A very spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Two things that was disappointing was the shower water pressure and the noise that came from the hallway. Despite this, I would happily stay there again in the future

Fraser Suites are very spacious, clean, well equipped. And most importantly it's well situated in close proximity to literally everything. The hotel literally is on top of George Street shops (food/fun/shopping,etc) Down the lifts, out the glass door, do a 360 turn and you already inside the shopping centre & food court. Parking is a bit on the smaller & tighter side but there's definately abundant amounts of parking. The suites are well priced. One thing that was a shame was the spa tub down at the pools wasn't heated enough, it felt the same temp as the main pools. But other than the spa, I couldn't fault it. Clean, well located, well priced, easy parking, easy to find.

I was at the Fraser for 2 months.. The rooms are okey and specious.. the kitchen and the fridge are very small. Equipment and kitchen tools are not enough. Same for the wardrobe they are useless. I asked for help to the reception and they told me that I could go to buy what I need in Daizo .. so .. they won’t help you for long stay. It’s an acceptable Accomodation for a short staying. Gym is very nice and free and spacious! There is also a nice swimming pool. There is a small heated pool with jet but it never works. And there is a very nice and big sauna.

The hotel was alright. The rooms were nice and clean and the leisure centre was big and had a good sized gym, nice spa and pool. The sauna was a bit old but worked nicely for what we wanted it for. The location is great, super close to lots of great spots, and really close to the trains so you can easily access different parts of Sydney. I signed up as a member online and got a special rate, but I wouldn’t want to pay any more than what I did for this hotel. They tried to charge me $52 a night for parking on arrival but when I signed up I saw online that the parking was $40 a night so it was disappointing they tried to scam me for more money. Luckily I said something and got the same price the website said when I signed up. Overall, not bad.

Extremely patient and generous staff. A group of friends and I stayed there for a night but there was a horrible stench from the toilet. We thought the toilet was slowly overflowing, causing all the water to go on the tiles too. However once we told them about the situation they gave us this ocean scented air refresher. Worked for a while. We also asked for some complimentary hot chocolate packets with milk. We had 5 people but asked for 10 on a whim which the staff thought was “excessive” but gave it to us anyways. Our room overlooked the back of some large buildings in the city so the view wasn’t that great but we loved how the different rooms we joined with a corridor in the middle.

I stayed here for a few nights on a business trip to Sydney. The highlights are the location and the view from the top floors. I would definitely request a high floor if I stay here again. The rest was pretty much vanilla. There’s nothing really that stands out and because of this I’d say it is overpriced for what you get. Having said that, I didn’t use the food or fitness facilities as I didn’t have time. I would stay here again if I get a good rate.

Great room, friendly staff, great location, great amenities! Very clean too. Gym was fantastic for a hotel gym too. Definitely recommend Fraser Suites if staying in Sydney. Only thing I would adjust is the lighting in our room 2707. It needed a few more lights in the main area between the bed and the TV as it was a patch of darkness there. Apart from that was a great stay here!

We had a 5-Star experience with our recent trip to Sydney, staying at the Fraser Suites Sydney. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and cool (in both temperature & chic style). The new AC system helps drop the warm temperatures (plenty of Aussie sunshine fills the room each afternoon) promptly in reach room. The full buffet breakfast offered a varied spread (the spiced poached pears & breakfast tarts were sneaky-good). We also want to give a little shout out to Cindy (reception/concierge) & Anna (hospitality/food service). These two are a credit to Fraser Suites! Thank you both, so much. We've found our (new) favourite place to stay in/around the Sydney CBD!

I recently had a wonderful 5-week stay on a business trip, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The view was spectacular, great location and facilities. I couldn’t be more impressed with the consistent excellent customer service for the past 5 weeks. Kingsley, in particular, made sure I had a comfortable stay and exceeded my expectations with every request. Ray and Cindy, at the reception were equally delightful, always greeting me with warm smile. They are such a valuable asset to the company. I look forward to returning to Fraser Suites, not only for work but also for leisure in the future. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

For a 5 stear hotel the room was disappointing at $ 300 a night. I checked in as Kristy pilichowski on 27/9/2023 checked out 30/92023 level 28. the shower tiles on the bottom had mildew ! The dining Cher's were in working order however the lether had were and tear, some of the doors had big chips with wood exsepted on the corner and needed painting, some of the walls needed painting the lounge needed Cleaning as it was stand, there was tiles missing on the kitchen floor under the bench the metal around the microwave keeped on filing Off , a little red Stan on the carpet near the TV. The TV was in working order but scratched. There was great view's out the windows of the room's. The breakfast buffet was worth the money and I enjoyed the food . The hotel and rooms we're very clean and staff were very friendly !

