never order anything from here! I’m buying fast food not slow food. 1st time wait for more than 1 hour to get the order ready, 2nd time wait for more than 30mins to get 8 wicked wings. If you are short of staff, hire more. If you are not able to get orders ready in time, stop taking further orders. BTW, concerned about the food safety, the screen is so dusty and the staff is making burgers under.

The worst experience. Don't use the self-service kiosks, they charge you and then tell you the order can't be sent to the kitchen. Ended up ordering at the counter but price was more than the kiosk because I was charged for the wrong meal and was told when I asked for a refund that the manager wasn't there so I would have to come back. When I finally got my order, they forgot the drink. Terrible service by young girls who ignore you to chat with their friends instead. Took me 2 minutes each time to get someone's attention and when I did, they were rude and unhelpful. And to top it all off, when I got home not only had they forgotten the aioli, but there were about 5 chips in the packet.

You must order online before going in! I only waited 49min for my order during lunch time so I didn’t get time to eat because I only have 30min for lunch…. When I got the food it was cold and greasy, the staff are slow, order here if you like cold kfc

The manager had great people skills under the pump received feedback really well. I am a regular here and will keep returning here pretty good service by a lovley young lady managing the store 6:30 pm 13/09/23 thank you I didn’t get your name but thanks for the great service.

Pretty poorly managed KFC, staff are undertrained and don’t make items to standard. They have had a POS terminal with a broken card reader for about a month. No one bothered to even do something as simple as turn it off or put a sign on it, and now someone has gone and damaged it. I don’t condone the damage, but you could see that happening from a mile away. Today I asked for a fork. I got given two spoons. When I went back to ask for a fork, I got given another spoon.

Absolutely the most dirty take away we have ever been to. (2.30 pm) Bins over flowing, tables covered in food scraps. Witnessed another customer ask for their table to be wiped down. Was treated like it was an inconvenience and food scraps were brushed onto the floor. Could go on but seriously like the staff can't be bothered. Note it wasn't busy. Food was good.

Food and service were ok until one of the young boys blew his nose and gave a good wipe to his snot and then went back to packing orders. No hand wash or sanitizer. Sorry, it's disgusting even if it's not COVID.

Not all KFC branches serve the same quality unfortunately. Green Square KFC is one of the very best. They have high volume orders so can have a bigger line than others. Seems like the poor staff is always under the pump. But at least the food is great!

It's a small KFC and always busy. If you want to get a quick bite, download the app and order ahead to avoid the wait between walk-ins and uber. There are a few table and generally able to get a seat inside or outside. Like any KFC, it all taste the same.

There are two separate entry. One is wheelchair accessible and the other is not. There are some seating but not many. No one clean the tables when we were there. Food was quick though.

Ordered chicken wings, ended up with a box of drumsticks and breasts. NO. CHICKEN. WINGS. AT. ALL. You had 1 job, 1 job!!
