Elements bar and grill does a great steak. It had a really nice charcoal taste and was cooked perfectly. Sam and Mateo our waiters were observant & attentive which is what you you want in a restaurant.

One of the best steakhouses in Sydney. We enjoyed our first experience at the “Element Bar and Grill” and will definitely go back a lot. The food was really good and cooked to perfection! In addition, I have to mention that the gentleman who seemed to be the owner of the restaurant, was also very helpful welcoming, and for sure one of the reasons that we enjoyed our time here. I’m a big fan of short rib. I can say their version of a slow cooked beef rib is truly amazing. It is a 72h slowly cooked meat. It can’t be more tender than this. The size of the plate is simply perfect. Nice quantity of meat accompanied with mashed potatoes and carrots. Felt like healthy and cheating at the same time. I had to wait longer than I expected. That’s the only downside.

We came for the Tomahawk promotion ($99 for a 1.2kg Tomahawk Steak) and were pleasantly surprised by the superlative dining experience it turned out to be. The hero of the menu is, no doubt, the steaks - these guys really know and respect their steaks, from the way they are stored (in specialty fridges for dry ageing meats) to the way they are prepared and cooked. The result is a flavoursome, tender, juicy steak. If steak is not your thing however, don’t worry, the menu is extensive and every taste is catered for. Service was attentive and personable - we were looked after well. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and will be back with more friends!

This restaurant is pretty great and all the wait and bar staff are really friendly and are ready to make your night perfect. I had the 42hr Pulled beef ragu pasta and this meal was cooked to perfection and tasted delightful, 100% would order again and recommened this dish to any pasta fans. 👌🏻

The steaks and the burgers at this place are simply spectacular... it isn't cheap but hell, it definitely worth every cent spent... Portions are generous, service is a 10 and flavours are top of the range.

Checked out this place last night with 7 other guests...and by the end of the experience, we were very surprised by the overall quality & ambience. The food was better than what we expected, yes it is pricey but they sure did show the value through the size of the plate. The service has got to be the best we have ever come by, we were seated on a table for 8, however it was little congested. Upon request, we asked if we could relocate to a more spacious table, and without hesitation our request was met, keep in mind the restaurant was very busy! 10/10

Elements is, without doubt, one of the best (if not the best!) steakhouses in Sydney! Quality inputs are transformed into great dishes and the service and atmosphere is always on point! Terrible food here. I love my steak and coming from Melbourne I also know my food. I don't even know where to begin to comment. The waitress didn't even know what I talking about when I asked her which "cut" she would recommend. She had no clue and pointed to everything as a recommendation. Then when the food came out the real "fun" began where, between 3 waiters/waitresses, they couldn't work out who's steak was who's. Very unprofessional albeit one of them apologising for the "mess". The food was very little to be desired for with old brocolinni and soggy carrots. The steak was the biggest disappointment. They served raw and well done steak as "medium well", and medium well as "well". When feedback was provided, the Manager took one serve to be recooked which ended up being burnt and still raw, and the other serve they ran out of that cut, and only for that to be served medium well as raw. Their potato was overly rich and took that off our steak plates. Any other restaurant would have cooked their steak from scratch and apologized for their error. Instead I was questioned and my friend had to intervene to avoid any argument. When the waitress asked our table how our food was, we told them "there was quite a few problems" to which her response was they are too busy and there are other tables also complaining. Upon settling the bill they didn't change the steak that they ran out of and still charged us the higher cut. They tried to argue it wasn't the case but for a $4 difference I couldn't be bothered given what a terrible experience we had. Out of principle that is not right. The table of girls behind us had exactly the same problems and we spent a good few minutes comparing notes. I would not recommend at all.

I’m surprised this place had so many high reviews. The food here was very expensive and taste was very average. $38 for a burger and it tasted like compressed Woolworths meat patties. Presentation was good though. I noticed at the end of the meal they made an emphasis on providing a review & linking it back to the staff, so that might explain the high rating.

