I wanted a new couch but didn't want to wait the 12 weeks it can take at some places. I ventured into Chilli Pip and Kristina was so helpful! We had our couch made to measure, using tough fabric (I have a 4 year old!) and it looks great! It was fully made and delivered (at an extremely reasonable price) in 4 weeks. Excellent services and product. The Chilli Pip team were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company if you are interested in a custom made sofa or chair. We are very pleased with our sofa.

Firstly, I want to say A MASSIVE THANK YOU to CHiLLi PiP team who went above and beyond to realize my deceptively simple designs and ideas! The entire experience was clear, informative and above all friendly. I reached out to CHiLLi PiP for two jobs. One was a re-upholstery for top half of an arm chair (very technical due to curves angles - photos attached). The other job was a custom made bedhead (photos attached). Both jobs were intricate. But from the first discussion with the team at CHiLLi PiP, I knew I came to the right place. Julie, the amazing sales and design consultant was my first point of contact. She had an extensive product knowledge. She was efficient, proactive, patient and calm natured which made fabric and leather selection easy. She communicated with me regularly and always kept me informed about the status of the order. At one point during production, the supplier of the leather we picked for the bedhead had an unexpected supply delay after they have had confirmed earlier stock availability. The same afternoon Julie got the news, she has already looked up similar alternatives, contacted the suppliers to confirm stock availability. She then narrowed the alternatives down to three that she believed they would complement the design the most keeping in mind a price range that is within budget. She had the three new leather swatches ready for me to choose from - which I did the same afternoon. Basically Julie presented me with the problem AND the solution! I couldn't be happier. So THANK YOU Julie. Also, a big thank you to Christine, who was actively liaising and coordinating between me and the team. So THANK YOU Christine. A BIG SHOUT OUT to the production team. So there is nothing I can add there, however, after getting to know you the last few weeks, I witnessed AND admired in you what is - in my opinion- way more valuable than any other skill, that was the inner peace and the smile you always had even at times when I threw your way a design challenge (or four!). I had a great experience with Kristina, working out the details of my custom lounge and armchairs. She offered very sound advice and took the time to get the details right. I have to admit I was quite nervous about how it would turn out, as we pieced the elements together from a variety of lounges in the showroom so it was difficult to visualise the final product. When it finally arrived, I couldn’t have been happier with the result. I love it! Many thanks to all involved in the process.

My custom sofa fits perfectly in its new home! Chilli Pip provided a great quality piece of furniture tailored for the space and to my height, with so many configuration options it still came out cheaper than other big brands and only took a few weeks to arrive! Great stuff

After searching for the perfect Corner Modular Lounge for 18 months for our new Coastal Home, I was beginning to think I would never find it. After coming across CHiLLi PiP Online & reading their excellent reviews, we took our ideas & room measurements to meet with Kristina in the Marrickville showroom. Within this first meeting & after subsequent conversations with Kristina, Steve & Julie, we had our dream lounge drawn up, measured for our body size & given detailed information on the construction, materials & costs to achieve the most comfortable, leather lounge with wooden book ends, proper corner seating & a detachable ottoman. The Communication from this company is second to none, nothing was too much trouble & the Lounge arrived as scheduled with a recommended courier & was very well packaged & protected. A surprise of some scatter cushions in beautiful designer fabric was a very generous thought & much appreciated. The design is so versatile & will seat 6-8 adults & could easily be used a bed for an overnight visitor. The detachable Ottoman (with storage space) is a great Feet Up Solution & can seat the extra 2 people if required. Individual Service like this is a rarity these days & I can thoroughly recommend CHiLLi PiP to make amazing furniture for your home.

We love our new sofa from Chilli Pip. It looks great and is very comfortable! Kristina was so helpful in ensuring our design & fabric were just right. The easy to clean fabric is amazing! I was a little sceptical but Kristina was right, marks are so easy to clean, which is great in a house with kids & pets. The sofa was made and delivered in half the time of other companies and communication was excellent throughout. We can highly recommend Chilli pip!

Julie quietly & professionally guided us through our options when we looked through the showroom, with attention to all our specifications. My experience with CHiLLi PiP was fantastic. Designed our own couch with such ease. Really helpful with what will look best with our home & really listened to what we wanted when it came to firmness, height, ease of cleaning fabric etc. It was delivered earlier than expected and the delivery process what great! Very nice/professional and very responsive with emails/calls. Highly recommend.

Great team & service. They took my vision of my custom ottoman design and bought it to life. Kristina was great and gave me options in design, made suggestions about what fabric I needed, due to me having a dog and helped with storage ideas. I am extremely happy with the result and how it turned out. Craftsmanship is beautiful. The ottoman turned out even better than I thought. Goes perfectly with my bedroom. Very helpful.

We are locals and chose to have a custom lounge made here after finding huge lead times and nothing quite right anywhere else. We loved that we could modify all aspects of the lounge and have it locally made to such a high quality. It was delivered and installed within a few weeks and its exactly as we wanted. Purchased a custom lounge. The height was wrong, so they were really quick to come and collect it, fix everything and bring it back in just a few days. Excellent service! The quality is great, we needed a special fabric since we have a cat, and the fabric we got is excellent. Highly recommended.

We are delighted with our custom made modular sofa from Chilli Pip in Marrickville. The customer service was excellent - everyone we dealt with (Kristina, Julie and Steve) was friendly and knowledgeable. and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to answer all our questions and offer suggestions. The sofa took some time to arrive due to the covid lockdown, and it was worth the wait. Kristina took the time to understand our needs, the spaces and light in our new home to guide us in colour, style and height selections. Chilli Pip were fantastic to deal with in every way. It is a real made to measure experience. Lovely Kristina advised us to measure our available space and then we went to the showroom where we chose the depth and height of the seat of our sofa based on our heights and husband’s long legs. We chose the level of hardness of the sofa seat cushions to suit us. There was a huge range of fabrics to chose from and we mixed and matched existing designs to suit what we wanted. Despite the covid lockdown, we got prompt delivery of our sofa and communication was great during the whole process. I could not recommend Chilli Pip higher. Our dog Hector was told on day 1 he was banned from our new sofa. On day 2 we put a rug on it for him. On day 3 he chose how he would use it…. We love our sofa. Thank you!!
