkish food. The proportion of serving is enormous. Two average people can satisfy there hunger with a normal box of gourmet kebab. The price is competitive. The quality of food is great. Food is fresh. Taste is awesome. Order is ready in max 2-3 minutes Sorry in my pictures the Kebab box isn’t looking that good but never judge a book by its cover. It was amazing 🤩 Staff is very friendly and cooperative. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I ordered a Gozleme with spinach and cheese and I was a bit disappointed: it was chewy, too oily, not enough filling so no tasty. Staff was nice and well organised though, but regarding the food I think it’s better the Eat Istambul at the Broadway shopping centre food court.

Legitimately the best food place around CBD. The staff is lovely and friendly. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.

Food was alright. A large Halal box came with meat and chips for $19. We wrongly thought it would have some salad. The service was fairly ok for a very busy place. We waited for like 10-15 mins for our order.

I’ve been eyeing this place for few weeks and I finally ordered a meal from here. I had the chicken and beef combo shawarma wrap, and chips. Very delicious. The chips are made to order so so it’s hot and crispy, and the salt mixture they put on it is really good. The wrap is very tasty, they give you multiple sauce options, I went for the yogurt sauce. I like the bread, it’s more moist, bread like than some other shawarma wraps I’ve had in the past. The following week I returned for the skewered Lamb wrap and chips. Same expectations and no disappointments here. The meat is tender and tasty. The portions are large for the chips even for a small size, but worth having it on the side.

Very impolite inpatient customer service. Bad quality meat. Not perfectly charcoal grilled. Very high price to quality ratio. If I can give less than one star I won't hesitate. Please avoid this one not to ruin your shopping experience at West field mall. Further more to the above review, next morning, I, my wife, fortunately enough not my 5 year old daughter , have developed colics and diarrhea. Warning, do not try garden salad in this place. Lettuce or spinach seem to be infested. All shoppers take care and stay healthy.

I ordered chicken snack pack. It was tasty but quantity was not worth but taste was good. Staff service is pathetic because they don’t know how to deal with customer needs and I think they should greet their customers. I hope this review will change their staff services.

I had a craving for a kebab and whilst I should have known this wasn’t going to be a great one from the random spinach lettuce mix I saw going in I ordered it anyway. I really wish more places used Turkish bread rather than pita too it would have been much more enjoyable. Filling was not generous

I ordered a Chicken wrap on 16.10.2023 around 12:30 but they gave me Beef Kebab which was ridiculous as me being a Hindu. Upon reporting, they got nothing to apologise for!! Not even a sorry or confessing a mistake, seriously?? Thought of never recommending to anyone to visit there and sharing what I did experienced. Disrespectful!

They have different kind of food and I like their grill and also I like their donor.

such a great place to eat. the portion was heavy, the food tastes great, the price is reasonable. everything to love this place. i had a bowl of chicken and fries with turkish style rice and that rice was really amazing. all the things go well together to create a meal. totally recommend this place. 8.5/10

Great snack pack with flavourful and tasty meat. The portion was generous. And the service is super quick. I received the wrong order and got beef instead of chicken. The issue was resolved by the staff in a friendly and courteous manner, despite the busy lunch rush.

These guys are located on below street level food court in central plaza below Myers. If you are looking for a bit of heavy lunch this is the place to go. It’s an alright option for lunch once in a while as it’s generally quite heavy. Customer service and their speed of serving is quite alright despite being busy during the peak hours and yes they do have a card surcharge for payment by card.

WARNING , DO NOT TRY THIS AWFUL BRANCH, SERVICE IS AWFUL AND THEY INCREASE THE PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER BRANCH IN BROADWAY . The person who served us is not honest , we asked a small plate of rice and he said 8 Dollars, the same plate in Eat in Istanbul located in Broadway shopping centre is 5 dollars with some salad on it. The person who serve us was shouting at us , never smile and treated us very badly. He is very agressive and know nothing about treating or dealing with people. The previous reviews in google has the same issues, overpriced food compared to other branches and agressive service. The service is the worst even I saw, i travelled to a lot of countries around the world, tried a lot of restaurants, this one is the worse ever. I wish who reads this comment never try this place until they know how to deal to customer and do not take more money compared to other branch . This place is a role model of how business fails by treating customers badly . Also we tried Gozleme 2 day before , the food was not fresh tasted badly. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE UNTILL THEY KNEW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT TAKE OVERPRICED NOT FRESH FOOD COMPARED TO OTHER BRANCHES OF EAT IN ISTANBUL.

Nice tasty HSP. I do think that they could have increased the amount of meat in proportion to the chips. Especially for $19. Service was quick and food was fresh. I would give 4 stars if the quantity of the meat was more. And 5 stars if the price was $2 cheaper.
