This store exceeds any possible notions of incompetence you could have about a fast food stores ownership / management. Truly next level! Most ridiculously tiny portions I have ever seen from any KFC in my life. The young teenager/s serving couldn’t understand my clearly repeating what I wanted: in the order they need to enter it into the system - and saying large multiple x - they still managed to get it wrong after confirming the order with me… Then proceeded to forget an extra chocolate mouse and part of the “one box” that was ordered. (It was not busy) Literally had 8 chips in the chip packets, and the twister was like 10cm in size? May try it again one day, and then report it to head office - because this franchise is totally cooked / out of touch & damaging to the brand.

This is the worst KFC experience in my life. They gave me the ugliest, plane and probably the buns they were about to throw away. I ignored it once thinking it's just one time things but then second and third time too. I customize it but they barely add any lettuce and sauces of my choice, I wonder that they didn't even customize it. I ordered zinger box and but no cutomize of my choice. Really, why would so careless. Don't bother trying KFC there, it's not worth spending a single penny. If I could I would give -5 stars.

Worst customer service ever. The guy took wrong order n they were confused and when I asked if that wasnt my order and he gave me attitude. Like he knows better than me. I dunno if he was the manager or what. But you guys really need to have proper training

Repeatedly poor handling of a basic job. Staff are nice enough but they have no care for what they are doing. Where is the training? Customers: Check your bag! Orders are consistently incorrect! Staff did not call out my order then gave me attitude for questioning where it was.

Exactly what all the reviews say. I was missing potato and gravy , soggy wet chips , mangled hacked chicken that looks like it was dropped . SAVE YOUR MONEY

If I have to ask them here one more time to salt my chips I’ll jump the counter and do it myself. I’m fed up getting through my meal and finishing off to some str8 dry and flavourless potato sticks. Salt then so they can pass through my throat plsss. As to the burgers and the chicken you can sometimes get it right so props to that. And to anyone who comes and order’s around dinner time, Start your weekly shop or go outside and have a cigarette cause they will be sure to make you wait. I’ve been holding in on Ripping you a review cause I’m really not that bothered but 30 visits and my food is most often Ucked and the zombie kids you employ are just aimlessly meandering about the store. So much was expected from me when I worked at KFC in my youth so I’d honestly expect the same so revamp half your team Or something Goodluck

The food at this restaurant is decent, especially the fried chicken, whose skin is crispy and delicious. On the flip side, the hygiene of this restaurant is extremely poor. No matter what time of day I visit this restaurant, there is always a lot of trash and oil stains on the tables, chairs, and floors. The restaurant staff never clean up the dining area, so the dining environment is always terrible.

Not only was my chicken crispy to a perfect level, the employees were also lovely and service was quick. This is my new favourite KFC.
