Our son has been attending Head Academy for over 3 years and we are really happy with all of the teachers,the facilities and the genuine care and consideration they have for the children. We will be coming forever it is an exceptional facility.

Head Academy's classes, instructors and community are second to none with a high quality curriculum for kids, teens and adults. The classes at Head Academy deliver a traditional Kung Fu curriculum which teaches self defence in an easy to learn yet exciting way, whilst also getting loads of fitness and conditioning. You are also guided through a complete warm up and stretching program each class which teaches you how to look after your own body outside of Kung Fu. As someone who has grown up around Head Academy for many years, I can truly say it has been a life changing journey. Starting as a child, Sifu Nathan has taught me how to become not only a better martial artist, but a better person, one that I have always aspired to be growing up. I highly recommend Head Academy for all kids and adults. My daughter and I have been attending Head Academy for a number of years. My daughter showed interest in martial arts and I enrolled her in head academy Caringbah at 4 years old. She has progressed through the various stages and programs which have taught her the value of self discipline respect for others and of course how to protect herself. After progressing through the various sashes ( belts ) she is now training for her black sash at 10 years old. A true no nonsense approach that has taught her the value of doing something with substance and not just the latest tik tok or Instagram phase. True life long lessons have been learnt. The discipline needed reflects across all areas of her life from rep soccer to state swimming. As for my own journey I am a triathlete that competes on the world stage and have for over 10 years now. I have always competed with various injury due to the training stress my body is under. Since beginning my Kung Fu journey around 3 years ago i am now injury free and at the top of my sport I'm now able to train triathlon 7 days a week at 41 years old all thanks to the lateral movement stretching techniques and mindset Kung Fu has provided me with and the added bonus of being able to protect myself confidently if need be. If you as an adult want longevity in whatever your sport or chosen field is then I highly recommended Head Academy. As for my daughter she no longer reaches for her screen. She bugs me to train Kung Fu in the garage with her. Perfect way to connect with you child . 5 stars from me!!

My daughter has been attending Head Academy Kung Fu in Caringbah for 9 years now and has progressed to Junior Black Sash. My daughter loves attending Kung Fu, and it’s the one extra curricular activity which she happily attends each week without complaint. The instructors are all fantastic and are patient with the students. I highly recommend Head Academy Kung Fu.

My two daughters have been doing Kung Fu at Head Academy Caringbah for many months now. They feel very happy and comfortable going to each training with a rare exception of a very lazy day :). Nathan, Joveline and the rest of their team are providing the kids with lots of support and care. It feels like one big happy family. That is not to say though that training sessions are too easy. At least one of the coaches, Leo, pushes my daughter just enough to understand she can always do better and harder. She loves his honesty and no-nonsense approach. Kudos to Leo. I am sure the other coaches are great judging by the quality and the focus of the training sessions, but I have not picked up all of their names yet. My favorite part of my kids' Kung Fu is when they come back home exhausted and feel a slightly sore the day after :).

My daughter loves attending Head Academy Kung Fu Caringbah and attends as many classes as she can fit in!! The Sifu's and instructor's are very welcoming and encouraging. A excellent place to learn Kung Fu.

Learning Kung Fu at Head Academy has been one of the most important parts of my life since starting to train 8 years ago. The traditional Jow Gar system and excellent teaching from the team of dedicated instructors has not only improved my skill as a martial artist, but has also introduced skills that will benefit my health for years to come.
