So much fun! We went here with our teen son. It took the three of us around an hour all up and we felt that was great for the cost. The experience is so realistic, the worlds amazing and the challenges just the right amount for the time period. A lot of work has been put into this set-up. Each person is in an individual room for safety but it felt like we were all in the experience together, it was so well done. The staff member was really lovely, enthusiastic and supportive. We can't wait to do it again!

Outstanding experience, whether you're a family, small group or anything else, this place is great! I've never had a VR experience this well polished and well done. They take you through a fun team building escape room (ours was an escape room through time). We took our robotics group ages of 6th-8th grade and they really enjoyed the experience! The only down side it's a tad expensive, but in my opinion totally worth it.

This has to be the most fun I've ever had and experienced. I had suggested to check these guys out at virtual room, to close friends to do as an activity. we went and did chapter 1 last week and we're definitely going back on Sunday to do the second chapter. 1st timer here and it was absolutely amazing, my wife and I had so much fun, worth every dollar. 1. Each person has own room and can communicate easily through the gears. 2. Great intro to learn the basics. 3. Pro gears, comfortable to wear, cleaned & sanitised well. 4. No dizziness after 1hr game play. 5. Fun games & puzzles. Will sure to book the next session.

Had a great experience here, the escape rooms are immersing and challenging. My partner had never done anything like this or even played computer games, but she was finding clues and solving puzzles I had missed. Great fun and very enjoyable. Friendly staff help when needed and we got pictures sent to our email of our experience when we finished.

Great interactivity! I did Time travel chapter 1 and can definitely say the puzzle required teamwork and got more challenging (but still fair) as it progressed. Will be booking in future for sure!

The experience at virtual room was like nothing I’ve ever done and was a bit daunting at first but Isaac and Xavier make you feel right at home and comfortable, making the night into a fun one.

I’ve had a few virtual experiences and this was probably the most fun. Separate rooms with great staff to assist. And the gaming options were fantastic.

Great experience. Mia the guide, was lovely and explained everything. The game itself was immersive with great graphics, no lag and fun puzzles . Room was a little small and the cable did try to kill me but in no way ruined the fun. Will go again!

I wanted to do this with my Nephew for his 18th, best decision ever! We had a blast, and would have done it all over again if we'd had time. I'm his 62 year old aunt, So it appeals across the generations. Will definitely do this again. Staff were great and the set up impressive.

Attended 2 sessions within a week (Saturday and following Friday). The VR worlds themselves were great and the puzzle components were good although I personally found them a little easy. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 was that there were technical issues both times. I had to be moved rooms on both visits and the experience had to be restarted more than once on both occasions. This impacted the overall experience as it was a bit stop-start-stop-start. The staff were friendly and professional and tried to fix technical issues as quickly as possible. I would go back again as it was enjoyable; I just hope next time I visit there are no glitches.

An experience to remember. Went in with 9 others and came out with massive smiles and a lot to chatter about. The staff were very friendly and the games were so fun. While initially skeptical about having individual rooms, it exceeded expectations. Would definitely go back for another go. Give it a shot - you won't be disappointed.

Wow this was an out of this world experience. Each participant had their own room so there was no chance of knocking into each other but we could still communicate seamlessly. The graphics and imagery were amazing, I could have spent time just looking around if it weren't for the timer to complete the tasks! The puzzles were a lot of fun to work through. We'll be booking in for mission II shortly.

School Holiday Fun! I took 4 kids aged between 8-12 to VR Escape Room Sydney. They played Time Travel Part 1 and they all came out with smiles and excitement. They said it was so engaging and they had the best fun. We will definitely be back again soon for Part 2.

Super fun and interactive! People get split in their individual rooms (safer that way and more room to move arms) and talk through the headset so you are still connected. Staff is really friendly too!

What an awesome experience. Combining VR and the escape room experience is quite a physical task. We did a room that involved going and playing mini games within the arcade and it was quite challenging but in such an exciting way. Very well thought out so that you don't end up hitting others or hitting the wall. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to coming back!

VR Time travel was an incredible experience. You need to get the data download at every stage for which the team need to assist each other in solving some puzzles. Fun for everyone, the dragon stage was exhausting but fun to kill them with arrrows. I loved the mission on the Moon, simply sublime. The staff was very friendly and helpful and would assist you in case you're stuck at a stage. Value for money - Highly recommended to everyone!

