    End December: i said "never again" but relented because my father wanted some. Absolute garbage. Battered skin really dry and falling off - this chicken was re-cooked, not fresh. End November: Hopeless and awful. Only been there 3 times and every time there has been a problem. Never again. Overcooked dry chicken or undercooked and too pink. And today I got home to find only 2 pieces of chicken when I ordered and paid for 4 pieces. Can't they even count?

    Seems every time I order they make mistakes. Missed drinks, less pieces of chicken and even completely the wrong order. Check your order before you leave! Seriously has to be the worst KFC in Australia! AVOID THIS KFC! Can you count 18 pieces in the picture? 🧐

    Could not manage to swallow more than one bite from the leathery zinger burger. I don’t even know how you get chicken into that state, but it’s not what I’d expect from KFC. Stay clear of this one!

    Just embarrassing. Just got back after picking up a zinger box. Manager needs to have a chat with the staff. The "chicken" was actually broken off clumps of batter with a tiny bit of chicken within. The other boxes weren't too great either. The zinger burger patties were thin and stale. Felt like they just reheated this multiple times till it had this emaciated miserable look and taste. Definitely need more quality control. It's fast food so there are no lofty expectations, but this is just not done.

    Not a great experience, it was late last Saturday night and there was a needy customer in front of me but by the time they served me which was 25mins behind one single customer they had packed up and were reday to go home. I ended up getting the cold left over chips, none of the pieces i asked for and treated like i was an inconvenience that was holding up all the chook chuckers from going home.. that included the on shift manager who ignored me as he walked past. All that after putting in an 18 hour day at work.

    Kfc is now so unpredictable with the quality of chicken that Kfc doesn't deserve to be a serious option for fast food any more. At this concord Kfc and in general most of Sydney's Kfc franchisees do not follow protocol's and food standard guidelines any more, if lucky you might get a good order 10% of the time. Simply not good enough. I have resigned to the fact that not buying Kfc again is the smart choice. Today's meal was so disgusting, leathery and completely inedible and not fit for human consumption. Nearly always disappointed and now for the last time.

    Terrible customer service! We ordered through Menulog on a Sunday night, and somehow, the app said that the meals were delivered, but we did not receive it. There was also no one at the front door as well. Apparently with Menulog, they have no tracking features so we have no idea who the driver was and where he was. So I rang KFC Concord to inquire but a female staff answered the phone and said, 'We are closing, we have no access to the screen, so you must contact Menulog to resolve the problem.' I asked again, 'Is there anything you can do to help us?' She replied, 'No'. Very rude and unhelpful! What an awful place! Is this how you treat your customer? You could be more helpful by giving us more information about the pick up etc, but unfortunately they chose to treat their customers badly!

    We have been with this KFC for more than a few times for the location convenience. However every time we were here, either they missed something in the box or the food cooked was not as good as other KFCs, last week was the crumbles of the fried chicken wings, those were hard and bland, and don't think it was double fried for color or texture. May go there less for that consistency.

    One of the few KFCs that actually get yur order correct every time. But the drive thru ordering speaker is badly positioned on the outside of a tight curve so you have to yell to get your order heard!

    The girl who was on drive thru handout on Monday night at 8:45pm was so nice and great at her job!! she made sure that we knew that the rest of our items were still coming and gave us extra straws for our freezes in case they got soggy! She’s absolutely fantastic!!

    This is the worst KFC I’ve been to. Staff have no idea about customer service nor do they listen to your order,but what would you expect when they leave kids in charge So if you like over cooked or missing pieces chicken,mashed potato,bun,coleslaw this is the place for you

    The workers here are terrible. They do not know how to read and they do not know customer service. Every time I go to this KFC they somehow can’t read extra salt on my chips, and most times they fail to call out your name loud enough. When you go up to the counter to talk to a staff member they walk past and look at you, you need to say “excuse me” for them to acknowledge you and help you.

    Ordered Zinger box, paid for it. Specifically asked for three wicked wings and two potato spuds to be in the box. 1) Gave me the incorrect meal. 2) Incorrect items in the box, lucky I checked. 3) Gave me two PLain Gravy sauces rather than POTATO and GRAVY (same looking containers), which I did not pick up on until I was home. Very dissatified by the service, the kfc boys need some active listening trainings so this does not happen to anyone else.

    I think this is the most filthiest KFC I have ever been. It was so hard to find a clean area to sit and eat. The tables were not clean, there were food on the floor. Also the manager's attitude is awful towards customers. Not going there ever again!
