Fairfield Chase Medical Centre

Medical center • Obstetrics gynecology clinic

😠 One of the worst medical centres in Sydney do yourself a favour and go to a more professionally run centre. The staff are unbelievably dishonest and refuse to help in any manner if it involves them needing to do actual work it’s a struggle to get in to see a doctor always a massive wait. I once wait... People often mention minutes, appointment, doctors,

One of the worst medical centres in Sydney do yourself a favour and go to a more professionally run centre. The staff are unbelievably dishonest and refuse to help in any manner if it involves them needing to do actual work it’s a struggle to get in to see a doctor always a massive wait. I once waited 2 hours or more with an appointment. God forbid you need results urgently they would rather let you sit with whatever illness you have and make it an absolute mission for you to find out what’s wrong with you, you could have a dangerous infection and you’ll be left with it for days before you get your results it’s not that hard to have results left in an envelope for collection by patients instead you have to book an appointment. You want to know what’s wrong with you sorry that’ll be 5 business days. Site says walk ins available you walk in only to be met with we can’t help you without an appointment. Absolute idiots!!! Don’t go here!!!

Receptionist managed to fit me in when it’s advised to make a booking. Really needed to see a Dr as I wasn’t feeling the greatest and super thankful she was able to help me. Super kind and patient - great first point of contact to the clinic.

Rang them & was on hold for more than 10 minutes still not answered. Going in person to make an appointment is faster. I've was on hold for 26 minutes another time before hanging up (yes I checked my call log) Doctors are always running late and I'm left waiting for at least 30 minutes each time. Even allocating an hour of my day to my pre booked visit that only takes me 5 minutes will usually not be enough time. If I turn up 30 minutes late for the appointment, knowing full well that the doctors are always late - the admin staff make a drama.

My experience at Fairfield’s Chase Medical Centre was lovely. The ladies at the registration table have the nicest hospitality out there and I was able to book my first appointment by myself easily. The doctors are very extremely friendly and tended to medical needs very professionally. Highly recommended facility.

From reception to nurses to doctors these guys do a pretty good job. Always a smile and an understanding. They treat me as a valued customer. Even though my contribution is aches and pains.

It’s been a number of years since I’ve been back to Fairfield Medical Centre. With a lot of updated facilities (seating area, bathrooms, offices) the centre feels welcoming. The staff both admin, nurses and doctors are really friendly and polite

The older lady receptionist whom has glasses and has a smug face needs to go immediately. I understand when its fully booked it can be a hassle but it does not mean you treat the patients with attitude or talk about them when they leave. I watched this lady be extremely rude to patients and when doctors(higher ups) came for a meeting she was a whole different person. She works with people daily and if this is the attitude she uses everyday she should be ashamed.

Found them on web, had dog bite injury late Sat afternoon. Website has clear appointment system. Two types, Dr’s that accept booking with calendar or has several Drs that say ‘walk in’ accepted. (No booking) So we drove 15 minutes, spent 10 minutes finding parking and then walked another 5 minutes. Result = receptionist saying the ‘walk in’ only applies to ‘existing’ clients. I point out that the website is quite clear and has no mention of ‘existing’ client’s in the ‘walk in’ statements. Very disappointing and a clearly misleading website!
