The Medical centre is really busy all the time. Some of the doctors I consulted are good but not all. I highly recommend Dr.Rana. He is excellent with diagnosis and polite in talking. The dark side of the centre is the girls at the front desk and the nurses. There have been different faces all the time but really very rude and arrogant.

This review is based on consults with Dr Wang. I have seen him 3 times and 3 times he has let me down. I want to ensure people are seeing appropriate Doctors especially if they are going there for a good reason as I was each time I saw him, each with a negative result and feeling disheartened. I find he is a very unhelpful Doctor. If you are looking for a caring professional Doctor he is not the one to see. There are plenty of other doctors there at RHMD.

Good doctors but all receptionists are very rude, no skills in customer service always chit chatting and gossiping behind counter rather than serving patients. They have made this medical centre fish market nothing is organised every thing is very messy. If owner of the medical centre reading reviews you should get better staff with experience in working in customer service/medical receptionists role.

Today on 31st march around 9am i went to see the doctor and waited till 10:30 am there were 4 people before me still i was waiting. There was philipino reception lady who took my appointment shame on you . You were still confused which doctor u put on me . Please do your job properly people r not visiting medical centre for wasting there time . Keep in mind

One star for the receptionist named Justine. We called to ask to be placed in line for our dr since our baby was still sleeping in the car. This rude lady told us they weren't allowed to do it over the phone ... but we have been doing it since I gave birth to my first child .. and this lady was so condescending saying that the past 6 yrs they have not been allowed to do it. Very very rude ... we always wait in the car and call in the car while we wait for our babys dr ...

Can someone please do something about these receptionists? So rude and unprofessional, they talk and laugh so loudly with no regard to patients, and not to mention act so entitled and condescending. This is what I notice everytime I come here. Aside from the lady with the headscarf, I think all the receptionists and some nurses need to be chastised on their appalling behaviour. 'm sure many would agree. I never see such as rude person like them they need to improve their behaviour or leave this job otherwise we will report to the police

I have seen most of the doctors here but the BEST, MOST ACCURATE diagnosis is DR RANA KAMAR Shareef. Amazing is his God-gifted ability. Dr Rana is like a very honest mechanic who wouldn't perform unnecessary experimentation on your car unless you need it. He is graduate of a top medical University.

I got told there was a 30 to 40 min wait which was fine an hour later ask what's going on they said to us there was a error (which I think they stuff up and didn't put us on the waiting list) and told us we will be next patient half an hour later still waiting. Very poor service

It will take you an hour or more to see your GP, like you are there so early at opening time before your doctor is in, still have to wait for hours to be called. The ladies at front/medical receptionists are rude, unapproachable, and doesn't do their roles very well.

The reception is extremely unprofessional. They have zero customer service skills. Customers stand at the desk and they contine with their personal discussions. They look up to see that people are standing to be attended but ignore and continue their talk. They talk loud (very loud) among them selves. Except the lady with head scarf.

Went today at 8.10am (24/10/23) to get a pap test. Requested the first available dr as the female doctor did not start until 9am. Was seen by Dr Govender who declined to do my pap test and told me i had to see a female dr for that and that he would add me to her list. Sat and waited for her until 9.30am whilst i watched her see other patients that were not there prior to my arrival. Pretty sure doctors are not supposed to decline treating you. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and make multiple trips to the doctor to get a simple pap test. I could not wait any longer as i had to go to work. ....will be looking for another medical practice to move my family too.

Extremely unprofessional Indian nursing guy , who doesn't follow Queues and just call first the Indians first with vague explanations . I and my 2 young kids had to wait 2 hours with a fractured foot just for Vaccination and when it was our turn , He just disrupted the Queues and called indian which were last in Queues with no apparent clinical emergency. This made me missed my specialist appointment which was after that. Just wasted my half hour further !! On voicing my concern, He was so rude and unprofessional. Never had such a pathetic experience before. He should learn the basics manners of following Queues . Kindergarten has better manners than him!!

No luck to see doctors after waiting 3 hrs, receptionist tells me I am next, doctors are keep calling other patient..

Dr. Wendy is very compassionate and gentle yet professional. She’s a young Dr which makes me feel like I’m talking to the older sister I never got. She’s also determined to find out what’s wrong in a very reassuring way. The first time I saw her she referred me to the hospital ED which made me worry and reassured me by saying ‘Don’t worry, okay? Let us Drs worry for you instead’. Another time she reassured me whilst I was crying by saying ‘it’s okay, you’re in a safe space’. She also increased my dose of antibiotics to 4x a day which the other Dr made only 3x a day.. the Dr in the Hospital also agreed that it should’ve been 4x a day like Dr. Wendy said. Overall, the experience you get from the clinic really depends on who you get. I’ve had some cranky receptionists in the past but I’ve also had some who saw I was in pain and sent me to the nurse in the back before seeing the Dr without me asking (which was a nice Nurse in my experience). I’ve had my blood taken and they’re very professional. Never been to the Dental area.

I did my tooth which needed filling, the filling fall right after 3 months. Didn't last, worse quality job was done. Look elsewhere for dentists and do not waste your time and money here.

Great medical centre. Very happy with the service provided at this medical centre. The doctors and staff are great!

Been with Dr Hassan for almost a year now. Great Dr for women and children. Good nurses too in treatment room. Only downfall is the long wait time.
