STRAIGHT TRASH. Firstly, the service is so bad, they barely want to talk to you. It's a straight-forward order, but because they don't clarify anything, it takes the entire kebab making process to order. The chips were under-cooked, and the kebab was loosely rolled, and there was more sauce than salad in there. My parents are from Lebanon & I'm from Western Syd, and this is not kebab, more of a joke. Just skip it and get yourself some sushi.

Terrible service. My boyfriend and I tried to order a pair of combos and wanted to pay together and they refused to serve me. They served my boyfriend his meal, then the two other people who arrived after us before taking my order. By the time I got my kebab my boyfriend had finished and all the other people has received their food. It was super strange and really awkward for me. Also both kebabs were ripped so I think they overstuffed them.

As others have pointed out, the customer service here is pathetic. I have stood there for many minutes while those arriving after me are served. The staff seem to think that "other staff" have already served me. The pide is good, but I will never go back after being shunned several times.

Im not sure what I received but when I need a plate, knife and fork to eat my kebab, it's not a kebab. It was sloppy and disgusting and fell apart. Chips were way undercooked, only saving grace was the chicken salt. First time visitor but won't be returning any time soon

Friendly service and delicious food at reasonable prices. Others complain of slow service but they cook their hot chips and warm their pide and meats per order so they are fresh.

Went there and brought 2 pizzas .Made fresh ,had to wait over thirty minutes. Busy little Shop.The lady apologies for the waiting time And gave me free bread.I think they need More staff to run a little more efficient.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had for money. Never been to this place prior, I was expecting a far better quality and taste of food considering the location but was surprised by the poor quality of the food and service compared to the price. Time to close the place down.

Quality and taste of the meat is top class. Best place for HSP in Sydney, I would say. I live some distance away but definitely it is worth the drive. Great value for money and friendly staff. Love it!