I feel honored to have enjoyed such delicious steak on Christmas. Although the overall price is relatively high, almost every dish meets a very high standard. The steak is incredibly tender, requiring minimal effort to chew, and its flavor is rich – highly recommended. However, the roasted potatoes lack any special qualities, so I don't particularly recommend them. Despite the excellent food, there were some hygiene issues in the restroom that day. The men's restroom, in particular, was extremely messy – littered with toilet paper and a toilet bowl stuffed with paper. Such conditions shouldn't be present in a restaurant of this price range. Nevertheless, overall, I highly recommend it.

The food was absolutely delicious and our server Nikki was super helpful with her recommendations. The swimmers crab pasta was to die for. I love the atmosphere as well. Will definitely come back when we’re in Sydney again.

Food was delicious - especially the bone marrow as it melted in the mouth. Loved the interior design of the restaurant - it was mostly outdoor seating and the gas heaters kept us warm. Service was friendly and professional. Antonnette was our waitress - she catered for every need and did an amazing job cutting up the tomahawk steak for us. Thank you for an amazing first experience! We booked this restaurant for our EOFY celebrations as we heard the food was good so we thought to try it for ourselves. We had a set menu and ordered salads. Every single thing we ordered was fantastic and delicious. The service was great. We will definitely be back again soon.

The atmosphere and service was amazing! Great location and had a great vibe going with the outdoor seating and light music. Good was great would have gotten five stars but our steaks where just slightly over there temps we ordered but had amazing flavour! This is a must try restaurant in Sydney and I rate it as one of the best steaks in the city!

The people were amazing, Antonette (host) even let us in half hour early. The food was better then we could imagine. From the bone marrow starter, to the HUGE & delicious tomahawk, and amazing sides. The staff made us feel very welcome, we even got to bring our bone home to chew on. *** Please open an Elements Bar & Grill in Tamworth (where the cow is raised), then we can go every week.

Fantastic restaurant in the Darlinghurst area. Service was great, food was phenomenal, and everything was spot on. The steak and salmon were cooked to perfection, the drinks were tasty, and we're so glad we went here. They have an outside and small outside area. Lovely evening, can't wait to go back.

My friend and I we’re from Melbourne and we stayed at the hotel near by the restaurant. We just randomly picked a restaurant near our hotel but!! Steak here was 100 out of 10. highly recommended Rib Eye 600g eat with Grilled corn and Garlic Bread are a must! Staff name Niana(not sure) her service was excellent actually not even her but all staffs here. Service 10/10 Food 100/10

Served by Nikki tonight, the service was good. The prawn entree was really good, a must try dish. The steak we have is slight over cooked, but the steak quality is good overall. The restaurant is an open area so a bit hot and humid to have dinner for today’s weather.

Overall, it was a good dinner .. we wanted to celebrate our anniversary... & this was my 1st time in Elements...Both the Steak was cooked really well as per our temp requirements. But the unique selling point that will make me visit the restaurant again is their GARLIC & PARMESAN PRAWNS... its a must try. . Next time Tomahawk is on my list. .

We ordered T-bone steak, medium, it was great! The salmon also very nice..and i asked Nikki for recommendation for salad, starters, the greek salad and the calamari, and my kid loves it so so much! The 600g rib eye on the bone was cooked to perfection. I like my steak blue and this was one of a few eateries that got it right without me having to send it back! Highly recommend the steaks. The sangria was also spot on. Good on you Kyle Sandilands!

Amazing experience at Elements! Our waitress Antonette was wonderful and the food was delicious. Steaks were cooked on point, compliments to the chefs. Mostly outdoor tables (undercover) which is nice on a warm night and makes for a more casual experience.

Was my first time trying steak outside, was really good. Got a medium rare sirloin steak. Nikki and I couldn’t get the other persons name were awesome. Very friendly and helpful :)

I recently visited Elements and I have to say, the food was fantastic. The steaks were cooked to perfection and had a great flavor. But what really made the experience special was the service provided by our server, Paul. He was attentive, professional, and made great recommendations. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Elements to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service.

