Very lovely and delicious food, decent prices, and quality of food has been consistent, staff are very lovely and friendly, always smiling, they attend your table a couple of times to check if everything is ok! Water is served right away, has been here a few times and will go back again, looking forward to try the rest of the menu, coffee is ok, however would be better if its served hot or better quality beans are used, thanks you guys for the consistent great food and service.

I've been dying to eat in here for ages, and I'm so glad I finally did. Such a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch (with an all day breakfast menu). The staff are super sweet, efficient, and attentive. The food is delicious. They do some fantastic smoothies and juices as well. I had the Caponata Toast, which seems to be a crowd favourite. Really wonderfully rich flavours seasoned perfectly. And you can't go wrong with their classic Eggs Benny. Definitely pop in if you have the chance.

Fantastic service since the moment we stepped in until we left. The pancakes were so soft and tasty and the eggs with avocado on toast really yummy. Coffees were great as well. We will definitely return!

Long wait, poor service, food is just bad and missing ingredients promised on the menu. The staff forgot about me right after giving me a menu, I waited over 25 mins for someone to take my order but was ignored every time someone did pass my table. In the end I had to fetch someone myself. Ordered a smashed avo which had a heavenly description on their menu, but what arrived was the saddest smashed avo I’ve ever seen - avo was clearly overripe and mostly brown but they used it anyway, “confit tomatoes” were in fact 2 cherry tomatoes that tasted like they were fresh a week ago but had started to spoil, a teaspoon of dry beetroot relish was smeared under the toast, no chickpea in sight (was listed on the menu). I could not finish even half of it. Service is not the level where they’d ask you about it. I don’t recommend this place. Plenty of great cafes in the area to go to instead.

A really classic suburban cafe, Coffee Tank yields no surprises but leads a solid line-up of brunch staples. I often grab a takeout coffee before catching the bus and it’s always fast and excellently prepared. On venturing to try breakfast, it was a nice version with decently poached eggs and a silky hollandaise. Bright, sunny, comfortable and good for a feed but no surprises.

Good food let down by poor service and overcharging. The lady that served us was new to this cafe (but not entirely new as she works at their cafe in Five Dock). Despite that, she had no idea what she was pressing on the iPad and what came out was entirely different to what was ordered. No biggie - easy fix. However we waited forever for our orders to be taken, even though the other lady in the kitchen/juicer could see that our orders were not taken and we had been waiting for quite some time. Maximum eye-contact avoidance. Prices are misleading. For example, the description for ‘Make your own breakfast’ states you choose 3 sides, but what it fails to state is that you pay for EACH of those sides, and the price of those sides are not displayed. Same with breakfast wraps. Pretty sure that’s contravening consumer regulations but like the previous reviewer said, there are better nearby eateries than be ripped off here.

Acai bowl was awesome, but zucchini fritters were overcooked om the outside and raw in the middle. Wildly disappointing. Service staff are brilliant though! 💜

Lovely staff but food was a bit of a letdown. My poached eggs were so over cooked that they were inedible. I did get a discount when I complained but it was a disappointing experience.

We were here 2 years ago and rated 4*. According the perivious experience and reading the current reviews, came one more time. I think the owner changed, the cafe's name was different. Before there was one door to entry and the place were too smelly and smoky. But now, they use 2 doors and it makes fresh air, which is good. But too many negativities ; music was overloud, coffee was ,sorry but, awful, even I couldn't drink it, scramble egg was smelly different taste of food...

Yummy croissants, brownies and cookies, went well with my chai coffee. Going to have to come back for the cheesecake since it was sold out. The staff are really nice.

Great menu with a good variety of options. Super clean interior. Cakes and sandwiches in the window all looked nice and fresh. Our breakfasts were delicious and well presented. I will definitely be back.

enjoyed brunch this morning. The corn fritters were very crunchy and tasty. However my mum and dads fries were stone cold, which was a major let down. I let them know this and their response was that they will do better next time, this was not really helpful to improving the experience we had today, the small handful of chips was not really worth it either... 1 out 4 people enjoying the meal probably won't bring us back, but I do suggest that anyone.who does choose to dine here tries the corn fritters... The coffee was tasty too.

Nice location and the decor is cute. Food was OK, nothing to boast about but was tasty. Iced mocha and chai were disappointing, menu said they should have whipped cream and ice cream but they were served slightly luke warm/barely cold with 2 ice cubes that melted and only made with some milk and flavouring, no ice cream or whipped cream.

Coffee was good, service was fine, I understand that mistakes happen. I thank the staff for refunding me, but my partner and I didn’t get to eat our breakfast because for some reason the order wasn’t given to the kitchen staff. When the mistake was realised my partner and I had to leave due to time. We had to go somewhere else to eat. Ironic to go to a cafe called the Breakfast Club and you don’t get your breakfast

A good but not great experience. They seemed a bit short staffed for the size of their cafe. We waited 5 mins after taking a seat and so went and asked for a menu ourselves. After 15 mins of no one coming to table we went and ordered at the front counter. Our iced lattes were good, but definitely had better (seemed a bit watery). I had the corn fritters - pretty yummy but not spectacular. My husband had the breakfast burrito which he liked but wouldn’t rave about. Overall a good experience but probably wouldn’t go back. Different from other cafes. Just Amazing service! I had ordered breakfast from my seat to eat in, I was slightly crammed on one table as i was also studying but I didn’t want to be a bother to them to ask for more space. But one of the staff took notice and intuitively asked if I needed more space, and so they dragged another table over for me! Some cafes just don’t think to ask. This is why they are different from other cafes! Going above and beyond for the little things is what makes up great customer service. And beside this great experience, the food and drink are fairly priced, and taste great! Another plus is this the background music that stands by their cafe name.. 80s/90s hits like the Talking Heads to The Smiths… just fantastic! I’ll be back to try their pastries next ♥️

Love their coffee and breakfast rolls! I’m vegetarian and it’s so great to have a veg option for breakfast roll which isn’t an egg and bacon roll without the bacon! This place also has my fave coffee for the places around here. Lots of indoor seating but also great for takeaway

Great place, easy to park. Breakfast burrito was very good (the salsa included really lifted it), Quick service and friendly. The acoustics were echoey and at times I struggled to hear conversation but that said, happy to recommend and would return :-)

Went there for some coffee, having read some good reviews praising it, but was sadly disappointed. It wasn't very busy at the time, and yet we ended up waiting ten minutes for a takeaway coffee that tasted very milky, not frothy at all and just very diluted? Not sure if they forgot about our order or something. Will come back to try the food.

Had high hopes for a great New Year's Day brunch with friends but unfortunately we waited over an hour for average food and they completely forgot to make 2 of our dishes. Would not visit again on a busy day and would probably only go back for coffee.

Yum! Nice, bright and sunny, comfy enough! We had the organic Acai bowl and Blue Majik bowl. So delicious, smooth, refreshingly cold, toasted granola, perfect combination of toppings. I can’t eat chia so they let me swap it for some banana. This place is 15min drive from where we live. Will go back regularly. Little gem. Oh and good coffee.

A cafe I have been coming to since the opening, and my go-to place with friends to meet up on the weekend. Great coffee, amazing variety of food, and the staff are the absolute nicest! Only wish is it didn't become such a popular hang out so it could still be our little coffee shop, but happy the business is going great!

A shadow of what it once was. This used to be our go to cafe, visiting every day for our regular order and sometimes twice for food. Now the coffee and food have both taken a downturn, the quality of customer service nearly non existent. Barista unable to take more than one order at a time, terribly inefficient for a cafe. Head elsewhere if you want delicious coffee, served swiftly with a smile.
