In brushed hair, half sleep, no uniform or anything with seven eleven logo. A round neck Banian and a dirty pant. I forgot to close the lid of donut display. Instead of asking “can you close?”, he gave me a rude tone command, “Close it”

I always fill up here but not anymore, bought a pie and worker tells me it's only 1 free sauce. That's the first time I've heard of this as every other 711 store I've been to has always been free! Stupid stingy ass!

A convenient location however on multiple occasions there was no fuel available and this repeated for the next four days that I had to waste time to drive through to check. On the second day I had asked the service desk when the fuel was available, he said that afternoon there would be a restock but this didn’t end up being true. It’s an simple task of not displaying the price for the fuel that is not available or having a bigger unavailable sign instead of the mini flappy “sorry this is currently unavailable” flags that are currently used. Customers cannot see these from the main road.

Better fuel price, parking place available, though the gas pump is at tight space. They need to put the coffee cup recycle collectors, it was missing when I visited last. otherwise ok service and no dramas

Love the $1 coffee , always consistent quality... Fuel price is competitive considering the proximity of BP (nothing like seeing your competitor's price thru the window!) and using the app you can lock the price of Epping's 7-11 and fill up in North Rocks , I reckon I save about $500/year with 2 cars... Customer service varies depending on the shift but overall I'd say it is below par in this station, seldom do I get a greet unfortunately from the entirely Indian overseas workers there.

An extremely rude server , seems to be having an animated argument with someone on his airpod. Cannot seemto understand why all overseas servers at 7 eleven are always on their airpods. Anyway he made an error and put the blame on me , he was not paying attention. refused to give his name or managers name. told me to complain to 7 eleven as if he knows nothing will happen to him. Go somewhere else if you can.

They're got to start using under arm spray they stink.

Waited half and hour for the petrol but nobody responded! Maybe the staff was sleeping or something! Says the machine is not working!

Seven 11 service station in north rocks is one of the worst in the area. Sat in traffic to finally get into the station and only diesel petrol was available. Rung them and said they needed to let customers know beforehand. Man wasn’t very obliging. Another time I rang before to ask how much the price of unleaded was and man told me he couldn’t check. I said can’t you just look out the window and see. But no that was all too hard. It’s way too small an area where the bowsers are too.

very good service, best petrol price in my area, didn't get the morning attendant name, but whenever I'm there in the morning for a fill up, he was always helpful and has a smile on his face when he greets me.

Good coffee, muffins cakes & other snacks as well as petrol, diesel and a reasonable range of other items. If really must, they have Krispy Kreme doughnuts😳

Went 2 times at 11.30pm waited 10 mins no one inside and on website it says 24 hours.... Waste of time
