Spent an impromptu friday night at The Larder with friends and was welcomed by amazing cheeses and knowledgeable staff. We ordered a plater of cheeses and meats, paté (the best I've had!) And burratta. Had a couple of lovely wines between our table and left content! Really lucky to have somewhere so nice that is local. Encourage all inner west residents to come for night in. Followed up a few weeks later for a takeaway toastie and that was also very good.

This is our 2nd time dining at the Larder and it such a lovely evening. - a great time was had by all of us. From the cheeses, to the wine and chocolates - they were all very tasty and glorious. Great friendly service from Mitch, Raymond and Laurence - truly amazing - to steal a line from Arnie "We'll Be Back" 😃

Last night I took a group of friends to the Larder Dulwich Hill. The atmosphere and vibe was amazing. The staff were friendly and told us stories about the origin of the cheeses we ate and wine we drunk. The way they paired the cheese and wine was first class that was the icing on the night. I will be returning again and will tell all my friends. I have visited other wine and cheese bars in Sydney and this is far the BEST. See you soon Brian B

Lovely and knowledgeable staff. Varied and extensive menu with a range of meats, cheeses, fruit pastes etc. Turned up late for an evening of charcuterie and had a lovely time. Thanks for waiting for us to finish even though we just passed closing time

Perfect evening had at The Larder. We accepted suggestions from the staff of what to order and they definitely know their stuff. From wine to cheese to dips to antipasto (the smoked tomatoes in particular) everything was a hit. I would absolutely recommend anyone go here and I will be back. Great place to sit, talk, drink and thoroughly enjoy the experience that the new owners have created.

Great cheese and great wine, what’s not to love? Had a great experience, staff are particularly helpful and friendly, the difference between a good night and great one.

Love The Larder! It is a dangerous local to have with the most amazing array of cheeses, meats and other deli items for all your Wine and Cheese needs. We find ourselves there on a sunny afternoon sitting in the sunshine on the sidewalk tables enjoying a fabulous wine from their list and a snack. Not to mention the staff who are so very lovely and knowledgeable.

We had such a great time at the larder. The cheese and wine was fantastic, the service was amazing and when they found out that it was my birthday, they brought over an extra cheese with a birthday candle. We will be back without a shadow of doubt.

The French have a saying about wrapping cheese in plastic... like dead people. It is such a shame that both the cheese and meats here are mostly sold this way. Cheese is a living thing that should be wrapped in paper so it can breathe and when wrapped in plastic it sticks to it and ends up quite unpleasant. Plastic wrapped meats take on a smooth plastic like mouth feel that lets the ingredients down. I really do not like plastic wrapped cured meats at all. So much effort goes into this produce and then 'wrapped in plastic'. Never mind the fact that plastic is a dreadful substance. I am disappointed with the new Larder. I never feel too motivated to drop in after spending over $50 a week in the old one. There isn't the variety and everything is wrapped in plastic. Such a shame. I'm sure it is lovely for a wine and dine in but I do miss the diversity of produce and paper wrapping of the old Larder. At least I now eat less cheese I guess. I'm sorry but the plastic wrapping is just a real no no. :( Adding this as a response to the below peculiar response: I have bought cheese, paté, cured meats, bread and various other products from your store on more than a dozen occasions since you opened. My comment on 'mouthfeel' was in relation to cured meats not cheese. You clearly have not remembered this repeat customer at all so can not claim to know what I have purchased. I don't presume to be important, perhaps not even memorable. I was honest with my views in my review.

Super cute place. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and recommend cheese to us. It was pretty pricey for a cheese platter and wine, but it was still enjoyable. Would definitely come again and try the meats and other cheeses.

This place is amazing, I'm no connoisseur or anything like that but I do love cheese. Just happen to come across this place one day and already planning to go back. The selection of cheese is huge and if you don't know what exactly you want to go for just ask for some recommendations. Really friendly and thoughtful staff. Definitely should give this place a go.

Do yourself a favour and book a table at this really buzzy and trendy spot! The food, wines and cheeses are excellent. We loved the atmosphere and the great personal service. We're going again soon.

I would love to thank Mitch for being amazing waitress, and the wine choices given for the cheese and meats we selected was perfect. Had an amazing night and the staff were beyond exceptional. Would go there again and considering the wine and cheese tasting too. Recommend this experience to everyone.