We definitely love our stay in Fraser Suites, good value for money. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was superb at city center. However, the main reason why we love our stay at Fraser is because of their staff. Ms Ferra and Ms Connie at the front desk are VERY helpful, friendly, creative, caring, kind and professional. I wish everyone working at hospitality service industry, hotel and tourism are like both of them. Will definitely stay at Fraser again when we are back in Sydney. Thanks for taking great care of us, it meant a lot since we were traveling with an infant and a toddler.

Very convenient location by the town hall. All is good, clean and tidy, What's missing is character. If you are looking for it among others in your stay in Sydney you won't see it here.

We were at fraser suites from 7-13 July. Our flight arrived at dawn, so we reached the hotel really early and the staff (sorry we didn’t catch her name!) who attended to us was so helpful and understanding towards us as we have 2 very young kids. She allowed us to check in early after seeing that there was an empty room available already. Couldn’t be more grateful for that as we were so exhausted from the night flight! Also, all their staff are super friendly, and the location is superb as it is near the Harbour and also the train station✨

Stayed a few nights in Sydney for work, and tried Fraser Suites. The room was small but clean, modern and perfectly functionable. I'm always interested in hotels with extra facilities like a gym, pool, spa and sauna, and Fraser ticked all these boxes. Location wise, it's perfect - an easy walk from Museum train station which takes you to and from the airport terminals. The only downside was the temperature of the pool. The reception said it was heated, but it was freezing. Given it's the middle of Winter, I decided to just stick to the spa & sauna, which were very refreshing. I'd consider staying here again, although in two minds given the pool situation.

Very noisy location, you hear Police siren and motorcycle loud noise throughout the night, room curtains are defective (I have pictures)sunlight in wee hours, rude staff particularly Coney and William. Breakfast food is not marked (watch your faith/religion). Chef doesn't know how to fry sunny side eggs. I ordered twice but both the time, it was uncooked or burnt (I have pictures) No respect for Do Not Disturb signs at your room door. Oriental staff speak poor English, hard to understand. I find it very unethical that they change their room price every day according to Coney. I will never stay there again and will solicit friends and family to think twice.

Highly recommend this hotel and great staff. We were severely let down by another hotel down the road and needed to find a place for 5 nights on Good Friday. We walked into reception in a bit of a fluster and were blown away by Vincent’s amazing service. He took away all our stress and was extremely accommodating. The room was great, facilities and location perfect. Vincent gave us some tips to hidden bars and walks which he nailed! Overall a fantastic experience.

I had fond memories of staying at this hotel about 4 years ago, lovely floral scents throughout the hotel, clean, spacious, upmarket and great service. Sadly my stay last night did not live up to previous visits. All floors I visited smelt of cooking, predominantly dried garlic. My room smelt of musty/mouldy old carpet. Was able to cover smell in my suite by purchasing a can of Glen 20. When I first checked into my Executive Studio suite the temperature inside was approximately 40-45c+, I set the a/c on cold mode, 19c and high fan speed. An hour after checking in I could not feel any air circulation in the room. I put my hand up against the a/c vents (which were pretty clogged and dirty) and was only able to feel a very fain wisp of airflow. Both the front desk and the maintenance staff said it was working fine, this Was the high fan setting and that I should close the curtains to keep the sun out and just wait (even though it had been running for more than an hour). This experience was compounded by a stance the front desk staff took of little to no desire to aid in resolving the issues. Overall very disappointing and definitely not worth the premium price tag in comparison to other hotels within the cbd. I visit and stay in the cbd on a weekly basis, I think I’ll be opting for one of the many other places many of which are very clean, new, fresh and the staff actually bend over backwards to make customers happy and resolve issues. One star out of 10.

I stayed at Fraser's Suite for around 3 weeks. Has a great location and good amenities. Gym is well equipped and the sauna feels good. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Would like to give a shout out to KT and Stephanie. Gave me lots of recommendations on places to visit and where to get good food. Always there to assist when I needed help. Keep up the good work!!!

It's a really nice suit with well equipments and decor. The room is also cozy and comfortable to stay. The hotel's pool and fitness centre are also great for those looking to stay active during their trip. The view from the hotel room Is also beautiful to look at after a tiring day.

