My husband went in today to purchase his jeans , which he loves and went to the counter to purchase , he has all the other jeans and only needed one more colour . The shop assistant served him and told my husband HE WAS AN ABSOLUTE GOOSE NOT TO BUY TWO PAIRS , that comment was below the belt and I find should not of should of been mentioned He walked out feeling so deflated and by a young sales assistant that should watch what she says to her customers He will not step foot back in that store again

Amani was a great sales assistant. What a great multi tasker, juggling three customers and still sorting clothes all at once. Amani did not pester me but was quick to help me when I needed some help, hence me purchasing more than the one shirt that I went into the shop to buy. The good quality of the clothes and Amani's great service means that I will now return to this shop.

This afternoon I bought a suit and pair of shoes from this store. I was served by Alana who is a true professional! Excellent customer service Alana and thank you for helping me organise alterations for my new suit.

Very disappointed in the service or lack of service shall I say. Walked in to the store, got no greeting or acknowledgement. As a sales trainer I waited to see if anyone will say hi or ask me a simple, "did you need help" or "welcome how are you" girl at the counter was glued to her screen and even the blonde manager was too busy bossing around to even ask if I needed help. I was in the store a good 15mins, tried on 2 suits and trousers. Still no help. Ended up leaving quite annoyed. My intention was to buy 5 suit sets, shoes belts and all for a grooms party. So they just lost my business and probably a lot of others who they couldn't give a basic 'hello' too. It was a Friday and there was no one else in store. Plus businesses are suffering now with fewer customers so providing good service is a MUST in these times.

Alex serving tonight was brilliant in her service - my Son needed shirts to go with his suit - just the right amount of advice ! Delightful experience !! To top it all off your 3 for $100 short offer was the icing on the cake …

Alexandra from Connor Castle Towers is amazing. Helpful professional and if she promises to chase something up she delivers. I gave her a massive task a few weeks ago to chase some stock for me and went above and beyond and delivered much more than expected! Alexandra, you are an asset! Highly recommend.

Most of my wardrobe consists of Connor clothing. There is always something marked down and the quality of the products is great.

Friendly and helpful staff, decent prices for quality and nice clothing. My boyfriend picked up a few deals.
