The
French
have
a
saying
about
wrapping
cheese
in
plastic...
like
dead
people.
It
is
such
a
shame
that
both
the
cheese
and
meats
here
are
mostly
sold
this
way.
Cheese
is
a
living
thing
that
should
be
wrapped
in
paper
so
it
can
breathe
and
when
wrapped
in
plastic
it
sticks
to
it
and
ends
up
quite
unpleasant.
Plastic
wrapped
meats
take
on
a
smooth
plastic
like
mouth
feel
that
lets
the
ingredients
down.
I
really
do
not
like
plastic
wrapped
cured
meats
at
all.
So
much
effort
goes
into
this
produce
and
then
'wrapped
in
plastic'.
Never
mind
the
fact
that
plastic
is
a
dreadful
substance.
I
am
disappointed
with
the
new
Larder.
I
never
feel
too
motivated
to
drop
in
after
spending
over
$50
a
week
in
the
old
one.
There
isn't
the
variety
and
everything
is
wrapped
in
plastic.
Such
a
shame.
I'm
sure
it
is
lovely
for
a
wine
and
dine
in
but
I
do
miss
the
diversity
of
produce
and
paper
wrapping
of
the
old
Larder.
At
least
I
now
eat
less
cheese
I
guess.
I'm
sorry
but
the
plastic
wrapping
is
just
a
real
no
no.
:(
Adding
this
as
a
response
to
the
below
peculiar
response:
I
have
bought
cheese,
paté,
cured
meats,
bread
and
various
other
products
from
your
store
on
more
than
a
dozen
occasions
since
you
opened.
My
comment
on
'mouthfeel'
was
in
relation
to
cured
meats
not
cheese.
You
clearly
have
not
remembered
this
repeat
customer
at
all
so
can
not
claim
to
know
what
I
have
purchased.
I
don't
presume
to
be
important,
perhaps
not
even
memorable.
I
was
honest
with
my
views
in
my
review.