Stayed in a 1 BR Exec suite last week , and absolutely loved it. The apartment was very clean and had great views of Darling Harbour. The bathroom was also well maintained , has a washing machine and dryer in there . Well equipped kitchenette with micro, dishwasher, coffee machine etc .Location wise , I’m local so found it easy to get around , but even if you aren’t familiar , this is a wonderful location. Close to Town Hall station (Train & light rail) , plenty of eating joints around , quiet but feels safe even later at night. On either side of the entrance to Fraser suites, are these small lanes that you can cut through to get to George Street . The staff are lovely. I was so keen to check out the Sauna, but was so comfortable in the room, that I didn’t leave at all. We used Fraser suites designated parking (level 6 & &), very convenient. Stayed on the 39th floor, room 3904 is perfect if you want great views. This is a clean and well maintained serviced apartment., for which I think staff and especially Housekeeping deserve praise. All in all , wonderful stay and can’t wait to take another break here .

Fantastic stay. Super friendly staff who took great care of us. The amenities were great. They gave us an upgrade on arrival and for a weekend away in the city it was an all around great experience. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and was pleasantly surprised on the incredible care and service. Haven't slept that well in a long time too! Will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Great short stay. Enjoyed the location as it was central to a lot of the places we needed to go. It was a quick booking and as we got there early they allowed us to check in early. The room is quite basic however it was a comfortable size. We really enjoyed the ability to stream/cast from your phone the pillows were great however the bed was a bit too small especially for my 6ft partner. The shower pressure was not the best as it quite literally a trickle of water however I think it may have been the room issue itself. It was great for a short stay even for a staycation which my partner and I did. Will be back.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for 2 weeks. Can't find a better location. Surrounded by eateries. 5 mins to Quuens Victoria Bldg, City Hall train station etc etc.

Stayed for four nights in September 2022. The 2- bedroom apartment was spacious and quiet. Noticed one window not closed properly on the third day and informed the staff. The apartment was on high level, it would be appreciated that all windows are closed properly, especially for family with young kids. Connie was friendly and she provided us with a Sydney good food guide. We enjoyed the dim sum restaurant that she recommended us. Swimming pool - water was so cold and my children shivered inside. We left after a few minutes because it’s just too cold to swim or play. We informed the staff. Had breakfast twice downstairs. Food choices were limited but the quality was great! We enjoyed the food. Ewelinka was lovely and she made the best coffee. Unbeatable location with eateries and train station nearby. Housekeeping could be improved. Staff at reception and breakfast area were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom suite since we're a family of 4 adults and 1 baby The rooms were clean and spacious Bub loved crawling through one room to the other and back again and thought his first experience in the heated pool and spa was fun and amazing The staff was very friendly and helpful There was initially a bit of a hiccup with our key but it was fixed straight away and despite us already checking out the staff were very understanding when we had a 👶 nappy emergency and was able to shower 🚿 him before our trip home The location being next door to my favourite dessert places is a huge plus too We also paid for buffet breakfast and parking with our stay and took advantage of the late 11 am check out and had our fill before wandering around the city freely for lunch Would definitely stay here again

Our week’s booking for Vivid was booked incorrectly by the agent . The Operations Manager William couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging to rectify this issue. Thank you William for a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites. We will highly recommend Fraser Suites Kent St.

One of the best stays in Sydney. The rooms and facilities are great but the staff is what makes this place. Connie Ho (Manager on duty) always goes above and beyond to make each stay special. My preferred hotel by far to stay when in Sydney.

Well appointed and well positioned. Great to have a full kitchen. Woolworths and takeaways are nearby. I enjoyed my stay, even though on arrival I found a previous guest's towel hanging behind the bathroom door.

I was greeted with a smile from the friedley front servise desk staff as I entered my room it was so peaceful, it overlooked the whole city from both sides and the bed was perfection! on my stay I had to go to the emergency, so I called the service desk and they where onto it even as I was waiting for the ambulance to come they still called to check up on me, now that is customer service. thank you so much everyone for my most warm welcome stay I will be back. great job x

Bed was like a rock. We stayed years ago and was so comfortable and the room was amazing. This time, bed was ridiculously hard, they wouldn't accommodate with a trundle for our son even though online says they have them available. He had to sleep on a rock hard couch. We asked for a portable fan and reception said no they weren't giving us a fan and no trundle was made up so they weren't giving us one. The room had no coffee machine, no WiFi, very very uncomfortable. We asked for a portable fan and they didnt like my reason for requesting one so said no. Anywhere else in Sydney would be better. My son and husband went in the spa and the amount of chlorine in the spa started to burn their skin. Our view was facing a car park and the noise was so loud you couldn't sleep . The car park was very convenient though underneath and the gym area looked nice and was large.

Location is great, right in the middle of the city! In regards to the rooms they're really nice and clean, I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Fraser Suites.

Comfortable room with great services. A highly recommended venue for those who would like a stay in the centre of Sydney. Just a 5-mins walk from Town Hall station, this location is fantastic.
