Worst customer service 🤮🤮🤮 that b**€ closed the store at 5pm and on map it shows 5:30. Store shows 5:15pm on notice but she closed it by 5pm. This is unacceptable and i would recommend manager of that store to sack her.

Really bad customers service. I won’t be shopping there again that’s for sure!

Just curious as to why this shop always closes early when the website states something different. Shop says 5:30 they’re closed at 4:55 29/09/23. Maybe update your website

I went to Bankstown yesterday to purchase a gift. Everything was all right until finalised my purchase. I have been told by staff there printer is not working therefore they can’t give me any tax invoice but if I need an invoice then I have to leave my email address. So I told them i am not interested any marketing emails and request them to ensure it doesn’t use for any other purpose except the invoice. However it’s been less than 24h and I am already getting marketing emails from them. What a scam! Please ask them for your tax invoice and do not give your email address unless you are happy to delete or unsubscribe.

Standard colette store but the staff members here make this one stand out they are always friendly and helpful even when busy and will tell you about any discounts they have.

They have a good collection of females bags. Friendly stuff and always ready to help
