good dentist and great customer service but the price range is way too high they was about to charge me $350 for filling on only one tooth, after negotiation they dropped it down to $270 😏, even after i told them that i never pay more than $150 for filling,they called my original dentist to check the price for the same unit they chargeing me for, guess what my doctor told them that he charge only $150 for filling no more and they sitll charged me $270 after all of that. To be honest i find it Rip off.

When I was there on Monday 10th of July the receptionist was quite rude. After I had my appointment and went to pay he asked me how it went and when I said “alright”and told him that I needed fillings, under his breath he said “and that’s alright is it” or something along those lines as he walked off. I did not appreciate this snarky comment as it was just unnecessary. I found it really unprofessional and made me extremely self conscious. This was the first and last time I will ever come here. I came here for help not for judgment So I hope you read this and improve as it does not feel like a welcoming place at all. Because of his actions, another place will get my money when I do get the fillings as I do not want my money going to a place where employees think that it’s okay to be rude and embarrass customers. I am not sure of this man’s name but he was working on the 10th of July at 11am when I came in.

Fantastic service. I went yesterday for an assessment thinking I'd have to book for next week. Dentist saw me and I went ahead with filling. Very professional and gentle . Thankyou!!

Dr Oberoi is fantastic; gentle but thorough and very reassuring. She gave me hope for my teeth and I look forward to seeing her again. Victor always makes me feel so welcome and relaxed. He is funny and charming and puts you at ease right away. I finally feel at comfortable going to the dentist which I never thought was possible. Thanks team 😊

My daughter had her first dentist visit with Dr. Sara Hasiri at Primary Dental Mt. Druitt. Dr. Sara was very professional and patient. She explained everything in detail for both of us and made my daughter's visit the most enjoyable time. My daughter kept saying that she wants to come back.

Exceptional service with genuine diagnosis. Manager Peter and Dentist Mying were very friendly and understanding. Definitely recommend them.

Dr Mying Nyunt is the best! Did a tooth extraction, he checked in every second of the way and did not feel a thing during the extraction. In less than 10 mins, it was all done! Would heavily recommend him.
