Can't complain. 5 stars for the playlist, service, food, ingredients quality and even the price was reasonable for what we got. Recommend going. Did I mention 5 stars for the playlist. Sorry about the photo colour. We were under lights

Popped in looking for a quiet place to have coffee. What an awesome diner. Coffee was great, the two girls serving us were amazing, one was real cute ;). They had oat milk and my friend was a vegan so worked out quite well. Location is t too shabby either.

We use to order from Hub House all of the time. Recently they have gone downhill. We ordered a family pack (full rack of ribs, plus slaw and chips) plus an extra half rack. When the order arrived it was missing the slaw and we only had two racks. I rang Hub House and spoke to the manager. The manager admitted they had missed the items, but told me to ring Uber as it wasnt their problem. What the???? I will NEVER order from Hub House again - suggest you do the same.

Quick and good at breakfast. I haven't been here for 4ish years and it remains one of the better quick breaky spots in Dully. Check out the breaky roll and coffee special when you're in a hurry. If you're got time, sit inside or out and watch the world go by. The small touches matter here (and they're consistent) sparkling water with your expresso. Solid plating and homemade hashbrowns. What else do you want?

What kind of place chargers 3 dollars for chilli sauce? Worst service I have ever received, will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. I was charged 9 dollars extra for adding cheese and chilli sauce to a B&E roll, and was met with horrible service, to top it all off my order was wrong and not one apology or attempt to rectify it was given. 1/5.

Just popped in here for a coffee and drink with the kids. Excellent coffee and friendly service. Kids loved their drinks too. Didn’t try any of the food this time around so will have to come back to give it a go. Menu had some good favourites and also had a range of pastries to choose from.

We went here for a Ladies Luncheon and the food was on point, and the customer service was very friendly and happy to help explain the menu, and talk to us. We didn't have to wait very long for our food and shakes to come out and everything came out perfect - presentation, taste and portions. We ordered all the sauces to try with our fries - the Old Bay Aioli, Lime Aioli and a Big-Mac type sauce, they're all delicious!!

Sat outside with twins in a pram desperate for a coffee and a snack! Someone came with a menu and table water so definitely knew I was there. After 15 minutes with no service (the inside tables were empty) as I watched the two waitstaff laugh and carry on and have a great chat, I had two cranky babies and had to go. I couldn’t leave them on the street and go inside and get someone’s attention, and we took up a lot of room so weren’t exactly hard to see. Really disappointed and frustrated, and worst of all, I’m now heading into witching hour with no caffeine!

Coffee is always great, stopped in for a late lunch the other day and good was also very good. The Caesar salad dressing tasted extremely fishy to the point I found it inedible, but they replaced it with a chicken sandwich for no extra charge.

Friendly service, and great menu. A simple, solid coffee, food, and burger option for those in the area or passing through. Dine in or takeaway is available, and the menu is moderately priced. Just zhushy enough to have some different flavours, while also having some staple options you'd expect and want. Jump on in, or grab a takeaway, or get it delivered. Do it.

Hey there! Used to be a regular customer of the hub house diner in Dulwich hill. But I will not be visiting them anymore The quality of ingredients and therefore the dishes they serve as dropped so much. I used to be addicted to certain menu items from this restaurant but now the ingredients have been replaced with cheaper versions which have ruined the dishes. The chicken Caesar for example, used to have crumbly bacon, lots of dressing, huge pieces of real chicken breast. It was delicious, my favourite Caesar in Sydney. Now the chicken is non existent and tastes rubbery and fake, the bacon is chunks that are undercooked with lots rind and fat. The dressing the runny and flavourless. They have also increases the prices of their dishes, now I would understand why considering inflation and rising food prices, lots of cafes are doing it tough. However with hub house, the quality of food has reduced so much that it just feels like they are saving money at the expense of the customer by getting the cheapest ingredients on the market and jacking up the prices on their dishes. The only ok thing about hub house now is the coffee and lovely male barista in the morning and their offering of morning takeaway pastries and their bacon and egg roll. Everything else is not worth your money. I will never be going back for any of food I used to. Word to the wise, if must go to hub house diner stick to going before 10:30am, that’s the only time it’s decent.

Best coffee! We drive here every Sunday to have Matt’s coffee, it’s a ritual. That first sip of rich full of flavour not burnt and not burning hot coffee never disappoints. Always a great friendly service

Great portions and value. The only draw back for me was on the Eggs Benny. Two slices of toast, however, as usual all toppings were on one slice of toast which sits on the second slice. I had to go through the process of halving everything on the top one and delicately placing it on the bottom one. Not ideal. Not uncommon though so I forgive.

Great earth bowl with creamy chickpeas hummus spread around the bowl and the salad of couscous, pea sprouts, tomatoes, capsicums, cabbage, fill, candied pecans and dried figs. So delicious and light. My friend had the egg and bacon roll and he said it was pretty tasty

Delicious! I had the Phat Chicken burger. The other burgers also sound delicious. I didn’t add fries as I had an afternoon of drinking ahead of me and didn’t want to be bloated! The stand out is the chicken breast - perfectly cooked and bloody chunky. So so good and so reasonable at $16. The hot sauce is quite subtle but left me with a lovely tingle as I was walking home. The burger works with the mixture of aioli and hot sauce, complimented by the bun. Would highly recommend. Also like the diner like layout inside and the super efficient team.

For the woman I said "I hope you don't get fired" to when I was ten years old (about nine years ago, when you first started), I realised how that came off and I meant well. Your service was amazing. I've had this as a repressed memory but I just wanted to say that.

Awesome ribs and fries as always, awesome service as well. Be aware it could be a little cold inside - their take away window is wide open which unblocks noise and wind.

Such a great dining experience - came here with my boyfriend tonight who is in a wheelchair and the staff were so accommodating and welcoming. We have been here many times with our friendship group and we will definitely be coming more often. Delicious food, vast range of food options and milkshakes to die for! Such fast and efficient service too. Thank you so much! :) highly recommend this diner to anyone who wants good quality food for a reasonable price with friendly staff.

AMAZING FOOD AND STAFF! WOW Can I just say my experience at the hub has been outstanding every single time I dine there with my family. The food, the beverages, the staff is absolutely great! I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone i guarantee you will not be disappointed. I’ve dined around the area before but nothing compares to the hub house. Definitely the best in Dulwich Hill! Not to mention the new owners are absolutely wonderful - beautiful people who care about their customers so well. Always feel welcomed and comfortable whenever I enter. Love this place and will be a forever customer. Thanks guys!!

Nice place, friendly staff Food's a bit pricey though. $25 for Pancakes! REALLY. Maybe I'm out of touch with food prices?

My family and I have been regular diners since the Hub first opened. We were gone for a few months but recently returned and it just isn't the same and unsure what has happened. Lots of new staff and the owners are never around like previously. The food is good but not great the way it used to be. The ambience and customer service has also declined, less attentive and not as warm as previously. Anyways,we will try the Hub one more time...I hope all is well with the family running this restaurant and look forward to seeing them again.
