RUDE, LAZY and SOUR staff!! I was trying to put in an order and the extremely ill mannered server turned her back on me three times and didn’t answer my questions. She just started throwing containers at the server making the sushi without really knowing what I wanted; consequently, the WRONG things were made. News flash ladies… it’s a pandemic and you have a job, so be grateful. Also, smile once in a while and stop treating paying customers like they’re an inconvenience to YOU!

My mum was looking for salmon sashimi box and she couldn't find it in quick enough because she has poor eyesight. So she purchased the nigiri box and saw the sashimi box that she originally was looking for, hidden in the corner, but the Hero sushi girl would not let my mum exchange even though my mum did not touch this box yet. Even though my mum politely offered to wait till another customer was served and clearly offered to pay extra, the lady was extremely rude and refused to exchange the item she paid for 3 seconds prior. Poor service for being rude to an older woman and poor quality (on a few occasions with other people telling me as well).

The sushi is a disaster. They use too much water when they cook the rice. I thought I ate sticky rice sushi 😂 The owner should manage their food quality in same standard.

Spicy sushi box and brown rice salmon and avo. Not bad . Box was a little bit greasy . I wish If the spicy sauce put on a smaller , it ‘s better than now . But all good!

Just bought a box of sushi, found a hair, so disgusting, never buy it again.

Their good is ok but one of their staff members were very rude towards my little sister. My sister was trying to order but she kept on putting her under pressure and when my sister was talking she cut her off. However towards the customer before us, she was polite. My sister ended up getting upset and that is why this place deserves 2 stars.

Never meet this kind of RUDE staff before! Firstly ignore us for long time, after I told her i've been waiting there for a while, she just threw my sushi on the counter! Not acceptable behavior!

I used to love the food here in the past however since I bought from here recently after a long hiatus, I’m going to significantly reduce spending any money on this business due to the very poor service. The workers seem to resent you asking for soy sauce, like it’s coming out of their own pocket, and only give you one so you dare not ask for a second. 2 stars only because some of the food items can be tasty but shame about the service.

Honestly, I would NOT buy from here. Sushi can be good from here but it has good and really bad days, prices are average, some of the staff are decent but don’t always understand you. I actually worked there for a little while, and left because of a few things but one of the reasons was how low the standard for oh+s practices were; we only sweep the floor, no mop, the place was a mess when I got there (dust and black gunk around every corner and the deep fryer was yellow on the outside instead of silver) I did all I could to clean it up but I’m only 1 person. My last straw was; We had one day where the fridges were 20 degrees plus! And they were still selling food out of it all day, when I found that out after repeatingly saying to the manager and supervisor that someone could DIE from this and that if someone did I could never live with myself if I knew I sold that to them! I left within half an hour after I found that out and I ended up putting in my resignation a week or two later. They seem to have no sympathy for human health and only care about the money.

I asked for soy sauce and she said we already had some. Of course, when we sat down we realised she hadn't given us any, so I had to go back. She then gave the bare minimum. Once I sat down again I realised we didn't get any serviettes, and the sushi was messy so we couldn't touch anything. Never again.

Bad service , the Youngest asian girl, i M not Sure She is Vietnamese or chinese ( black hair ) , i told her pick the sushi i wanted but She picked the One S She wanted and told me “ they are the same “ . So customer can t choose which ones they want? I love this Sushi branch , usually got in Strathfield- good friendly service , not the same Burwood

So yummy it melts in my mouth and I eat here so much it's so good and fresh and the best
