I came here to get normal SNS, she was too harsh on my nails, my thumb started bleeding, I let it go, but the end results were also disappointing. It’s not worth the price, not good quality and very poor service.

Got SNS here and they did pretty good job. They were efficient and yes they do speak in there own language all the time which is not new as most of the nail salon do the same.

Went in for a relaxing foot spa and manicure but was dumbfounded when i was told it's already finished and I've just sat down for like 5 minutes?!! What a waste of $55. And they have no customer interaction whatsoever, the staff all talked to each other and the only interaction with clients is tapping and pointing out what to do next without even looking at you, I was like ??!!!? Look at the photos and see for yourself. that's the manicure and pedicure they gave me. I didn't ask for coloured nail polish but still that's not how it's supposed to look like after a spa mani/pedi. I should have just cut my own toenails and fingernails for free. Would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could give this place a minus I would, I recommend you just simply close down and give up. Every time I have had my nails done by anyone in this salon they have had a PUTRID attitude. No simple customer service skills whatsoever. I go to get my nails done to walk out relaxed and happy with the service I just paid for. However, this has been impossible! I blame myself for going back to this horrible place. I have walked out today totally frustrated!! One of the girls started by slamming nail pieces and showing aggression through her body language AFTER I just took my own acrylic off for her thinking I would help because she was struggling, she then pushed her chair right into my mums foot and walked off, obviously at this point my mum got hurt. We voiced this to the nail artist that continued my nails and she laughed…. We asked if she understood what we were saying because her reaction was a shock! She fixed my two nails which looked NOTHING like the others mind you she said she didn’t have the colour I have (funny bunny) asked her kindly if she could fix the shape and that they had the colour. Also I have pink tips so you would think she would make my nails look like the rest but they DONT! At this point I had enough of repeating myself and looking like an idiot, I still asked about the pink tips she looked at me and said oh did you want that too…….. I couldn’t do it anymore I felt completely pressured and uncomfortable as they came to a close and were all standing right in front of me staring. I promise you if you’ve had a positive experience at this place I GUARANTEE you definitely will have a horrible experience. I rather pay triple the price than ever return.

Absolutely disgusted with the eyebrow wax received today. I don't know what certificate was given but should be revoked. The whole experience was uncomfortable and as you can see in the picture my eyebrows are uneven by a country mile. Don't go here.

I got a pedicure here and a day later one nail snapped then a few more days later two more snapped and not just that I went back to tell them and their sad excuse was they said for a new set needed to come back got to come back which is in 2 weeks which is a load of bees wax as I have been getting nails for over 10 years and this was first time they have snapped in a week

Paid $140 for a rushed job. Staff could be nicer and when they were done just got up grabbed there bags and turned lights off when we were washing our hands. I won't be going back here.

I even won't give 1star also. I want French manicure acrylic I ask for the price she said it's $80 then I said it's ok normaly I do for 60$ In Parramatta she tell me it's ok come I do for u for 60$ she agreed after done I paid 60 she said darling it's 80$ she not agreed she tell for 60$ becarefull and the service so bad ..they run behind money