The food was great! However the service was very average, i guess we felt forgotten by staff. Waited a while for our order to be taken. I then received my food and waited at least over 10 minutes for my partner to get his. We had to ask staff for the dessert menu which we then didn’t receive so had to ask again. Overall the food and atmosphere is great, was just hoping for more attentive staff given the price point.

This is my first time coming to this restaurant, and I was not disappointed at all! From customer service to food, everything was on point, and thanks to Antonnette for giving us the experience! She has a very positive and respectful attitude, smiling and welcoming all the time, which is something we really appreciate and always look for nowadays. As for the food, it took some time to be ready, but it sure was worth the wait. Nothing to complain about, thanks for the lovely experience.

Highly recommend. They have an amazing sweet chili sauce to go with halloumi fries, it was an amazing complex taste that I never want to forget. The burger and the 1kg of chicken wings were lovely and tender too, but that sauce was like the scenes in Ratatouille. The staff were exceptionally nice, and the outdoors seating was great. It was slightly hard trying to spot exactly how to get here, basically just go down Palmer Street and the entrance is in the little courtyard where the strange blob statue is, just on the right hand side of the courtyard.

My husband and I went here for dinner last week and to say it was amazing is an understatement. Not only is the food great but the service is awesome. My partner ordered a rib eye steak & it came out cooked perfectly. The wait staff were really attentive & friendly. Already making plans to go back for that juicy steak again! Busy restaurant with great outdoor alfresco dining. Bookings are recommended. Service was good, had a complimentary round of bubbles for my wife and I as we had to wait for our pre-booked table upon arrival. Kids menus was always a bonus for the little ones. Kids had the chicken pasta and fried chicken cubes. Meals were delicious and well worth the wait!

It was my first visit and certainly will NOT be my last. From the arrival to my Afogado desert, it was a very enjoyable evening night out. Good steak, well prepared and cook to perfection, nice environment, very practical gas heaters, warm hospitality, service with a Great smile, I cannot fault it .....except when I need to pay, I also paid with appreciation of such good work, great team! The meat cuts were delicious and beautifully cooked, which is one of the main points of this restaurant. However, I believe they could do a better job to engage with us before cutting the meat in front of us. For example, on our table the cheff took the tomahawk from the kitchen and straight away started to cut it on the side of our table without even saying hi. If the whole experience is to see what he does with a meat cut you should be engaged and participate in the process, that would make it a better experience. I would recommend this place if you like big meat cuts but you need to be quick with your phone to record the cutting or otherwise you will miss it

Great service, delicious food. The portion was quite generous. I ordered squid for entree. It was really fresh and delicious. The steak cooked perfectly. I normally like to eat steak with sauce, but this steak was full of flavour and don't need condiment.

Great experience. Cute little blankets to keep you warm. Mysha and the staff on 10th June were amazing. Weekdays $20 corona buckets (5 beers). Kids pasta delicious, Garlic bread delicious. We had 1.2kg tomahawk, discounted to $99 weekdays cooked medium & was cooked perfectly! Sides great, sauces could be better but over all fantastic experience. Would dine again & definitely recommend. We forgot to order cigars at the end, I think we were too full 😂🤤

Everything was awesome such as food, service and the vibes. That was our first time dining in a stake restaurant in Australia. We had no idea what to order, but a waiter suggested tasty food to us kindly :) Thanks to him, we enjoyed having the meals. I highly recommend the restaurant😊

Last night for Valentine’s Day me and my boyfriend dined here and the atmosphere was a great mood and vibe. The food came out perfectly timed for each dish, the staff were on it!! I highly recommend the halloumi fries although very filling a very great way to start our meal. Our main was the wagyu steak which was cooked to perfection as well no complaints at all and a very fair price. Dessert was beautiful and a great way to end our meal as we were already full from our main and entrée, we ordered the cheesecake and it was so yummy!! (Definitely recommend that as well). Lastly thank you to Antoinette for providing great service throughout our evening!! Would love to come back and try more of the menu!!
