There's lots of different little features to this park. A small beach, a swimming pool, some fields amongst the trees that are great for a picnic, a tiny waterfront bar in front the marina, a large pagoda and some play areas for kids. It's a nice spot with a real local and relaxed vibe. A little bit of a secret in the area as its not that busy considering all it has to offer. Great destination for a picnic or few hours.

Big park with many picnic benches very good for BBQ or for relaxing! Big children playing area! Only challenging within the parking area very small compared to numbers of people

Parking fees are way too high especially during the week when the park is empty. Also a lot of the metres don't work so you have to walk ling distances to find one that work. Best to remove these meters. Just money grabbing

This beautiful park for a day out with the family and friends. You can have fun swimming and fishing at the same time. BBQ allowed here. Walking trails and public toilets available around the park. Kids playgrounds located near the entrance to the park. Be careful of the limited paid parking hours as you may get fined if you exceed the time.

Beautiful park to relax surrounded by water.. Parking is expensive (you can park whole day in the city for the amount they charge for two hours)

Went here yesterday for a walk from the park along the waters edge passed Breakfast Point until I got to Mortlake Ferry and back to Cabarita park lovely walk around dusk. The park itself is a good place for the family. From grass patches for the kids to play to 2 play areas one for the little kids and another for the older kids. Areas for parties or a picnic. People were fishing along the waters edge plus there is a marina, swimming pools and plenty of benches to sit down and watch the Rivercat ferries coming and going or the planes overhead or the water crafts that go by.

Huge fun park. Lots of space, big trees, sandy beach areas and a big park for kids. It has metered parking, or times parking on the adjacent streets. Can see the Crown tower from certain sports at the park. Dogs are welcome but are to be leashed when walking through the park.

Been here twice and love the views and beautiful walk trial. Kids can play in the sand playground. There are toilets and drinking water fountains as well. Only negative feedback is they have only paid parking.

You should consider to go early parking wise, it could be very difficult. The toilets need more maintenance but they do have soap 😆 which is rare at parks and beaches. A good family picnic spot.

Lovely local park. Good variety of toys with sandy ground cover. It has a sun protection covering too. Close to the water and cafe.

We went by ferry which itself was fun. The beach is small but very pretty. Kids loved playing in the sand. They also loved the playground.

Beautiful place to spend time in the evening. Have good jogging tracks. Riverfront is one of unique in Sydney, full of 🐚 go on collection with kids as fun activity. The public toilet is in very bad condition and needs urgent attention. It has a community centre, swimming lessons area and kids playground. Parking outside the park is free inside bit expensive.

Great park with a lot of equipment (multiple spaces), ample parking and a huge area of grass, right near the water. There are quite a few facilities here, including a well set up toilet area, water bubblers, and various seating. The park is well maintained. There was also a small entertainment area/venue with an event going on when we were there. It’s a beautiful area to hire, and I had a look at the prices. For weekend hire, it was about $133 per hour (minimum 4 hours), plus other things such as security if required. A great park to come with kids, dogs, or friends, or to hold a nice daytime or evening event/party!

This is an excellent park for everyone. Water access and the ferry. Reasonable parking too. You can hire some great facilities for functions and there's swimming pools. Shame about the dirty visitors littering everywhere. Perhaps they could put more bins and signs up, (in multiple languages), not to pollute the area.

Went for Fishing despite wet weather today 😊 after a failed attempt at Mortdale Park, got lucky to hook a small fish and released it. Other than that it was just fishless casting 😊. Parking cost is a dent to your pocket unless you wanna find a spot outside the park.

Covered play area and lots of parking. There's a beach you can walk along. Lots of seashells though and not swimmable.

It's a truly lovely location. You should go in the evening because the view is spectacular. In the evening, the park was quiet and peaceful.

Really pleasant park on the Parramatta River. Good amenities for kids, a very nice historic Rotunda (actually moved from Centennial Park) you can rent for a special occasion. There is also a little function centre that can be used as well. At Cabarita point you will find your choice of a bar, kiosk and restaurant. Something to cater for everyone. Well worth a stroll through.

A nice getaway from the regular “popular” beaches. Quiet and calming.

It's a lively place in a beautiful setting. It boasts a magnificent shaded playground, a fantastic kiddie pool, a delectable shop, a swimmable river beach, and BBQs with water views. There's plenty of room for picnics, cricket games, or just kicking a ball around with family and friends.
