I love this place! I do a few self directed training sessions but always make sure I do the Saturday Yoga class with Sandra. She is amazing. She has a very down to earth approach and always suggests modifications or alternative moves if you can't do the one in the class. I am overcoming an ankle injury and this has meant I have been able to keep up and make improvements especially to my ankle.

We recently held a workshop at the Burgh it's a fantastic venue, it provides a large meeting space and plenty of off street car parking. But even better was Chelsea's amazing hospitality and attention to detail, nothing was a problem. The owner Jason was very welcoming and runs an amazing community hub. If you are trying to bring people together from Wollongong and Sydney, Helensburgh is a great spot to meet. The team are keen to grow the offering and the more who make use of the space the more they can grown the meeting facilities.

If you are looking for a relaxed fitness option this place is great. It's not a high tech gym but it had everything you need including group classes and a creche. The kids classes are amazing so different to what else is on offer in the local area and Charlie who runs them is the best!!! My 4 year old loves attending his class. I also really like the community feel if the classes and gym too.

I've been training at Burgh Healthy Hub for almost five years now. This place just keeps getting better. 24/7 gym access, constant upgrades to the gym floor, a boxing room, a squash court, heaps of fitness classes and a great créche for the kids. They've also just updated the group fitness room and now have monkey bars, deadlift platforms, squat racks, a sled and battle ropes all in one huge space. It's a massive big kids playground! Over the years we've had birthday parties for our kids at Burgh Healthy Hub, a circus party and soon a parkour party! The Burgh Kids classes are another huge bonus...especially with a budding gymnast in the family. I couldn't be happier with this place. Keep up the great work Burgh!

Lovely staff and friendly, non judgemental atmosphere. Kids gym classes as well as acrobatics and lots of other fitness classes. Not a local but would definitely join if I was!

Small weights area but is more than big enough. Has everything you need or want. PLUS it even has a lil boxing area which most high class gyms do not. Friendly staff aswell.

Kids love doing gymnastics, teachers are great.

Lots of variety there. It's a gym, kids indoor playground, squash court (what i played) and a yoga and dance area. Very good