This was a Xmas gift - first time using virtual reality and It was a lot better than I expected. I had a great time, and I will definitely do it again. The guy who saw us in and put the head gear on was super nice and helpful.

This was my first time to try virtual reality. 2 adult n 1 kid.. It was soooo good and I'll recommend to everyone.. I did used Monopoly tickets (Thanks to Maccs) but it is worth it to pay full amount as well.. I'll definitely come back😊 It is true when u make Ur bookings, it's better to book when it's not busy time so u don't hear other players screaming 🤣 but it is good to play with only 2 people or more.. it is fun😉 also definitely takes more than 1 hour for per game😏

It was a lot of fun! I've never done a virtual escape room before but it did not disappoint! After a few minutes you definitely forget where you actually are and totally immerse into the VR world. Amazing fun and great value for money!

My goodness! This was so fun! The team there were so helpful and patient. The rooms felt a bit small. But being first time I can’t compare so this could be the standard size. The graphics were good. Bit blurry at times but then again it was probs my eyes 🤣. But 10/10 experience and will go again for sure!

We were running late for appointment. Spoke on the phone and they said if we more than 15min late we have to rebook or they have to cut us short. Got there within the 15min. They didn't say anything and cut our adventure short without telling us. We were returning customers and got treated pretty badly by the new staff. Won't be back.

My son and his mates had an awesome time at Virtual Reality Sydney for his 18th birthday. The set-up was cool, individual dark room pods with VR headset and headphones. The games were immersive, they interacted with each other within the game. Well organised and super friendly staff. I would highly recommend it.

Really fantastic experience, I would highly recommend trying it out or gifting to anyone. Very easy to just turn up plug in and have fun. Both me (someone familiar with VR) and my partner (who has practically never done it) equally enjoyed it and had a great time. Plus lovely staff.

Went with a friend and had a fantastic time! My first VR experience overall and I've now decided to invite family and girlfriend to try it out). The guy at the desk was friendly and very helpful in getting me adjusted to the interface- which was of exceptionally good quality- perfect real-time speed and very detailed visuals. The actual game we played was challenging and fun (especially for me, who loves puzzles). Highly recommended!

Such an amazing experience- probably up there for one of the funnest activities to do, had an amazing staff member named Kit who helped us when needed and was really nice. Didn't know what to expect of this but it is so worth it, and no doubt telling all my family and friends about this and bringing more people along to do the other missions. Best escape room/ VR room.

What an amazing experience! We went for a team building activity and it was great, the virtual reality effect were super high quality and it really felt like you were inside the game. We went in a a group of 11 and then split into smaller groups and through the game we needed to work as a team to go into the next level. I definitely recommend it for team building activities or for a different weekend activity for your family and friends. I’m looking at going back soon to enjoy the other games available. Thanks Mark for all you help with organising the activity!

Perfect experience with 3 players. We did the time travel chapter 2 and it was especially fun because whenever we got stuck on the puzzles, staff would help guide us so we could have the full experience of finishing the puzzle. We will definitely be coming back for the zombie, Are we Dead mission :) Only Con: $49 for a 45 minute experience is quite expensive to say the least. Other than that, great place to have fun with friends!

For my first time experiencing VR, it was really fun as me and my friends were tying to explore and learn how to play the game. The staff was really friendly and gave us clear instructions. The staff also assisted us and gave us clues throughout the game whenever we were stuck.

Went with my boyfriend and we had such a fun and memorable experience. Definitely recommend to everyone, it is family friendly and enjoyable for couples and friends. Mark had awesome customer service and helped us navigate through the game smoothly. :)

2 of us played Mission 1. Enjoyed the virtual-ness of the experience for sure. Because it was virtual it made it easy to experience a number of different environments within the session. Loved being able to push and pull things, reposition things virtually. The only frustration for me was not being able to put down an item no matter how I tried. Not sure what I was doing wrong. But we got through it all in the end. It was great fun, especially being able to work together, and see each other, even though we were in separate rooms in the real world! Look forward to Mission 2 hopefully with no item release issues for me :)
