Horrible. Wouldn’t go again, terrible experience. 3 nails came off in 2-3 days and my step sister came with me and 4 nails of hers have come off since then. Staff are not nice, very rude !!!

Worst experience ever. When I arrived I was assisted by a man who worked very well on my nails, he took the time to not damage my natural nail when removing my old polish and was extremely careful in his work. For some reason it later changed and a very rude lady began to provide the service to me, she was in an extremely hurry to start working on the next client. She completely ruined my natural nail, she filed my nails so badly that now they all look uneven and of different lengths. She filed my nails diagonally, I have never been treated so rudely by anyone and I have never received worse service. She was in such a hurry that she didn't finish taking out my old polish and now you can see it through my “new” polish. I do not recommend this place and would never return. Worst place ever.

Had a great experience!! Went here this afternoon to get a full set of acrylics. I showed the ladies a tortoiseshell nail design and asked if they could do it. the lady hadn’t done it before so she practiced what i wanted which i thought was really nice. i left so happy with the results she was spot on !! all the staff were also super lovely, i would definitely go back here and 100% recommend 🥰🥰

3 days after getting French tip acrylics and 4 have fallen off. They feel like Kmart stick ons. Do not recommend

Spoke another language the whole time. Asked the young lady to please only speak English instead of shouting out in another language in front of everyone. Clearly took offence and walked off. When will we all not allow this anymore.
