I had a great experience at Dr. Puja’s dental office! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. I was hesitant about my appointment for my persistently troubling tooth filling, but Dr. Puja put me at ease right away. She explained everything she was doing in detail, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I left the office feeling confident and happy to recommend her to me friends too.

Very happy with the service and team, appears to be a new practice and fitout and equipment. Like a new car, very nice. They run a good show, its family run so a lot of care and attention to detail. My wife and myself went for our first time here for a check up and clean. I was pleasantly surprised with no on/up selling (which I experienced with our previous dentist). The team seem honest and genuine. I have booked to have 2 veneers replaced this week and feel positive about this. Happy customer. Just an update. today (few days after my check & clean) I just had 2 front composite veneers replaced (at my request), just wanted to say how happy I am with the treatment and experience. The team are very skilled and very conciderate. Totally recomend Yes Dental.

Dr Hadia is by far one of the top dentists in the region. I have been at Yes Dental a few times now and every time she exceeds my expectations. Took my 6yo daughter as we were told she has some serious issues that needed fixing. As soon as we got there, Dr Hadia made her feel as though my daughter was in control. Asking her all the right questions and putting my mind at ease as this was her 1 st time getting any kind of work done. We ended up needing the calming gas but I felt my daughter was in safe hands. Right from start to finish I was so happy with the way all the staff made us feel. I recently visited Yes Dental, Dr. Priyanka Grover for a routine dental cleaning and was extremely impressed with my overall experience. This is my First experience with a dental clinic. In the beginning I was Very nervous but after the first appointment I was really impressed by the high cleanliness level of the clinic , all these dvanced equipments and most importantly the professionalism of the doctors and staff. Having recently visited this dental practice for the first time, I was thoroughly impressed. The dentist was incredibly gentle, which immediately eased my nerves. What stood out the most was their dedication to explaining each step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout. It was evident that they genuinely cared for their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend Dr Arshad for her exceptional care and considerate approach.

My husband and I had a clean/checkup. I have developed a slight anxiety around the dentist since having my baby, but I was kept very calm and assured everything would be okay. I was treated so well and had a great experience! It was also my two son’s first dental appointment. My eldest (3 years old) bravely sat in the chair and was instructed by the dentist to open his mouth. The dentist was very careful and patient with my son and gave him a little present for being so great. Next in the chair was my 1 year old, he was able to sit on my lap as the dentist attempted to look inside his mouth. However, due to his age he was having a tough time sitting still and opening his mouth. Even still, the dentist was very patient with my youngest. We all had a very good experience, will be going back.

Dr Puja is highly professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend her more highly. She is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, patient and friendly as well, especially with my 10 year old child who had dental procedure. The Dentists and staff are truly caring at Yes Dental Rouse Hill. I had an urgent extraction performed on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in that day after first numbing me up with a local anaesthetic so I would not be in pain for the few hours before the procedure. The procedure itself was all over very quickly and painlessly. I have had several tooth abscesses in the past that required extraction and this was definitely my best experience. Can't recommend this place enough, the receptionist was quick, professional and friendly. Additionally the dentist themself was also lovely to chat with and was very informative. The facilities in the rooms were very modern and sleek, they definitely have the latest technology and processes in place to keep the teeth happy.
