I had a cap back in April and it fell out and got it fixed free of charge 2 months later. Dr Karenza Don Paul is absolutely beautiful and so gentle and kind. Would recommend Riverside dental spa to friends and family.

The dentists and staff are lovely. The only negatives are the wifi doesn’t work if you’re waiting in the office (not fir me anyway) and Botox on the central coast is twice the price of Sydney (literally double the price here of what I pay in Sydney). Really nice surgery and quick and easy.

I had toothache for three months but my dentist has moved to Qld so I need to find a new dentist. I am so glad that I found Dr Nicole Floyd. She is so nice and gentle. It is the best experience I ever had. I highly recommend Riverside dental and Dr Floyd & team.

The dentist was so lovely and took time to understand where my fear of dentist comes from and did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable. As a nervous wreck visiting the dentist I had to succumb due to a broken tooth and some toothache. I googled the Riverside Dental Spa after hearing about it on the radio a while ago. I made an appointment with Dr Karenza Don Paul and she made me completely at ease during the whole process, talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel completely calm and comfortable. Unfortunately I lost the tooth but even a slight tough extraction was not that bad 😊 All the girls from reception, dental assistant and my whole experience was not nerve wracking at all. So much so, I’ve booked in for my routine check up in a few weeks. Five stars from me from start to finish ✨

Riverside is beautiful, all the ladies who work there are kind and lovely. There is welcoming atmosphere of calm - which was greatly appreciated because I was terrified. They were all wonderful. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Riverside Dental Spa is an excellent practice, the facilities are very clean, well equipped and modern. The educational slideshows and videos shown on the waiting room screen are very informative. The whole team is fantastic and every single staff member is very attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Dentists, hygienists and assistants alike walk you through every step of their procedures to ensure a safe and professional atmosphere. A pleasant experience - highly recommended.

Monique is an excellent dentist and by far the best I’ve ever had work on my teeth. The Riverside Dental team are all very professional and respectful. This was my fourth visit and the above standards have been consistent.

Riverside is by far the best dentist myself and my family have been to on the Coast. Prior to finding Riverside, I had tried two other dentists who had been both incompetent and over charged. Since we started going to Riverside they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - from the Receptionists, the Dental Hygienists, Dentists and the owner himself. I would recommend them to anyone for their professionalism, friendliness and ease of visiting. They are also brilliant with kids.

Kim the Hygienist was incredible! She talked you through everything she was doing, very detailed with her assessment. Constantly checked in to see if you needed a break. The most gentle teeth cleaning experience I had. Highly recommend her. 👌
