The bar was open, we arrived and waited for 30 mins. We watched the employee sit and blatantly ignore us, while eating her lunch…consciously turning her back to look at bar. We understand the importance of breaks and finding good employees, but this service was terrible. If staffing is a challenge, perhaps a “closed” or “be right back” sign might be more appropriate.

Wait 15 mins for make order. Personal not in place. So my order was pint of beer and fries which I finally didn't get. Waiter just disappear. Other clients waiting and finally didn't make even order. Strongly not recommend.

Had a Vodka Lime & Soda, & Thatchers Apple Cider. Friendly staff member good service. Nice spot to sit and wait for your flight

Only 1 person serving the Cafe and bar @12.20pm. We waited for 20mins at the bar.. no service, she continued to serve Cafe customers! Management NEED to staff both areas. Would not waist our time again!

After our first round, we waited for 10 mins for second round service at the bar but no one was present. We left.

Orders are very slow, at least my first arrived. 20 minutes and no sign of my second, though the money went for my over priced drink. Tables covered in stuff and it’s not busy. Pathetic and we weren’t the only people who left.

Stood for 8 minutes waiting for someone to serve me. Gave up and left. If it wasn’t for all the dirty glasses I’d assume it was closed.

I fly everyweek, nobody is ever working there, you can stand in the counter for 20 minutes, nobody shows up
