Disappointing
service.
My
mum
and
I
ordered
a
duvet
each
(in
different
orders,
with
different
names,
on
the
same
day)
and
despite
the
estimated
delivery
of
2-3
days,
we
only
received
the
order
10
days
later.
They
delivered
both
my
mumβs
order
and
my
order
together
in
a
huge
box.
I
could
only
assume
that
they
put
the
orders
together,
which
conveniently
for
them
gives
us
a
new
estimated
delivery
of
10-14
days,
since
it
would
then
be
classified
as
a
bulky
order,
even
though
we
didnβt
ask
for
or
want
this.
If
this
isnβt
the
case,
maybe
their
delivery
is
just
slow
and
their
estimations
online
are
inaccurate/dishonest.
We
tried
to
email
them
asking
for
an
update
since
the
order
stop
hadnβt
been
shipped
4
days
after
ordering,
but
they
replied
βit
can
take
up
to
48
hours
to
be
shippedβ.
We
understanding
ordering
on
a
Friday
means
the
product
will
be
shipped
Monday,
but
even
then,
the
communication
from
customer
support
was
terrible
and
the
delivery
was
slow.
The
product
was
good
(even
though
the
package
was
ripped
open,
busting
at
the
seams
because
they
tried
to
stuff
two
products
into
a
box.
I
really
wished
I
liked
this
store,
but
wouldnβt
feel
comfortable
ordering
from
them
again.
