$19 omelettes were totally over cooked and brown. Brought it to the staff’s attention and they completely dismissed our dissatisfaction by saying “sorry that’s just how we make it here” If you like an unnecessarily large portion of burnt eggs for a high price then this is the place for you. Bill came to $63 for two omelettes, a juice, and two iced lattes — left feeling taken advantage of.

Ordered a vegan takeaway breakfast as a surprise for my brothers birthday. A mess up With the order to find bacon and egg rolls .I understand mistakes but when I returned there customer service was poor no apology. After arguing they refunded part of my $44 payment very dissatisfied Sedena

Poor service, rude and unapologetic. The owner or manager wouldn't take the call and continued to brush off the issue to ubereats. The issue is with your service and laziness, your food was old and you didn't care... you kept this cake on your shelf for over a week and you think its acceptable to pack it in an ubereats order. You had no concern or professionalism in your manner especially when you hung up the phone in my face. Maybe you should downgrade to a coffee cart because you fail at running a cafe.

As a matter of fact the service Is nothing but top shelf The smile you're always greeted with Will always make your day Either seated at a table or ordering take-away The choice of food available Be it snack or sit down meal Is next best to a restaurant with alfresco appeal Although there's a set menu With variety of choice You can mix and match to suit your taste Without the slightest noise The waitress, now there's a gem Nice colour in her hair Makes you feel important Like you're the only person there She should be a barman She seems to read your mood Knows when you're right to order And when not to intrude Almost every morning now I frequent the Freepour The place is not for just good food Its really much, much more The Barista there grinds the perfect bean And should get the highest pay Because his early morning coffee Is what really makes my day. Friendly, quick service from hard-working owner and employee. DELICIOUS carrot cake i highly reccomend. Higher end expenses but im sure its worth it.

Service, Friendly, but ordering Juice and fish and potato wedges. it looked like, and tasted like, the meal came from the frozen section of a supermarket. And enough ice to water the juice down to the point I wondered why I paid extra for fresh juice instead of just getting water.

Fantastic experience! The food is lovingly made; looked and tasted exceptional. The coffee was delicious and ~$4 in a world of $6-7 coffees, which is awesome. We had the eggs benedict. The hollandaise sauce is some of the best I've ever tried with a smooth taste and consistency. The eggs were perfectly poached and the the whole dish came together an absolute treat. If I didn't live in Canada, this would be my go-to coffee shop as, in addition to wonderful food and coffee, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and took great pride in their work. 10/5 stars!!!

Visited Freepour in Marrickville for many years as a local. Never experienced a muck up in our order or any issues. Fresh food and lovely coffee/tea and juices. They give you a nice proportion in the breakfast meals and plenty of extra bacon (yum!). They do proper gluten free options, so if you are coeliac this place is safe for you (just request the gluten free bread). Wonderful waiter and waitress team who are always fast and friendly with service. My favourite is their Eggs Benedict which is not drenched in sauce like some other places I tried before. Their chai tea in the tea pot is quite mild but nice to compliment a meal. Their prices are spot on for the quality and efficient service. Very consistent and a favourite of ours.
