Staff at this store are extremely welcoming and helpful. This is my second time I have come to get my eyes checked at this store, I would highly recommend you give them a try.

Wingki is a professional , caring and very experienced optometrist. Have been seeing her as my optometrist for many years from across many Specsavers stores. Highly recommended

I just wanted to say… if you have ever been to another optometrist to try and find your astigmatism contact lenses and had no luck like me, please don’t give up just yet, I can’t remember the lady’s name but she found the right fit for me in one go and it’s only day 1 in them, no irritation. Thank you so much, I have forgotten how wonderful it is to be abled to see so clearly and seeing the leaves in such detail, in the right astigmatism contact lenses (I was wearing normal contact lenses for so many years before this visit). I hope this feedback helps another person to see clearly again 👏🙌🫶

One of the best experiences I've had! I visited to get some assistance with new glasses that I needed to purchase, but was unsure of what was best suited for me and Phily in particular was of great help. She was very polite, and made my mum and I feel extremely comfortable. She had a lovely attitude, was knowledgeable and quite proficient at her job which made the process a lot easier for us. Will definitely visit again 👍🏼

A christmas gift. I had a great experience at Specsavers. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Kristine was a wonderful person who was extremely patient and made the whole experience amazing. I also need to mention the optometrist who was pleasant and created an atmosphere welcoming to all. Definitely made this christmas month a memorable one.

Fantastic store! Customer service here is exceptional. My son got glasses from another Specsavers store and they weren't very attentive to fitting it on my son. This lead to his pair of glasses dropping down from his nose as it wasn't fitted properly. However, Specsavers in Bonnyrigg was amazing. The gentleman was very patient, diligent and caring in making sure the glasses stayed on my son's face. He was very professional, polite and friendly. I know where to go when my son needs new pair of glasses. Thank you.
