    I went to the kids shoe department yesterday afternoon for school shoes, the young girl serving us was so kind and patient. My child is Autistic and became overwhelmed and had a massive meltdown, I was super embarrassed and emotional but the three staff members (2 young men and the same lovely girl who served us) didn’t judge us and offered stickers to my child and myself 😂 they were just so kind and I really hope they see this review so I can say thank you 🙏

    I purchased the new alcohol-free Dior J’adore perfume from the Dior beauty counter and was served by Christen. She was so sweet and friendly - I really enjoyed her assistance. There was only the large sized bottle left so she threw in a few sample freebies. Definitely a great place to buy perfume!

    What an incredible store! They have such a wide range of amazing products, and they constantly offer discounts on various items. I used to believe that Myer was too pricey, but boy, was I wrong! There are always pleasant surprises waiting for me whenever I go shopping there!

    Just in the ladies lingerie section looking to get fitted for purchasing a bra or bras. I first arrived and spent a few minutes looking at items. Not one attendant asked if I needed help. I was then on a phone call for approx. 10 minutes and when I finished my call, I spent further time looking at items. Not one attendant asked if I needed assistance. You have lost a customer for life in the lingerie section.

    I bought two pairs of Ray band sunnies that I need to post as Xmas presents I was not given the receipt or the boxes they come inI then had to wait in line again to then explain that I wanted not only my receipt but also the boxes As they will most likely get damaged in the post. I was finally given my receipt and advised if I wanted the boxes they will give me a refund instead I had to leave the store without the boxes and told if they do damaged as a result I could always buy more this is because he felt I should cut my beard abd that he was gay as the reason for his bad service and refusing to give me my full item as is expected of anyone at a service desk I ha e tried to ring but no one has picked up the phone either

    Love Myer but not the service. Went in to look at buying two Dyson vacuums and couldn't get help anywhere. The staff that were around didn't even bother with a simple "hi" or any form of acknowledgement.

    Don't expect anything delivered on time, poor excuse for a department store, I ordered and paid for items beginning of December with emails confirming delivery before Christmas, Now that's not going to happen, maybe middle of January I might get my order and don't think about asking for a refund because they cant do that either, not sure why! I give -10 stars

    The whole point of “click and collect” is to save time. Defeats the object when you get home with the wrapped and sealed item to discover, on opening, that the security tag is still attached. Now having to go back to the shop to have it removed because some lazy, couldn’t care less, worker couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly.
