I Had the most beautiful experience with Cara. My first time experiencing a tea ceremony. The mindfulness and peace I felt was mind blowing. I Loved learning about traditional tea ceremony and brewing. Cara has so much knowledge. Such a beautiful kind soul! Highly reccomend you go and experience a tea ceremony.

My partner and I signed up for Cara's tea ceremony excited to try new teas but we received so much more. It was such a peaceful and mindful experience; we left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed as well! Cara combines tea tasting with mindful exercises to create a truly meditative experience. It's a brilliant tea ceremony that I would recommend to anyone who wants a break/escape from the busy Sydney city life. The teas were a mixture of native and foreign flavours, which were a real treat.

My partner and I had the most incredible time at Altitude Tea. Cara was so insightful on topics of tea and mindfulness practises. In the beginning of the session we were meditated and soothed with a crystal singing bowl which transitioned the beta waves in our brain to alpha waves, which helped us reach only the present state. Cara was an amazing host and she had a lot of wisdom to share. The grace and poise through which she served tea was truly an experience. She created an amazing atmosphere in which I was able to meditate and be present. I hope I have the opportunity to learn from her again!

Had a pleasant morning with Cara and it was worth it. Coming simply for a new experience of tea ceremony but brought home a lot of insightful lessons about tea and life. Cara hosted a wonderful experience that included a Chinese tea ceremony (brewed) including a mixture the history, philosophy and experience trying a number of her own sourced/blended high altitude teas. Cara engaged with each of us to discuss our impressions and reactions. My group of four and another couple gently introduced and got to know each other, sharing opinions, personal stories and laughter throughout the whole experience The mindfulness elements included the preparation, serving and drinking tea, taking time to focus on and appreciate each stage and element. Sitting cross-legged together on a platform in small studio provided a sense of a relaxed collaboration.
